Stayed two nights, one night on the way north and then a second night on the way back. Hosts were very friendly and helpful on arrival (both times) with recommendations for dinner. Rooms very clean and pleasant. Continental Breakfast was a great bonus as included in price, set us up for the day. Great location, on Highay, a little out of town, yet very little road noise. Just across the road from the Eden Sports and Recreation Club so dinner sorted.

Has squeeze bottles for toiletries and as both of us suffer from arthritis, these proved difficult to use. Also, our room (same both stays) had no sink in bathroom only in the kitchenette, odd.

Cleanliness was excellent, not just inside our room but the grounds were immaculate and the dining room was perfect. You can tell the property is well looked after. I have never seen a property so well cared for. Owners were friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room size was great, family room perfect with a separate room for the kids. Bathroom modern and clean A basic breakfast is included. It's simple, but in a lovely dining room, with excellent coffee. It was lovely to leave our room and eat breakfast in such nice surroundings. Perfect place to stay, we will definitely be back.

What a great find. The Rooms where spacious and newly renovated with new smart TV's, great bed and warm split system. The Wi-Fi was hi-speed and very fast! We walked across the road to a sports Club that had sensational meals and drink prices then caught the courtesy bus back even though a short walk. The free breakfast in the restaurant was a big added bonus. Juice, tea and coffee, cereal and toast and spread's. Perfect to get us on the road without another stop. Staff were lovely and could not fault anything here which was a welcome relief considering some other places we stayed on our trip.

Top location with friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious with a twin bed and a double bed. Continental breakfast was provided. Great value for the price of the accommodation. I asked about the possibility of an earlier check-in, and the reception sent me a text message asking for my time of arrival to ensure my key was ready. When I arrived before 1 pm, Kim was very friendly, she explained to me that they had been very busy with a big group who stayed there and asked me to return around 1.45 pm. I returned after 2pm and my room was ready. We had our breakfast in the spacious and comfortable restaurant in the morning before checking out.

The entrance to the Motel is a bit hard to find, especially at night.

We stayed two nights. Super clean, spacious room. Comfy bed. Block out curtains. Parking in front of room. Friendly staff. Josh gave us great tips for things to do. According to booking.com, they upgraded us to the king room, but we stayed in a queen room. But no big deal. Didn't realise until the second night, anyway we prefer a queen bed over a king bed, so didn't complain. There was also a bbq area and a pool, which we didn't have time to use, but it looked good. Continental breakfast was included in room price. Convenient when you want to leave early, but not a fan of instant coffee, would have preferred filtered coffee.

Could hear guests next door coming and going. But I guess that's normal for all motels.

Very responsive staff to booking late in the afternoon for that night. Room and bathroom comfortable and very clean. Staff friendly and after losing earphones, went out of their way to help us to locate them and communicate with us. I would stay again. Recommended a place for dinner across the road, which was great and close by when tired from travelling.

Breakfast was exceptionally basic. Toast and basic cereal most with high sugar, long life milk. I wouldn't be lured by breakfast included if you expect anything more. Only Nescafe coffee, not percolated so had to stop to find coffee.

Great room, had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast of juice, cereal, toast, tea, and coffee was included in the price... and the price was exceptional. It was just a little bit outside of town, but it was only a short drive into the main street. We absolutely loved everything about Eden. Admittedly, it was August, so not overrun with tourists. We had a beautiful sunny day to explore. The whale museum was great. Unfortunately, we didn't see any out in the bay!!! Thank you, Coachman's at Eden

It’s among the best pet friendly accommodation. The room is modern, spacious and very clean. Although it’s out of town, but only 5 mins from the town centre and beach. Our car battery was dead on the day. We were leaving. The staff helped jumpstart our car. Really appreciate that.

The breakfast is only bread, spread and cereal which is fine, at little bit disappointed that the coffee is still instant coffee from a tube, very underwhelming experience, and on the second day even the fresh milk ran out and was not replaced and we had to use long life milk.

Pleasant check-in, and easily found room. Good room size and facilities. Nothing to whinge about, but seemed a little different to the website pics. Slept well, quiet, good shower. Probably the best thing was the recommendation to the local Bowling Club for dinner, which was brilliant!

We would have appreciated being told breakfast was not available after 9.00am. It was only a few minutes past, and the lady relented and let us in for us to make our own cereal and toast from the meagre offerings.

New owners since early 2024, the place is neat and clean. The family room is spacious with four beds, microwave and milk in the fridge. I particularly love the green fluffy towels and crisp linen. The best part was there was cereal and toast provided as part of our accommodation cost. Even better is that the motel is a few minutes ride from the downhill mountain bike park including pump track - Gravity@Eden, finished in November 2023. Short drive into town for whale watching and a visit to the Killer Whale Museum. We'll be back!
