Rooms were clean with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We were in town for a sports event. It was so easy to walk across the road for dinner at the bowling club where the staff are lovely. But you must book a table at the bistro ahead of time. And we were pleasantly surprised to be given a QR code for membership prices at the club by the Hotel.

We didn’t need air conditioning during our stay but the one in our room looked a little worse for wear.

The unit was very spacious, immaculately clean, comfortable seating and amenities.

Parking is a problem. Units 1-11 have a park allocated outside door. Units 12-17 do not have a park as there is no space. Those units are told parking is not allocated. The problem is if a 1-11 party go out, when they return they are likely to find a party from 12-17 has filled their spot. This happened to us and some other guests nearby. Apart from this annoying issue we had a very comfortable stay.

Loved the cleanliness of the room. Everything we needed was provided . Staff were friendly and check in and out was very easy . Enjoyed the extra pillows and blankets provided.

Room could have done with a option for handing wet clothes / small clothes line as it is a beach town there was not a lot of options for handing towels and togs to dry . If you open the windows for ventilation you lack privacy. Overall the room was perfect

stayed in room 7 had to park inbay 8 not a problem the people who parked in bay 7 were driving a 200 landcruiser buull bar spare tyre on the back tow bar etc when he parked he backed in very limited room between back of car and seat3 times during the night we were woke by people who had banged there shin on this idiots tow bar yhe reason i bring this up family friend hit her shin on a tow bar 10years ago in wagga end result blood clot travelled to the heart dead 3 days later something to watch out for

The motel was roomy and check in with a code worked well. There were 2 tv chairs in our room as well as a table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette was appreciated for breakfast and the bathroom was a generous size, especially the shower. Yamba cafes, restaurants, shops, chemist etc were a 10minute walk down the road. However the Bowling Club was opposite. There is a small supermarket in town but the larger shopping centre was out of the CBD.

Very little toiletries were available and the hot water came through very slowly. There was often no-one at reception.

The location to town and other facilities was perfect. We rode bikes everywhere. The entire stay was quiet and leisurely, enjoying so much of what Yamba offers. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water

It would have been nice to have a heated pool, as swimming would have been the perfect option when our grandkids called in. A facility that is wasted during colder months.

Large room and large shower area, fabulous pool to cool off in, clean throughout, toiletries, surprised was quiet.

Very small coffee and microwave space, didn’t receive check in details til after arrived, and wasn’t aware it was a self-check in, ended up phoning the emergency number, all worked out in the end, but it would have been helpful that I knew beforehand what the pin code was and that it was a self check in.

It was a good location. Close to town. It was very clean with good furnishings. Being an exceptionally hot day, the staff had opened the window and had the fan going to keep the room cool. I received a door code before check in and did not have to go to the office at all during my stay.

There were no problems with this room.

Great Location , Close to town Comfortable & Clean You don't get to meet staff @ start or end. It's all done through text etc code to door . No issues with same.

If rhe door code t didn't work, you have to.call number. I don't like the idea of same, added stress really. In saying that no issues & nice location.

Good clean big space room, nice pool and garden area.Easy Parking. Very convenient location walking distance to everywhere. Lovely helpful cleaner.

Found the bed a bit hard, bit uncomfortable nothing that a mattress topper or underlay could fix? Bit disappointing no staff or reception to greet you or assist you with any enquiry instead you have to ring though on a number to get assistance.
