It was clean and great for an overnight rest while on our road trip from Gympie to Sydney. The price was quite reasonable. There were a few little extras that you don’t usually find at these smaller inns. There were 4 chilled glasses in the fridge (2 wine & 2 standard) along with 2 complimentary cold bottles of water, and milk for the coffee. They have actual coffee mugs and a good jug. There were also a few free bikkies and plenty of Moccona coffee and Bundaberg sugar. Hair dryer, blankets, and extra pillows in the wardrobe. The room was spacious enough for me, my husband, and 12 yr old son. The TV has Netflix already on it (family friendly shows) and your other standard channels. The beds weren’t amazing but comfortable enough. The air conditioning worked great. The bathroom had a standard shower with shampoo, conditioner, & soap dispensers and the sink area has hand soap, lotion, and shaving cream dispensers. The towels were surprisingly really, really good! They weren’t big, thick plush towels but they just sucked the water right off of you. There was just enough parking. The staff was very friendly, nice lobby, and snacks/drinks available for purchase. There is a continental breakfast available for $15/person which we passed on. it. There are plenty of places to eat around the corner. A swimming pool is available but unfortunately we did not have time to use it. We had planned on stopping at Coffs Harbour for the night for our trip but had to pull off early because we were too tired. So glad we did!! We’ll definitely make this hotel our stop-over now for our future road trips.

The one thing I did not like was the stairs to the second floor where our room was. It was 2 flights of stairs which was a huge pain to lug the suitcase and other things up and down. The stairs are at one end, room was down at the other side. If you are disabled, have a few pieces of luggage, or if your suitcase is heavy you will definitely want to get a ground floor room. My only other small complaint was that there were 3 of us and only 2 towels and one washcloth. The office was “closed” for the night to get more.

A beautiful motel well looked after, perfect for a stop over night. Staff was lovely and super accommodating, brought us a microwave into our room. Was really convenient to have our meal on the terrasse and a drink on the couch.

Walls would deserve to be a little thicker, we could hear a buzzing from the TV noise next door and people talking. But it didn't stop us from having a good sleep. Surroundings are quiet.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable.

It would be nice to have a toaster, microwave, and some plates etc in the room. A bath would also be nice to get kids clean. A lounge would be good too, but as the room was a queen and single bed, it would be difficult to manage.

The room is reasonably medium size, bed comfortable and location within walking distance to the amenities. Bathroom medium size which is very good, and towels change every day. Cleanliness very good.

I booked for 2 standard rooms one of the rooms have microwave, toaster and plates but the other room only tea/coffee making facilities, I would have prepared the same to avoid dissatisfaction to other group.

The room was spacious and well appointed and quiet. The motel is an easy walk into the main shopping area of Grafton.

The only disappointing aspect of our stay was that the restaurant (which was excellent) was no longer open for dinner and the breakfast selection was limited to a continental breakfast.

Very old school and room was clean but classic 70s however great staff and despite soft mattress we slept well and had a thankful late check out

Really need a refurbishment, very dated and rooms need soundproofing, upgrade f bathroom etc.

The location and how great there much noise. And we arrived just after the office was shut and we got a text. But another lady went and got the key for us and showed us the door to our room

Great location, room was comfortable. I was more than happy with my stay. I just needed a room as I was there for work. better than I expected.

I am not sure if the restaurant was open, also not sure if breakfast COULD have been provided so a bit more information about that would have been good.

Sister loved the smoking area. Location was quite quiet. Easy to cross the road to the shopping centre.

A toaster and a microwave would have been helpful as we were there for a few days.

The bed was great very clean.

No Microwave for heating up your dinners after you payed for it across the street also the air conditioning wasn’t very efficient not enough warmth.
