This is undoubtedly the BEST motel ( including stays at Hotels. And Airb&b)we have ever stayed at for unbelievable value for money.. supreme location across from coast.. clean facilities with enormous comfortable bed , the usual teas coffee and biscuits supplied and included in the price a full GOURMET breakfast with a five choice menu.. There is a trendy cafe attached to the motel which is hugely popular. The owners are absolutely delightful. If you're considering a holiday to the central coast NSW.. look no further than the Bay House Motel

The breakfast was very well presented and staff were flexible in allowing us to eat outdoors. Breakfast was brought to us at a time we requested. The breakfast was delicious and offered many choices, catering to our families food diversity. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, very impressed with the rooms. The location was great, close to all amenities and safe for walking around. I also liked the cafe at the front of the motel, it offered beautiful coffee and pastries, great seating and views and was lively, very good vibe.

Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Clean room, bedding was fine, there was parking, swimming pool was clean and easily accessible, bathroom had nice shower - good pressure. TV was good and had foxtel with many channels, not just the basics. Included breakfast was great, not having to rush around to find somewhere to eat was great, everyone got to choose their own plate of something. Asked to leave a little later than normal checkout and wasn't an issue. Owners relaxed and happy to help out.

The included breakfast was delicious. I was late checking in and they contacted me and made arrangements for easy access. The room was clean and comfortable, with the breakfast delivered to my room an added bonus.

I didn’t realise they had an onsite cafe on the first morning. It was only the second morning when I was checking out that I realised I could have got a delicious coffee onsite.

Starting with the warm reception we had from Mary-Ann, our stay at the Bay house motel was wonderful. Brick walls and the glass front were completely isolating us from any kind of noise. Amenities were clean and as expected. When I booked, I really wanted to see why this property had such a high rating and I found my answer. The positive gesture from the staff topped everything.

Could have more parking inside as I had to park outside parking space after coming back late from Dinner. Saying so, when I looked up I saw cameras pointing straight at the parking space. And the recorder lights were blinking, so I went to sleep without worrying.

I had the Eggs Benedict with salmon, DELICIOUS. This was served with a glass of orange juice which was my preference. The breakfast menu caters for all taste buds! You can choose your breakfast time and it is brought to your room. A quiet location, the room was newly refurbished and beautiful. Comfy bed and extremely CLEAN linen . You won't regret staying here, owners are very polite and helpful.

Would have preferred long life milk in a larger size rather than single use capsules. Hair conditioner.

We were thrilled from the moment we arrived. The motel was right across the street from a beautiful beach and right at the entry of a stunning 7k path through the National Park. Then greeted by a very friendly owner who showed us to our clean, fresh, stylish room. Everything was just right without been super fancy. Breakfast was excellent, saved us at least $60 to get the equivalent in a coffee shop. The salmon eggs benedict were very tasty. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay again.

The room had character. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was lovely as was the little deck with tables and lounges to relax on or enjoy a meal. The free breakfast was a nice surprise and beautiful. The owners were lovely and seemed to be working hard to make improvements.

The curtains in the downstairs rooms could have been a bit wider to add more privacy. Everything else was perfect.

Superb interior renovations had been completed on this property 4 years ago and still looks like new. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Could not fault anything. Added extra - the outdoor pergola that the proprietors have built was used by us everyday. We were in a small group and was perfect for meeting up. Lovely clean chic pool area. They really have thought hard about this renovation and completed it 100% perfection.

Perhaps a shelf in the bathroom is the only thing I can suggest. There was room on the basin for our toiletry bags though.
