These are individually owned units being rented out via the booking site, so no office on staff. We did see maintenance staff on site regularly and cleaning staff occasionally. My family and I really enjoyed the accommodation, the amenities on site - outdoor pool Saltwater, slightly warm indoor pool chlorinated, Jacuzzi- didn't get hot, but was enjoyed bubbling up. BBQ, lovely grounds area with child play area. Unit perfectly kitted out for week, week plus stay. perfect location for me.Thank You.

New for me to not have office staff on-site and ability to call for room cleaning service, bed change of linens or more towels. I don't have those options at home, I survived, used washer, drying rack and dryer. Thank You.

Our unit was very well-equipped and stocked with a few pantry items plus ample dish washing liquid, tea towels, laundry detergent, pegs, airer, even cling wrap,foil etc.and also a hairdryer. TV was a good size, well furnished, beds were reasonably comfortable.

Second bathroom sink tap needs fixing as it dripped, beds would be extra comfy if they had a mattress topper. Front security door could not be locked. Other than that, great apartment!

This is our second stay at the apartment. The apartment is not a fancy apartment however it is clean, well-appointed in an excellent location and has a good set of basics you need - ample towels, starter kits of detergents, good set of kitchen utensils etc.

The bathroom is a little dated though the shower water pressure is excellent. The configuration of the laundry and bathroom doors does make it a little awkward to navigate, particularly if someone is leaving the bathroom and another person is dealing with laundry! It would be great if this apartment welcomed house-trained dogs.

The place was fantastic, we didn't expect that. The bedrooms were spacious with large cupboards. Beds were clean (no smell) and comfortable. All the home appliances were great especially the washing machine.

Everything was great, just one suggestion: Kindly replace your kitchen crockery (plates and mugs) with new stuff - please discard the stained mugs and plates. I cleaned everything 2-3 times before using them.

Unit was great, good size and great location, just walking distance to the beach and park. Loved that there was an indoor pool as it wasn't overly warm and our 1 year old would have been cold in the outdoor one

Got an upstairs unit which was hard lugging all the baby stuff up but we didn't think to request a ground floor one when booking

I loved the size of the property and also the location was amazing so central, was perfect for my and daughter, really enjoyed all of the facilities on the property the pools and spa such a homely environment I will definitely be returning and recommending

Unit was spacious and in a great location. It had been partially renovated.

Bathrooms require urgent upgrade. Mouldy grout in shower. Lounge suite was shabby and the kitchen crockery was in need of replacement. No staff in complex to deal with any issues.

Location was good and the unit was spacious. It had two bathrooms which was also good.

Lithe. And bathrooms need an urgent update. The stove took a long time for the oven and hot plates to heat up. I didn’t realise when I booked that there was no onsite management. Mould was present on the shower particularly on the base. Pillows need to be replaced.

Location ! Facilities! The pool for the kids! The solid brick walls! The air con! The planes flying over head to land or takeoff! The picnic hut! The large Lau dry to store all our stuff! I would stay again for sure!!!

Didn’t use any of the facilities. The room was clean and tidy. Self contained facilities were good.

It is an older type facility and therefore some things are outdated and need some attention. I have been staying at this facility over several years and nothing has changed, except for a coat of paint.
