The location is excellent

We stayed for a week and had to ask for new towels and toilet paper whenever we needed. I think that they should have been replaced at least every 2-3 days. The air conditioner was very old and the buttons weren’t even there.. so perhaps replacement is needed. Last time we came we loved using the wharf and have even tied a boat up to there which was SUPER convenient. Now the wharf is shut down due to structural issues…. Maybe u should consider fixing the wharf instead of installing Foxtel. People don’t go to Yamba to watch Foxtel.

We stayed for 5 nights . Very nice views from the balconies and riverside bbq area . Comfortable bed .The kitchen had every thing one needs to cook . Nicely decorated Good air conditioning and ceiling fan . Every room is individually owned , so may have different decor or supplies in them. Also bring your own coffee as you only get 2 Nescafe pods . Coffee plunger is available at front desk . Property is within walking distance of restaurants and town .Bus service close to hotel. Swimming pool is small but nice to cool off in .

It is posted on booking.com that the rooms and property are cigarette smoke free but there were a few guests smoking on their balconies and outside in the bbq area . There was even a cigarette disposal container by the bbq table . Wifi in our room (16) was very inconsistent so it was a little frustrating . The TV could not get internet so Netflix and other apps on the tv did not work . We ran out of toilet paper and phoned the emergency phone number and no response . So we had to use Kleenex. Reception is hardly ever there and therefore not reliable .

We cooked our own breakfast with facilities provided in the room. We were able to sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the river and sunshine, whilst we had our morning coffee. There was also a table and chairs provided inside if needed

Some things were overlooked in the room maintenance ie: The range hood filters were exceptionally old and dirty and broken, not all of the light globes were working and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall

Location and modern and lockable garage . Harbour views .

Hot bedrooms . Fans very dusty. Fridge wasn't cleaned properly on arrival hand marks all over & oily pans in cupboard . Pedestal fan not working however delivered another one when requested . Front door lock very temperamental. Visitors were in pool with glass and concerns me with children .

A great apartment, & fantastic location. Have stayed here before & will stay again. The kitchen had everything we needed, apartment was large & well appointed. We also used the large under cover bar-b-que area for a group of 8 dinner, and were given a bar-b-que box with everything we needed to cook with. Excellent service.

We visited in June, it was cold, heat lights in the bathroom would have been great, but a very small criticism. The aircon worked well.

We had a 3 bdrm apartment which was very spacious and had everything we needed. There was a very nice path along the river into the heart of Yamba. Staff were obliging and helpful. River side of the property was lovely.

For us, tho only a 2 km walk, it was a bit far from the shops and restaurants if you wanted to walk. The apartments were located nearer the road and traffic noise was noticeable on the weekend.

Location was great Watched the sunrise took lots of photos very serene and peaceful.Loved the pelicans coming in for a feed.All in all a wonderful break after 6 months of stress. Also a hugh thank you to the reception staff for changing our room to the ground floor as my Husband is still recovering from an illness and couldn't manage stairs. XXXX

Lovely location on the river. Quiet & relaxing. Large modern room with full kitchen, very comfortable bed, comfortable lounge. Large bathroom with a big shower. Good facilities like bbqs, nice grassy lawns leading to the river, pool. Short drive into town with good shops & choice of places to eat.

Rooms are not serviced for stays under 7 days. You can request clean towels though. For the price, I think it could be expected that there’s a daily change of towels at least.

Well maintained apartment in a good location

Was advertised as Split level but was actually 2 story and this could have had an affect on our choice as we had toddlers with us Very limited, basic essentials in the kitchen Not even any dishwasher tablets but dishwasher provided, no salt & pepper, 1 tea towel, dirty plates in cupboards

Best place we stayed during our driving holiday. Very peaceful positing backing onto river. Short drive to town centre and shops and cafes. Walking distance to fisherman’s co-op for very fresh seafood. Apartment was very modern with excellent fittings and decor. We were surprised to find a complete kitchen with full sized fridge, hot plate, microwave and necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. We appreciated the use of a guest washing machine and dryer. An excellent apartment.
