I was blown away by the quality of the accomodation. Everything was clean and beautiful. Most of the motels in town are not this nice. The staff were all amazing. So friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will be back!

By the time we left the bathrooms got a bit messy however there were a lot of women that used them in a very short space of time, so it was pretty understandable. Maybe a hamper for all the used towels could help to keep it tidier looking and maybe a staff member to do a quick sweep through every half hour would keep all the paper and other products on the floors in check? Just a suggestion!

The staff were super friendly and when I advised them that I made a mistake booking the wrong room they were super accommodating and changed me over to a nicer room with a bathroom without even changing me extra. The location is also very nice.

Our original room with shared bathroom was not very nice but that was my fault for not reading all the details when booking. With a pregnant with and three year old, we definitely needed a room with a ensuite bathroom.

I liked that. It was central to everything and I could walk to the beach into the shops. I also liked how clean everything was and how quiet the place was at night… I loved the staff as they really made me feel wanted and were very friendly and made me feel comfortable as I was alone even when I was eating dinner.

Nothing really because just by the staff making me feel at home everything was so lovely and a simple smile made my day😊

The location was perfect in the Main Street for our 3 night stay. We arrived on a Tuesday so everything was open and we checked in at the check in room near the bar. The beds were comfortable enough. We loved the bar and restaurant and spent a lot of time there. It has a great vibe and is friendly. The meals are good value for money. We had lunch, dinner snd breakfast there on different days. The owners and staff are so friendly. After talking to the owners we loved their story of how they started and how they had to evolve after COVID. They really care about their staff!

The rooms are comfortable and good for a family. The place is located in the main street of the town within easy walking distance of cafes and the restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The brewery and cafe downstairs served amazing food and drinks. It was always full and lively.

The bathrooms and shower are down the hall. They were clean and available but you had to leave the room to use the facilities. It's ok for a short stay but I could see it becoming a problem if you stayed for a week.

Exceptional accommodation, facilities, location, staff. Outstanding value for money. Easy access, parking onsite, very helpful & friendly staff. Café downstairs with delicious reasonably priced food and drinks. Located right in the middle of the shopping street. Great cafes nearby. You can walk everywhere from the accommodation. A first class establishment. Congrats to the owners.

Nothing. It was superb.

Room were spacious and clean. The whole facility, bathrooms, toilets and showers clean and new. Staff was friendly, helpful and gave genuine recommendations for local life/activities. Location was just perfect.

Honestly nothing, but If I have to give a feedback I would put a mirror in the room (either small or big) to remove contact lens, make up ect instead of going to the bathroom.

Booking was made on price only via internet with payment made at time of booking. Access to the building is via a vending machine at the front of the property. Access to the building is via a back lane and through a garage come brewery. Accommodation if above the ground floor. Lift is available. We did not realize when we booked that accommodation as backpacker's style. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Rooms were very clean, bathroom facilities (shared) were also well above an expected standard. Kitchen is available to those wishing to prepare their own meals.

The downstairs restaurant/breakfast cafe wasn't open on the Wednesday morning of my departure (I think it was maybe out of the normal to be closed). Had to go to the cafe up the road, which was still very nice, but had to wait over an hour to get breakfast due to the heavy number of people waiting to get coffees and breakfast etc which put me behind a bit in my travels for the day.

We were a bit hesitant about this travelling with young kids, as it seemed more of a hostel re the shared bathrooms ect, but we loved it! The rooms are really nicely renovated, have Netflix, and the location is great re right in the centre if town/main street. The shared bathrooms were a hit with the kids, and when we were there it was pretty quiet. We really loved Yamba as a town too, it was a highlight of our trip!

It's not really a complaint as the rooms are what they are, but it was pretty basic and sharing bathrooms ect might have been different in peak season. With little kids (especially a toddler who could open the door!) there was a bit of negotiating and logistics re going to bathroom when we couldn't leave them alone in the room
