All staff were friendly in a genuine way; seemed interested in making sure we were happy / satisfied with everything. The room was clean and spacious. The brand new RSL club next door provided breakfasts that were brought to the room. Guests of the motel are given temporary membership of the RSL club, which is one minute walk away. The motel had an inviting pool and pleasant surrounding area. Very happy with our stay.

Nothing to not like. Construction of the club's car park was an inconvenience but this will be resolved.

Room very comfortable, beds clean as expected, supplies of tea, coffee, milk, sugar & cookies plentiful, staff all more than helpful, cheerful & hard working, free Wi Fi was an added bonus as was free car parking. Clean towels always plentiful and available. Nice shampoo, hand wash & shower gel supplied in the huge bathroom. Nice double wardrobe, ironing board & iron also supplied, very good reception on the large T.V. Will definitely stay here again & have recommended this very popular motel to friends & relatives.

This is an observation rather than a complaint : Our huge bathroom & kitchen tiled floor areas could have done with more attention to historic stained areas under sink cupboards and the surrounds & corners, it was a lovely big bathroom with very nice shower & adequate storage cupboards. In fairness the poor cleaners are not really allocated enough time to be perfect, they certainly do their best in the limited allocated time allowed to them, they were always polite & helpful.

The location, very convenient and it was central to what we needed including for eating and the staff were very welcoming and helpful

There was nothing to dislike about the property, the only inconvenience was is when we came back from a wedding, all the motel car park was full including the car space right in front of our room, so we had to park into the rsl car park , I ended up moving my car into the car space in front of our room(23) once people started going out for the day, just so we could pack the car ready to check out

Room had everything you need.. RSL club right at the motel the food was lovely very friendly people. Even serve breakfast at 8am that was great.

All the construction thats happening right outside the motel. It was hard to find the motel with the building site blocking your view. Had to drive through a carpark to get to a small lane to motel. Our Parking was taken up with large amount of building material which was actually at our door.so we had to carry our luggage a long way to the room.& park way down the carpark. Not real happy about not being told when we booked . They started work on building site 7am so there was not sleeping after that forklifts beeping trucks running etc etc bit of a shame really there was no discount for the inconvenience

The location & convenience of the RSL next door & a beautiful walk around the lake nearby

We have stayed here many times In the past & always enjoyed our stay, hence our return. However, since our last stay the have rebuilt the RSL which looks & is amazing. Unfortunately, the noise of the RSL deliveries early in the morning & their very noisy Roller door was a bit of a put off. Naturally, No fault of the hotel , but my concerns would be I’d guests were there for the first time they may not return, which would be very disappointing for the hotel. We did highlight this to the staff onsite & she said she would bring it up with the RSL

We had a bit of trouble finding the entrance due to the renovations at the RSL next door. Despite the renovations, the room was really quiet. No noise from outside, the adjoining rooms or room about. Excellent sound proofing. There was filtered water & everything needed in the kitchenette. Very good bed. RSL next door with a good menu, Thai restaurant & Grill'd nearby & a small shopping centre. Very convenient.

The hair dryer wasn't working & the shower door leaked if it wasn't closed correctly. Minor problems. Need better signage for the entrance while the renos are being done. You have to drive through the RSL carpark to find the motel at the rear, bit tricky at the end of a long stressful drive in bad weather.

Staff excellent,especially lovely lady named Bec her friendliness and customer service 10/10 on front counter at rsl and another didn’t get her name Thursday evening 22 may 2025.Room clean and bed comfortable.

Beautiful clean, modern rooms, comfortable beds, loved the kitchenette too Reception & staff were lovely & friendly, as were the other guests Pool is awesome, sauna is amazing RSL right nxt door Great location all around Thankfully no contruction site work was happening during our stay so that was great We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would stay again

Spa was a little less than ideally maintained, could only tell that once the jets were turned on, just needs a good drain & refill, possibly more chlorine but it was lovely anyway

Centrally located. Rooms to cater for all different family sizes. Clean, comfortable and they give you a free RSL membership to enjoy a meal at the RSL right next door. The staff are very friendly and the reception is open when you need them.

This would be splitting hairs but when we stayed there was a lot of construction going on. But this will only be temporary and obviously will benefit those staying in the future. The pillows weren’t the best, bit hard and lumpy. Apart from that there really wasn’t much I didn’t like. We had a great stay.

The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Wasy access to the new Gosford RSL Club next door which has great dining facilities. We were given a temporary membership on check-in.

Access to the property a challenge while renovations taking place nearby, and our car Sat Nav directed us to the busy main street rather than the side street entrance to the car park. Parking is tight and not always directly outside your room.
