Overall we enjoyed our stay . It was very comfortable, well located and only a few minutes away to to all the stunning beaches in the area and we loved the natural bush surrounding the villa. We saw the brush turkey and eastern water dragon in its natural setting . Great bird life. We loved the food at the Salt Water Bistro- delicious and good value and went when therewas live music and enjoyed a tasty breakfast at the Treetop Cafe. Amid was very friendly and helpful in all my enquiries prior to our visit and on site.

The screen door on shower in Villa 18 needs to fixed. The lack of privacy between two bedrooms with walls not going the full length to the ceiling was a little problematic at times in times of separating noise of TV and people sleeping at night.

Location, facilities, staff & food were great We were at a 50th party and we felt that the venue hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable

The main problem was the AirCon in the rooms. Being placed at the bottom of the window meant a choice of leaving the curtains open & having no privacy or closing the curtains and not being able to control the room temperature. Also the vanity was tiny & the en-suite hot but it was the only place with a mirror to do makeup. There wasn’t room for my make up bag which ended up on the floor breaking an expensive compact.

We absolutely loved the location amongst the trees. The dining facilities and bar were very good. It was good to have a great barbecue facility just outside the accommodation. The rooms were spacious and had good storage. Great having 2 pools.

The furniture in the terrace accommodation was a bit old. It also could have done with a new carpet and a more modern washing machine.

Literally everything!!! The room was so comfy and spacious, it had an access to a back yard, few steps from an onsite cafe which makes really good coffee btw. The staff were really friendly, enjoyed every chat I had with them, the place looks like it was taken from a movie! Very green and fresh. Definitely worth it!

Nothing, everything was just perfect

We were expecting a "little old motel" but were thrilled with the sunny aspect of the motel, reservation and the café where we had breakfast (yummy and good value), and many coffees. The setting was glorious with so much beautiful greenery, lovely pool although not for this time of year! We were actually thrilled with our 2 night stay .

We weren't given clean towels for our 2nd night which was disappointing but environmentally good.

The tranquillity. Saltwater resturant food was exceptional and value for money.

The driveway into the villa, for such a steep downhill the driveway was too narrow for my compfort of driving, however there was ample parking available at the entrance off of Avoca drive so this did not impact my stay 😊

we arrived after dark and had trouble finding our rooms because there are lots of different accommodation areas within the huge hotel grounds and orienting ourselves at night was hard. Not much lighting or signposting to help us find the rooms.

I loved the Bushland setting & the close proximity to the Hotel Restaurant & breakfast area. We liked the location, short drive to Avoca Beach.

We thought the mattress was too soft, no support. The ramp & steps to our room was badly lit. A timber railing near the ramp was insecure.

Amazingly helpful, proactive staff. Had two issues that were rectified immediately, even after hours!

Better shower curtain would be good, floor gets very wet

The terrace was very spacious loved that it had a washing machine and a dryer it also had extra pillows and blankets it had a great selection of utensils for cooking had everything u needed missed out on the breaky however friendly staff ☺️☺️great stay

The room needed to be aired out as it had a funny smell
