Great location, clean, very spacious in 3 bedroom apartment. Great value for money. Big living room and private balcony. Big fridge in kitchenette. It was pleasant and quiet. Easy to travel by car to local beaches. Coles is just around the corner. Close to The Entrance and Norah Head Rock Pool.

Minor issues: Pillows were too high and firm. Bring your own pillow. Kitchenette was adequate but an electric stove and more kitchenware would be nice. There was no mop or dustpan in the apartment. There was no clothes horse provided. Observed a dodgy exchange in the carpark area

I liked that the room was aired prior to arrival. The room was clean, welcoming, bright and comfortable. The staff are lovely and accommodating. It was my first trip to Toukley, and if I was to go again, I would go back to the Toukley Motor Inn.

There wasn't really anything that I did not like about my experience. The only things that would have been an added bonus, would be if the TV had the ability to stream services once I signed into it, like Netflix for example, but it was just as easy to get an Amazon Fire TV and plug it into the TV with the strong wifi signal in the room. This is a luxury too, so I'd say there was not anything I didn't like.

Smooth check-in and departure. Comfortable bed, not too firm. Walking distance to supermarket and other shops and cafes. Water glimpses from our upstairs room. Fairly quiet considering the main road position. Free on-site parking.

Didn't like that all the lights came on from the same switch and they were quite bright. A bedside lamp would have been good to read by. Pillows were very high and firm, didn't realise there were others in the wardrobe.

This Motel is consistent, clean and predictable. On the main road, but still quiet enough to sleep at night. Bed is comfy, good basic kitchen facility and walking distance to plenty of eating options. Our rooms have always been a good size, and upstairs so we had some lake views - which is nice!

Problems with my card on arrival, a blocked toilet and a non-functioning air conditioner all resulted in a hot, stressful arrival. Staff were kind and patient and managed to sort it all out for us.

Nothing to cook or prepare a meal. We don't eat out often as a family of 4 can get expensive every night. Only a toaster, kettle and microwave. We made do for the night. Would look elsewhere if looking to stay for longer than a day or two.

We had the family room (room 18) and it was great. Lots of room for us all. It was very clean and lots of space for us all. We had dinner form the local Chinese, Asian Haven, which was lovely. A nice place to stay on our travels and so very clean. Thank you

The motel was perfectly situated, close to shops and restuarants, within walking distance. There was allocated parking for each room. Our room was a good size and airy with plenty of natural light. It was clean and comfortable and situated on the first floor. The owner and room attendant were friendly and helpful. Will use this motel again.

As our room was on the road side of the motel there was traffic noise which soon disappeared when you closed the window above the kitchenette. No major concern.. The allocated parking bays were small and narrow and difficult to manoeuvre when large 4WDs were also parked.

We were upgraded to the Suite, so we had plenty of room for the two of us.

The bedrooms didn't have bed lamps. This meant you could read in bed but had to get up to turn the lights off and then find your way back to the bed.

Quite big. Clean. Modern decor. Big firm bed. Air-conditioning and a cold bar fridge.

The lighting was poor...no bedside lamps. Also the towel rack in the bathroom was loose and I could have ripped it out of the wall. I had to place my towel carefully.

Comfortable and clean accommodation close to shops and restaurants in Toukley. The air-conditioner worked well. Parking was easy near the unit.

Bit of work happening around the motel so a bit of noise but nothing to be concerned about as work ceased in the late afternoon.
