It's my second stay at Iluka Motel and it's always a very friendly and comfortable place in this beautiful town. Kadie and Nathan are great hosts ,they are always very interested in making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I especially liked the BBQ area, which is amazing! It's fitted out with every cooking convenience you could imagine! There's multiple grills, BBQs, AirFryers, traditional ovens, and everything else you could need!

I can't suggest anything that is missing from Iluka Motel. There's no swimming pool, but that's clear in the marketing platform, so, no complaints there.

A really comfortable bed in a large clean room with good A/C. We had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again. It is very handy to the main street although we happened to pick a Monday night when the pub was closed and the club weren't serving meals so we made do with provisions from IGA and had a knock up meal in our room which was fine. The Motel seems to be in the middle of renovations but we were not bothered by any work going on. You can see a lot of effort going in to make this motel really presentable.

Made to feel welcome when we arrived. Easy check-in. The family room was newly refurbished on the top floor. Very clean. Mini kitchen, we didn't use it but had everything you needed. Bathroom nice and shower good. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was a little old and a little noisy but worked ok. Fans in both rooms. So kept it cool. They have a fully equipped camp kitchen with BBQ,fridge, air fryer, kettle, and toaster.

We made a last minute booking on our drive down from Brisbane and we were extremely happy with our stay. The room was spacious, clean and newly renovated. Beds were comfy. Location was great and staff were fantastic. Such a warm, friendly welcome and plenty of tips given that made our short stay more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you thank you thank you.

Lovely facilities, easy to find and great location. Really comfy beds and pillows.

While it was awesome that the unit had a private courtyard, the back light automatically turned on at 9am and we were unable to switch off. The reception desk is not manned at that hour, and it certainly isn't an emergency to call for after hours so just dealt with it.

We can't tell you about the staff because we didn't see anyone. We found this motel very comfortable. We had two rooms - a bedroom and well equipped kitchen living area. I particularly liked the leather sofa. There was a small outdoor courtyard which must be a grest asset in the wramer months. Everything was so cosy and comfortale we decided to stay in and cater for ourselves. So we can't comment about the cafes etc. The motel is obviously equipped for people staying to enjoy the beach and other natural attractions for longer than one night.

Recently renovated so now looks modern and fresh on the outside Clean and comfortable, larger size room and had security screen doors allowing a lovely breeze. Also had good range of cooking facilities in the room plus communal bbq cooking kitchen area outside. Short walk to cafes and river. Quiet area , was perfect for 1-2 night stay or longer.

Beds were comfortable. Had a full size fridge and freezer. Had private balcony at back. Great location to shops and river. Owners friendly and gave advice on where to eat. Had a separate bedroom.

Bathroom could do with upgrade but was ok. Couldn't see television from bed but had a two seater lounge to sit on.

The property looked well kept and the room clean. The room had a deck that didn’t have much of a view but had adequate seating and a lounger.Everything was provided for self catering and there was also a garden house that contained bbq’s, air fryer and seating for outside catering. There was even a free laundry.

A very nice motel made for a pleasant stay. Having the outdoor kitchen available for cooking was a real plus. Easy walk to the shops, pub and lake. The rainforest walk, and also out to the end of the breakwater, plus catching the ferry over to Yamba were the highlights.
