very close to buses and train station. shops right there and across the way beautiful watersedge. cant see from room i had because of trees and the pub/motel next door. comfy bed and everything you would need in the room. good sized room too. pleasant staff. heard nothing from other people there all night. didnt get to use the shower as i was there late.

there was a generator or generator in a truck in the car park next to the motel and hard to know why. it was going all night and if u r a light sleeper like me thats not good. maybe something this motel could do nothing about. I got no sleep. there was also goods trains going up and down the line a lot during the night. daytime these things are not noticeable.

It's location....the comfort that I felt..the welcoming staff who provided all information I needed to know.well done for the good work.i would highly recommend others.

Thew fact that there is no WiFi..at least put sugar and milk for us to make tea.

I was literally taken aback by this motel. On the surface it just looked like ya normal “run of the mill” motel, but upon arrival it was quickly discovered that appearances can be deceptive. The manager/owner was very welcoming, helpful, attentive and just a really down to earth really nice guy that took pride in both his job and his customers. The room was much bigger than expected and despite a few little inconsistencies, the view of the township and water dock was worth every cent. loved it, I’ll definitely be back.

Assistance from the gentleman at reception. Delivery of a parcel I had ordered directly to my room. Nice touches like that, somewhat the exception these days, are very much appreciated.

Location ideal for my visit. Close by to where I had to go in Woy Woy. Value for money as I didn’t have a lot to spend on accommodation. My accommodation didn’t have carpet in the room which actually thought was a lot cleaner because of the vinyl flooring.

I liked the good location of the Motel, very near the train station, overlooking the scenic Brisbane Waters and near good restaurants and pubs.

The Motel was rather old and needs some refurbishment.

People smoke in bacony and the main door is opened therefore smoke get into the room, I would suggest to allow smoke downstair or on the side of hotel building

It was a nice tidy place. room was great all modern gear. the building was built along time ago and it reflects that. I d rather stay in and old joint with character than a modern box. I have nothing to say bad about it. Price was great. when I got back late last night I sat on the spare bed and went this is perfect. So I just slept there.

Location is great - within a 5 minute walk of shops, restaurants, pub and waterway. Staff were friendly and room clean and quite generous in size considering the budget price.

The front of the Motel and reception are clean and tidy but the side entrance (which is mainly used) is disappointing as that side of the building looks neglected and untidy with garbages and even an old dirty mattress sitting there in full view. A touch of paint and a tidy up would give a far greater impression of the Motel.

Had private shower facilities.

Would have liked water view but decided the extra money was a bit over priced.
