There were so many fun things to do, you really don't even have to leave the park if you dont want to. We took a 6yr old who didn't want to ever leave and tried convincing us to move here! The staff were incredible, special shout out to Amie and Steve for making his 6th Birthday incredibly special with treats and attention.

I wish the pools were more heated during cooler months so we could take full advantage of the facilities. We hoped that the 1Bedroom villa had a comfier couch as we didn't want to book a 2 bedroom villa as we were too busy to spend much time in the rooms. We expected a bunk bed which would have been fine, but the built-in triple bunk was quite difficult for a small adult to sleep in

The staff and the kids/family activities really made this place. We booked just for a night so our kids could enjoy the facilities and activities and were not disappointed. Heaps of things to do for kids, and there were a couple of staff members (I wish I had gotten their names) who made it even more special for our kids. There were plenty of people staying but never felt crowded, and the food was really good and reasonable prices. Excellent value if you have kids. Will definitely be back!

kids loved the water park - but they ended up in the pool bar often as the water got a little chilli. Heating for the pools for the cooler months would be appreciated.

That there was not communication regarding the boom gate. The boom gate was open for the majority of our stay and then on the Saturday (day before we left) they started putting it down. We only were provided 1 fob between the two keys we were provided for our 3 bed cabin. Meaning that we had access issues when we weren't arriving and departing all at the same time.

All the kids facilities were amazing! A few broken toys (car) in the soft-play room but other than that, fantastic!

Felt slightly uneasy at first with my 4 year old sleeping on the bottom/ground bunk bed without a crim-safe like security screen on the window, especially with the lock latch on the window missing. Managed to fix the lock though so was very happy with that. We were in the first cabin by reception and the lights from the outside stairs up to reception, and the TV inside were bright overnight into the main bedroom but it definitely didn’t ruin our trip, not a real issue at all.

Pools,Go Carts,Jumping Pads,Swim up Pool Bar.. Plenty of activities for Kids..

*The rubbish around the grounds...Maybe more bins could be provided? *The Air-conditioner needs a good clean,inside & out to give more air flow etc..Mould on inside as well.. *A curtain or Blind needed on Kitchen window,too hot in the afternoon!! (Room 5) *WiFi kept cutting out every 10 minutes,very annoying when watching a movie...

This is such a great place for kids .....the one bedroom villa we had was more than adequate for us and the two grandchildren...only night time and breakfast was spent in it was so much for them to do. The facilities were spotless everything you needed in villa only had to bring your own food if you didnt want to buy. Would certainly take them back and would highly recommemd.

There waa nothing we could pick fault with.

I had booked really early to guarantee our villas would be side by side as my family have small children and when we got there, they had changed the booking and separated us, was very disappointed and the person who assisted us really couldn't care

amazing facilities, beautiful swimming pools, will definitely come back in summer. The staff were so friendly and kind, you could tell the love working there. The kids activities are more than what I expected! I absolutely recommend coming here if you have kids

NA it was beautiful, this is the best place I've stayed at with family, cannot say anything bad about this place, the staff are amazing, the facilities are clean, the swim up bar is like a overseas resort

Friendly staff. Lots to do in the park - pools, multiple play rooms/ games room , indoor rock climbing. It was raining during our stay but we were able to keep our 4 year old happy & entertained. We loved that we were able to get coffee , cocktails/beer & food in the park. The food truck was yummy and reasonably priced.

The 1 bedroom Villa 9 was a great ‘layout’ / privacy for grandmother in main queen bed, 2 teenage grandkids on bunks with door separating I like the quieter location of this Villa.

Nothing we didn’t like. Teenagers had stayed there few years ago with parents & probably enjoyed more as they were younger. They think now it suits younger families (lol they are 16 & 17)
