Great location

No hair dryer. As per the other reviews I was disappointed that they still haven’t fixed the hot water & temperature regulator issue in the showers, the water fluctuated from the temperature I said to really hot twice. This issue also happened with my children in the shower who is six and two years old it’s not just an annoying issue. It’s a safety issue as when the water went hot it went really hot. I also didn’t like the signage for everyone to wash and put away their dishes that they had used as it made me feel like it was all a bit unhygienic as you were relying on the person before you to use dishwashing detergent and wash and wipe correctly

Location is perfect. For the price and location, you can't complain. Basic but clean rooms. The staff were nice. Showers are hot and good pressure. If you want a flashy place, this isn't it, but we were happy with what we got for the price. It's one of the cheapest around and right in the centre of town. We would definitely recommend if U are looking for a place for location and a clean basic room.

good location, comfortable and very clean room, we watched the fireworks from our room balcony.

I requested a ground floor room as my spouse had mobility issues. unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate the request. apparently, for whatever reason, my note/request for a ground floor room was not captured by the system. They tried their best but it was 30 December so the motel was booked out. the experience in and around town was more than enough to compensate for a few flight of stairs.

This was a great location for us. Great food places nearby, especially the Thai Noodle House. Supermarkets close by as well. Our welcome by the facility was very friendly, and warm.

Some of the people staying there were very noisy at times. But this is not the facility's issue, just people can be inconsiderate to others.

We organised our own breakfasts. The kitchen facilities we adequate for our needs. The staff and owner were very helpful and kind. New fresh towels every day as asked for. Perfect location right in town. We’ll be back again as we were made very welcome and we had a most enjoyable stay.

Maybe new tea towels but that’s not picking otherwise no complaints at all.

The included breakfast menu was 2 packets of cereal (just right and corn flakes). There were some spreads (honey/jam/butter) but no bread included. Sometimes when other guests smoke outside, the smell can come enter the units even when vents are closed

Value for money - location, comfortable room, good facilities and included a continental breakfast. I also received a room upgrade to one with a view over the inlet. This is my third stay over several years and will return in the future.

Could have a USB or USB-C powerpoint in the room.

It suited our needs for an overnight stay.

The included breakfast was not great. 3 pieces of bread with nothing to put on it. Had to ask for the toppings, 3 small packages cereal. Not a very good breakfast, where we had the day before a buffett breakfast for less money.

You had to ask for breakfast or you missed out. There was two of us, sometimes there was one bag of cereal .and one milk. After consultations with manager the overcharging problem was solved, money was returned to us, and everyone is happy. keep up the good work. Richard and Sandra ,,
