Despite being on a main road, the units were quiet for almost the entire day. The kitchen had a well thought-out range of utensils, cookware, crockery etc. Fans were provided in every room which was wonderful. Importantly, there was a reading light on both sides of the bed. The whole place was extremely clean, they were very well organised and the information provided was accurate and helpful. They were also wonderful in letting us know they had found some expensive prescription glasses we had lost and been unable to locate. They both phoned and messaged me to ensure I would know, and we could drive back to pick them up right away. We had a great time and the places are very good value for money.

The wifi can be a bit patchy, but this is more likely to be the result of a systematic failure to prioritise the needs of country people than any fault of the establishment itself.

Nice basic clean unit, warm and comfortable. Lovely back yard for dogs to run around in. Only thing that wasn’t so great were others staying there with dogs that barked and woke me up very early two mornings in a row, wasn’t a great start to my holiday. But everything else was nice and they had DVD’s in the accommodation to watch. Basic comfort and the Bed was great.

Other people keeping their dogs quiet in the morning would have been great. Plus rubbish bags in the unit would have made my five day stay much better.

From the moment we walked in the door this accommodation was more the we expect. The puppy found a ball in the draw and one of the children found a puzzle to complete. The grounds were amazing and wish we stayed longer and got to experiance the area more as it was just a stop over on a drive to Melbourne.

Absolutely nothing from the welcome letter to locking the door as we left there wasn't a thing we didn't like

Great dog friendly facility with a big fully fenced yard for them to run in. Convenient location for Merimbula and Pambula and good information on things to do. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Tennis balls provided for dogs which was great Great communication from Sharon and Jason

Good location, quite easy to find because its next to the main road. Lots of space to park. The unit was clean and the bedrooms just enough for 5 people. There is a kitchen with cooking utensils and a dining table. There is tv with many available channels. We arrived quite late in the evening and the host has left the lights on and the unit heated up nice and warm for us.

There is only one toilet which is separated from the only one bathroom. The single room is very small, just enough space for the single bed. The kitchen has no stove, just hot plates that took a while to heat up and not hot enough to cook properly. Overall the unit is relatively small.

What a wonderful dog friendly place . I have a greyhound. She loved it. Just wish it had a/c but fans sufficed. Stayed 3 night. Sharon is delightful. Upgraded me and Maggie. Definitely be back.

No a/c.or tv in bedroom but juust chiilled and read so probably a good thing. 5 minutes to Pambula and 6 minutes to Merimbula. Wonderful stay. Thankyou.

I enjoyed the country farm stay environment. Waking up with the sounds of animals and walking down to the lake was enjoyable. There were abundant animals to see. Birdlife and kangaroos!!!

There was the occasional highway noise throughout my stay.

Location was very peaceful and serene. Lots of space for our dog. Loved sitting on the deck in the sun and the outlook. The horses were a bonus and being able walk down the drive to the lake. The cost was fair and didn’t cost an arm and a leg just because we had our dog. Cosy unit Close to town.

Dog friendly and lots of space to explore. The team gave us lots of advice on community experiences to enjoy and the best coastal drive and local beaches. We had a wonderful stay,😊

An older style unit. Very spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen and a full size fridge. Would be great in the winter as every room has a heater and the beds have electric blankets. The set up for my dog was wonderful as there’s access to a big central yard from the veranda. Definitely recommend for people travelling with pets.

There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room so make sure you bring your own.
