The host, Rosemary was absolutely delightful. It was our wedding anniversary and she surprised us with a complimentary upgrade. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It had everything you needed to self cater. The bed was comfortable and the sea view was lovely. The matching bathrobes, fluffy towels and glorious smelling soap etc was a nice addition. Easy walk to the beach and the town.

The place was nice however only had a street spot for our car and we had to take our things to the room which was quite high. My wife was not able to walk up as she had recently fallen down a driveway and had been in hospital recently. The owner wasn't available when we arrived and we didn't have any contact with her. The room was very nice and there was plenty of available of information about restaurants.

Really good location. 5 minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. Nice to have a hot tub that we used on a cold, rainy afternoon! Very easy check in and out.

On our first night, some guests used the hot tub at 2 AM and they were drinking and being extremely loud (even though it was out of hours). We were unlucky as our bedroom window was facing the hot tub. Nothing that the owners/ management could do but it disturbed our night slightly!!

Location was great. Cleanliness good and a very comfortable mattress. Nice choice of toiletries in the bathroom and tea, coffee & fresh milk provided.

Notes on which days the restaurants detaiked in the guest manual are open and with a little more detail on menus etc. would have saved us having to Google each of them on a Monday evening to find all but a couple closed. In summer too!??

It was in the best location! We were walking distance from absolutely everything. Rosalie was amazing and very helpful in answering any questions we had. The place was quiet and due to the way it’s spaced we felt like the only people there.

Only negative was that you could hear stomping and footsteps from the apartment directly above us. But this wasn’t a huge issue and Rosalie assured us of it got too much to let her know.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a larger unit with sea view and it was lovely. Everything we needed was supplied, and our unit was spotless. The bed was very comfortable.

Not much to dislike, perhaps just a little pricey, and a bit of a walk to the beach

Care and attention to detail, a beautiful little suite with everything necessary (couch, TV, AC, kitchenette with stovetop, microwave and full sized fridge, ironing board, lots of fluffy towels and amazingly comfy bed). I arrived later than I would have liked and didn't have time to sit in the hot tub (it was already occupied by a couple and definitely not big enough for a crowd of 3!). Excellent description of how to access the property and where to park. Easy access from parking to front door, which for me was awesome as I needed to sort out some stuff I'd collected during a road trip. Beautiful hardwood floors and a balcony front and back. It was raining during my stay so didn't go outside a lot but the balcony and deck look lovely. What I was super impressed by were the little touches: making sure the remote controls were easily found, and (A* for this!), the cold bottle holder and LOTS OF ICE in the freezer, ready to go! This is really rare and very much appreciated! Also Daynele (I think that's her name?!) had an amazing recommendation for a newcomer for breakfast and coffee: a seriously lovely person who obviously cares about the place.

Only things I could think of were: (this is me being super picky): - the lighting in the main room was a little sterile, cold. This could be easily fixed by replacing the bulbs in the lamp by the couch with "warm LED" not "cool LED" lights; and just generally the place needed more lighting on the front balcony and main room. - There are instructions to please shower before using the hot tub, these are in the guidebook; however I doubt everyone would read or follow this advice. I'm immunocompromised so even if I had wanted to, I probably couldnt have trusted the cleanliness of the tub. This is NOT the management's fault!

The units were well equipped with everything, lovely and clean very comfy. The spa was excellent and relaxing. The owner was very helpful with lots of information about the surrounding areas. Would recommend a stay.

The only thing which was difficult was it is located up a hill so if you want town, beach its a bit of a walk. I had knee replacement and we needed to drive to a few locations but it would suit most people . Still enjoyed our stay

Tasteful furnishings, well equipped, everything we needed. Excellent host who showed us personally & explained everything we needed to know for our stay including where to go , what to see & eat. Exceptional service, Thankyou Rosemary. Great proximity to street & beaches.

Parking is a bit tricky

Our accommodation at Coast Yamba was excellent! It was very tastefully decorated, well-equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was super comfy. It was in a great location, close to town and within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants.
