The apartment was clean, neat and comfortable. Its big enough for a family or 4 adults, and it has 2 bathrooms.There is a washer and dryer, we didn't use it but it was there if we needed it. The apartment has all the necessary things needed for cooking and cleaning. The bed was really comfortable which was definitely a bonus. The apartment is nice and close to the main road, shops and restaurants. The location makes it easy to walk around and explore Merimbula, buy groceries or get take aways. The food that we had at the cafes, restaurants and Club Sapphire was absolutely delicious 😋

Our unit faces the street and the RSL which can be really loud and not very private. The apartment is advertised as Luxary Appartments, however it is very basic and has everything you need, but it feels very clinical. It needs a few more items and thought into the decorations to make it feel more homely and coastal. FYI : need a new chopping board

I rang one of the staff less than 2 hours after leaving the premises to advise that pullover had been left hanging in the wardrobe The response from the girl was I’ll check the cleaners daily report. It showed nothing, no further action Two days later I rang back and received a totally different response This girl promised to follow up and guess what! The item was located within the hour and arrangements were made to return the pullover to me! So disappointed with the fist girls lack of care! Very unprofessional!

Clean, perfect amount of amenities, even to wash your clothes, comfy and clean beds, air con, guest book was great and super helpful, amazing location and the view was a bonus!! Best place I’ve stayed in years!!! thank you!!!

The shower in spa bathroom doesn’t seem to be working properly. Not sure if I couldn’t work it out but the pressure and streams didn’t seem to be working. We had to shower in ensuite for rest of the trip. We weren’t overly fussed about it but worth a look to see if there’s a problem. Nothing else to fault.

The location is great close to clubs and restaurants.

Bathroom door could not be locked. Netflix was not available as stated in information sheet. Dishwasher did not have instructions to operate which made it difficult to use.

The layout of the apartment was excellent. The location was great. The bed was comfortable. The room had everything we needed.

It was a bit noisy with neighbours above but it was not too bad. The shower head was a bit dodgy being a bit older and well used.

Perfect location

Foyer and internal dirty, garden surroundings unkempt, cobwebs everywhere on the railings etc, a shame as it could be so well presented with a little attention.

Close and convenient location, friendly staff although over the phone only.

Some of the facility items didn't work properly and kitchen utensils a bit out of date, otherwise it was good.

Clean, excellent location - within easy walking distance of Woolworths, ALDI, the beach, the main street and attractions, apartment matched the photos, on call reception was friendly and helpful when we didn't have hot water. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had all necessary amenities. Very nice stay thankyou.

If you stay on the bottom floor it can be a bit exposed in terms of privacy if you have all the curtains open. The sign on the door said to drop keys at reception but there wasn't a reception desk which was a little confusing!

The location was great and the size of the apartment was amazing.

The old technology in the apartment was annoying like the tv in the bedroom.
