Location was good except it's under the flight path for planes landing at Merimbula. However, this only happened about twice a day so not really a problem. Unit was very spacious. Very well equipped. Manager was very friendly and helpful. He met us with umbrellas as we arrived and showed us to the unit. He even sent a text on our way to say we could check in early if we wanted to.

Entry into the complex was a bit confusing. Perhaps a clearer/larger sign might help. Also parking was not close to the room. This is nitpicking, but the placement of the microwave is a little awkward (design fault).

Everything was amazing there was nothing I didn't like. The apartment was super clean and very big. Everything you need is there. The location was perfect. Allan was the most helpful, friendly host I have ever come across . I will definitely stay again.

Nautilus was an awesome place to stay. Allan was super welcoming and helpful in making us as comfortable as possible, the apartment was super spacious and immaculately clean (also with a fabulous spa bath), and it was just a meander or super quick drive to town. Would highly recommend.

Great location within walking distance to lake and beach. Great park at the end of the road for the little ones and good cafe/coffee shop. Alan the host was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

There was nothing I would have changed

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, close to two lovely beaches and a short walk across the lake to the main shopping centre. The apartment was large airy and spotlessly clean, the kitchen was perfectly equipped and well stocked. Allan our host was lovely very helpful and generous. Look forward to staying again.

Location of the property was excellent for both Merimbula and Pambula, access to the beach was a short walk and the surroundings of the gardens and the pool were excellent.

Location to beach n town. Value for money accommodation

Spa bath shower. Extremely dangerous stepping in n out. Too many small black ants in th n on the kitchen area.

The location was excellent a short walk to everything we needed. The complex had a wonderful relaxed feel to it.

Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been good. The weather was quite hot when we were there, the split system was excellent in the living areas, Alan had pedestal fans available for the bedrooms.

Great location to the beach, 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 4. Had plenty of room. Owners were welcoming and easy to get along with. Pool was also a great option for a swim if you didn't want to go to the beach. Parking and access was easy, loved the laundry too.

The only suggestion would be that the units are a little dated. But that was minor in the scheme of things.

The apartments were absolutely clean and inviting as soon as we opened the door. Alan was wonderful and helpful and friendly. We couldn't fault anything
