Neat, clean, convenient bed for the night. Good communication with motel. Easy access after hours - we arrived around 10:00pm Room amenities - good - microwave, bar fridge, iron & board, extra pillows & blankets…. Pool for those wanting a refreshing swim. BBQ area with good kitchen amenities, kettle, microwave etc Herb garden if wanting some for cooking. Chillis were great! Nice hit shower with big shower head. Parking at door.

The staff helped with suggestions for dinner and how to get there. The location was very handy for all that we were doing. The room we stayed in was an excellent size, with the bathroom having renovated. For budget priced accommodation we were very comfortable.

Other guests smoking outside their rooms, which is where they are meant to smoke, but it still goes everywhere.

Serene green environment around

Food was not available nearby and being a tourist place I expected some shops or restaurants nearby. Also I am a bit confused as I had received email from Booking.com mentioning payment has been received. But the hotel owner said they did not get any payment and payment must be done at their end. I complied to their demand but looking forward to a clarification on the situation, that is a payment has already been received by Booking.com or not.

The room was very good, nothing lacking, and a nice view.

The bed was a rather soft, but the main drawback was the sad sight and sound of several birds in a couple of small cages in the car park. They were obviously stressed and and I thought such cages were a thing of the past.

A lovely stay at Harrington Village Motel. A nice location within walking distance of beach and walking tracks. Motel was clean comfortable and cared for. Our room(2) was perfect for a short stay. Motel had a undercover outdoor kitchen BBQ area which was perfect for chilling out, playing games. Would stay again!

It was in a great spot. Shops in a walkable distance as was a playground and wharf. They also recommended great places to eat.

It's only a very minor thing, but there were no pool towels. The pool was great but an extra towel would have been helpful. I'm sure I could've got one if I had asked.

It was a clean and comfortable motel and a decent price for 1 night. Staff were happy to change our room from upstairs to downstairs due to health issues which was really appreciated. Lots of plants and veggies in pots and gardens with birds in large cages which adds to the outlook of the motel. Colourful rooms and very spacious. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back for a week's holiday.

There was nothing to complain about

It’s just such a family friendly property and the owners are lovely. This was our 3rd time here and last time we decided to even extend by 3 days. Harrington is a beautiful suburb which allowed us as a family to just stay in this lovely beach town and fish, swim and eat at the local pub

The room was tidy and neat, very comfortable for a family of 5. Although a little outdated, it was suitable for our stay and the location was perfect for us (travelling through). There was a nice family friendly beach a short drive away and good places to eat as well.

Great location for riverside heritage walk. Good sized room with separate bathroom and toilet, which was very convenient for our family. Generous milk for coffee and tea.

Older non smart TVs. But there are two in our room.
