My cabin was small but comfortable, the bed particularly so. I appreciated the two ceiling fans which reduced the need for air conditioning. The park is in a great location: The main beach, the scenic Evans River and the small commercial centre of the town are within easy walking distance; it's a short drive to Broadwater National Park to the north and to the beaches and headlands on the south side of the river.

The dining space is a little small, squeezed between the kitchen counter and main door, with a TV stand protruding from the wall on one side. The space was fine for me as a solo traveller but would be tighter for two people.

This cabin was outstanding! I could easily live in one, it has every comfort you need in an elegant package. My husband, golden retriever, and I were extremely comfortable with room for three more to sleep if needed. The park is very well maintained in a beautiful quiet location with an easy walk to town, the river, or the beach. Delightful staff complete the perfect package!

Maybe a little folder in the cabin with local restaurant menus and definitely need some instructions on how to start the dishwasher.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived at midnight. We didn't see the staff, but they were very considerate of us and their other guests. They advised that our accommodation key would be in a locked box at the from reception office, with digital number that expired, within 24 hours, and gave us a map to a location near the office, so our car lights didn't disturb their other guests, and they left a light on inside the cottage, so we were not stumbling around in the dark. We thank you very much. I liked that the surf beach was within walking distance, and there were many eating places near Reflections, eg RSL., the hotel, Bowls club, delicious bakery and scenic lookouts overlooking the Bay. I really liked the Air Museum. A truly positive memorable place. They thought of everything to ensure a guest would enjoy their stay here.

I didn't know where the Bowlo cabins and Reflections cabins were situated, -- I didn't like to think I was trespassing on another property.

The surroundings were beautiful close to the river. The villa was north facing beautiful in the sun. Nice walking tracks perfect place to relax.

Not much really but just the smell of bleach when you walked in was very overpowering and it was there for the whole two nights as much as I aired it out. It still was very potent and offering a coffee machine with no pods. A few pods would’ve been nice.

location was excellent, close to shops clubs etc and good pathways for walks. Being pet friendly was a good way to meet new people through their pets. The park was very well maintained and a minor problem we had with the dish washer was attended to within 15 minutes

Nice size cabin for 2 people, bed was comfortable. Kitchen well appointed to eat in. Location was fantastic, 5 min walk to town, easy 9 minute walk to Club Evans and 2 min walk to the Bowling club. Short walk to beach and cafe open early for breakfast and coffee.

No bedside lights. There is one central light over your head, that is bright and only one switch to turn off. Nothing else.

Fishing, surfing, the beach, the bowlo, Wurlitzers bakery, Chinese food at club, clean comfortable cabin, fantastic grounds, river on one side, beach on another, bowling club next door, great customer service, two supermarkets 5 minutes walk away, Broadwater national park a short drive, Gold Coast and in between (Byron, Ballina, Lennox, Lismore etc) within an hours drive north, Iluka to the south. And we had perfect weather…..

I stayed in one of the tiny pet friendly cabins with my dog. Cleanest pet friendly accomodation I’ve stayed in. Very new, looks exactly like the pictures. Close to dog off leash beach (10min walk, 5min car drive). Comfiest bed I have slept in!!! Lounge/kitchen area and bathroom surprisingly spacious.

I was unable to access the wifi for the duration of my stay, no oven and tea towels don’t dry.

Location and accommodation were amazing, definitely worth the cost. Having both the river and beach within walking distance was incredible.

Minimal things to do in the park or near by when the weather wasn't great. Including not having any TV channels for kids. More kid amenities would have been great too. Final point was only a 2 seater couch in a 4 person cabin meant family had to be in two seperate spaces to relax.

Friendly staff. Good location. Cabin comfortable.but lacked clothes storage Gardens and surrounds very well kept, good walking tracks and close to shops, cafes etc.

The original cabins are showing their age and needing some work done to them.
