Great location for getting around - very short walk to beach, the boardwalk to watch the extraordinary array of birds, good little cafes, large playground, places to dine at night and supermarkets. Even though we were directly at the end of the bridge, the property was quiet. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. The self catering kitchen is well provisioned with decent equipment. Great price.

Nothing really. The ensuite is just about due for an update but it’s functional.

The unit was well equipped spacious and well laid out. The ensuite was a bonus. Kitchen and lounge area great, balcony was well used, (those sunsets were amazing.) bed comfortable, bathroom well equiped Pool very clean and pleasant, and under cover parking was appreciated. Although close to a busy intersection the traffic noise wasn’t a problem, and we got used to the planes flying in low over our heads…. A really pretty view over both lakes and everything we needed to have a great break.

What a beautiful apartment. We were totally blown away with not only the fact it overlooked the water but the size of the apartment. It was very large with a very long hallway where the master and second bedroom lead off along with a second bathroom. We only spent two nights there but we could quite easily have stayed a week. The large veranda overlooked the waterfront and the manicured gardens. We enjoyed a BBQ by the pool on our last night and we can't wait to return next year.

We didn't like leaving

Absolutely everything. Leanne and Rhys certainly know how to ensure that their guests have a wonderful stay. Both of them are friendly and helpful. Our apartment was extremely clean and bright. Our view from our balcony and lounge room was perfect, especially if we wanted to sit outside in the morning with a coffee or watch the kids playing. The apartment was just like a home away from home. Being able to use a washing machine keep up with our washing made everything easier. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that everything we could possibly need in the was in the cupboards. The gardens always looked beautiful and the pool was a huge hit with our children.

Absolutely nothing….

We were welcomed by the owner the moment we drove in. Super helpful and accommodating. Our apartment was presented clean and we were blown away at the size. Situated in a great location directly across from the lake with water views and the beach was a short stroll. We had the best of both worlds. Shops and restaurants were only a 10 minute walk if that. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definately be back next time.

Located opposite the lake and a five minute walk to the beach. Lovely small pool heated to the perfect temperature. Charming and helpful Rhys always available to assist.

No reading lights in the second bedroom and a weak ceiling light could have been a problem for a group/family of four. Roads outside can be busy during peak hours but luckily our bedroom was at the rear.

Well located close to beach and nice walk to shops. My family and I found plenty of activities to keep us all happy and would certainly go again. Unit was very comfortable all the necessary equipment for a family.

Internet was frustrating at times but not sure if there is a lotthat can be done to improve it.

We had room number 7, which was upstairs in the far corner and had the best view of the lake in front and west, right past the airport area and beyond. It was great for for all kinds of views - of the lake, plane watching, boat watching, cars on the bridge watching and people watching! The apartment was wonderful, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed down to the laundry and clothes airer with pegs! Rhys was very friendly and showed us around when we got there, then left us to it for the remainder of our stay. We had a great pool to swim in, the patrolled beach was a short walk away, there was lots of great walks nearby and plenty of close takeaway and dining options available.

We did love our stay, but there were some small things: The pool had lots of rules and hours were limited to 9am-7pm. Check out was 9.30 sharp. The air conditioning was only in the living area and didn’t cool either of the bedrooms down the long hallway. The bedrooms each had a fan, but with really hot summer weather, the bedrooms stay hot and we found the fan didn’t cool us, which made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Ground floor apartment 4 was spacious & well appointed. Good kitchen equipment was welcomed, & there was an outside dining table. Views of Merimbula bridge & lake just over the road, & despite closeness of main road very quiet. (No trucks allowed through town I assume) Great to have washing machine & dryer. Location's good for access to beach just down road, and Merimbula boardwalk just across bridge

Only one pillow on bed. Messy room access due to bird nesting!

Beautiful apartment, with everything we need, like a sweet home! The beautiful lake view and the spa bath Friendly host, thank you for everything! Excellent location, walking distance to the Boardwalk and the beach. I loved the beautiful Boardwalk, good to go for a morning walk. Merimbula is so beautiful, friendly people, beautiful scenery and lovely food!
