The property's location is very good in one way (close proximity to shops etc.) but a bit noisy due to the main road bridge right next door, but that's no fault of the place. The room I stayed in was very good, and although I had a balcony room the view is a bit limited due to tree growth.

Nothing I can think of, relating to the actual property. It's a place that was probably a rather prestigious place once, but isn't what it once was, but it was fine to me, at least when I stayed there.

That I wasn't able to stay longer had to leave a day earlier due to work & was told by Julie front desk lady I was entitled to a days refund very genuine place honest & reliable catering to a customer's need

Having read previous critical reviews I was a little apprehensive about booking. Whilst it is obvious that the repair of the property has declined over time it was obvious that work was underway to address this. The inside of the property was freshly painted and my room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable.

The somewhat dreary reception area. Not a good introduction, particularly given the work that is being done to improve the property.

Location was perfect, right near the wharf and so close to restaurants/bars/shops, walk out the front and fish off the wharf. easy access

no lifts, had to lug 3 small children up 3 flights of stairs. There were obvious things requiring fixing/cleaning, broken flyscreen's/dodgy fittings, cracks in building however for what it was it was pretty well presented.

Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Pool was swimable.

I think this is a hotel under renovation. As such, room quality was pretty variable (we saw a couple)... from peeling paint and dirty, to another that had new carpet, and was clean. I'd recommend asking to see which room they assign you. Commmunication with the hotel was a little challenging. At the end of the day, I would probably stay there again for location.

this hotel is the best one I had experience in THE Entrance. The manager update my book to the two bedroom with water view. hotel close to the city centre and everything. This hotel is the most value deal in this area from my opinion.

That they accepted cash upon pick up. We also really liked the pool and liked that the manager came and replaced the old tv with a new tv so that my kids could watch Netflix , we were very happy with that 😊

Great location close to everything they need to update the photos cause the building is not like in the picture it needs a lot of maintainence and cleaning

I had booked a family room. Due to weather family were coming up later. They recommended another room with a view that could also accommodate my family. Loved the room that was recommended. View was absolutely amazing even tho the weather wasn't the greatest. Enjoyed our stay very much
