Right overlooking the beautiful rocky beach. Beautiful

Unfortunately it was a very cold night on the water and the air conditioning would not turn on. Security attempted to assist changing batteries in remote, however this was not the cause. Very cold night. Very cold morning, i rang reception who sent maintenance who stated someone had turned the unit off from the outside of cabin. Unfortunately the security and myself the night before did not think of this. Finally got warmth 8.45 a.m to atleast shower, before checkout at 10. Suggestion is that security are made aware of the possibility air con unit turned off on the outside, in order to help visitors in future.

Really good family holiday park. The location is excellent, the size of the park, the two swimming pools (one a huge spa), BBQ facilities. The text messages with news items on visiting food trucks and kiosk items and updates. Garden villa verandah is nice especially the one on the shaded side. Beds are very comfy and the staff were very helpful.

No saucepans big enough to cook pasta, rice, sauce or potatoes of any kind. No serving,/salad bowl. Only a small bowl. BYO everything to BBQ/cook/bake family meals. (BBQ scraper, trays, pots, baking dishes) Couch only big enough for two adults and 1 child. Sleeps 6 but barely six of everything (wine glasses). No fan in bedroom 2.

The main bed was very comfortable. The spa was awesome! So much space and warm and the kids loved the swim through in the pool. The weather was terrible when we were there so we didn’t make it onto the beach but it looked nice from afar.

The bunk bed mattresses were very thin foam. Would not recommend for anyone other than a child. My eldest noticed that some kids had written their names on the wood under the top bunk and some not great messages. There was no way to stop sand coming into the cabin everywhere (the sand was wet from the weather and there was nothing to brush it off with at the entrance to stop walking it into the cabin.

We loved the location. It’s close to everything! The facilities were great! My kids loved the pool and the spa! Also with the beach right there, you really can’t go wrong!

We stayed in the Garden View room! It was quite run down! Especially because the Resort has an amazing location and facilities. It’s beautiful with the beach right there. We’ve stayed in the family cabin in the past they were great! The garden view rooms no so great definitely in need of a good renovation.

The beach front location was stunning, the staff were great! Very welcoming and helpful. We loved the common kiosk area, kids loved the pool and bball court. Coffee was also nice.

Our bathroom was not very clean, bedrooms and everything else were good. Lighting in bedrooms were a bit dim. We chose the Ocien view cabin and was allocated cabin 38, I wouldn't pay extra to stay in this particular cabin because part of your "Ocean view" is the public toilets lol (don't worry, there is a fence at the boundary line). If you get cabin 36 and lower you should be Ok. The deck needs to be redone, the wooden planks were a bit weak and probably not too safe. Apart from that, our stay was lovely but next time we come we will try get beach front instead.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Great ocean views. Great location within the holiday park perfect for our boys playing soccer out front of the villa. Had everything that we needed. Our family stayed a few nights as we wanted to spend quality time together after a sad event had happened to our family. We were completely surprised we were given an upgrade to a beachfront cabin from an ocean view cabin which made our stay feel even more special. It was greatly appreciated. Staff were amazing, helpful and kind. The whole experience will be something we remember always. Blue lagoon is our go to place for our family for all occasions.

Loved it all

Enjoyed the pool area, and the kids play area for my young toddler and baby. Everything was close by and there was something to do every day. We enjoyed the text messages we received about updates happening on the property such as food trucks and entertainment.

The wifi and reception was extremely frustrating.’we couldn’t make calls and work from the property on our emails when we tried. We have a 5G network and this didn’t help Either. The flyscreen door to our villa would not lock to secure the kids inside. The floor wasn’t clean when we arrived. Our feet and the kids feet were black with dirt when we took our shoes off and walked around the house. This was most disappointing and we didn’t have a mop to mop the house so we basically had dirty floors for the entire stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the three-bedroom ocean view cabin at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort. The cabin was newly furnished and impeccably clean, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The oceanfront location offers breathtaking, unforgettable views. The staff were friendly and supportive, promptly addressing any minor issues. Overall, it was excellent value for money. We are delighted with our experience and highly recommend it!

It would be good to provide wooden utensil to use with the non-stick pans to avoid scratches to the non-stick coating.

I loved the whole park it’s location was great it was family friendly , my kids loved the pool the activities guest facilities looked clean and well maintained it has a little cafe that didn’t break the bank and great quality food

Access to the beach needs updating planks were broken it was a little difficult to get down to the water Some minor things that didn’t affect our stay was a bit of mould in the shower the roof and the shower doors the fan for the shower is tiny and doesn’t really get the steam out but that’s being really picky overall the park was great and we will be coming back again
