The room was average with not very cleaned however the location of the property is beyond our expectation. The river and private beach make this property one of our best choice property for future visit especially with family and kids. Activities within the park along with the river side and beach is outstanding. The campfire option in the evening while enjoying the view of Ocean under open sky is something must to experience.

Inside the kitchen area and living area was not very cleaned with marks in the room. There were dost in the main bedroom. No smart TV in the room only the digital channel. The property doesn't have swimming pools but in summer time the riverside and beach is good enough to enjoy. We will visit this property in future due to the location

Everything was clean and comfy. Beds were comfy, but main bed has casters so I kept losing my pillows as the bed moved around. Beware the bedrooms are small, so in someway using the casters allows you to manoeuvre around the bed. Camp kitchen was fabulous. Shame the oven door was broken in the camp kitchen, couldn't get oven in our cabin to work and couldn't find a pizza paddle if we chose to use the pizza oven. So we cooked our baked cchicken , which we won in a raffle, in the camp kitchen frypan. The surroundings are beautiful, the staff are lovely and it is immaculately clean. Thank you.

Cabin was looking tattered in spots ( bathroom cabinets and kitchen drawers) and with flyscreens jimmed, which worried us a bit. We were not told previously that inorder to use the second bedroom we had to make it ourselves ( it was a bunk bed which was a bugger to make as the permanent steps to top bunk made it impossible to make) Also Booking.com says no linen supplied ,we had to contact reception prior to check, so Booking.com needs to amend this.

This is a great location - just outside of Eden boasting its own private access to a beach and a creek. The budget cabin we booked was a little difficult to access - so when we return we are going to plan ahead and get a bigger cabin. The receptionist very kindly offered to show us around these more spacious units. Staff were also very helpful when we couldn’t check in to our booking due to a road accident that prevented us from getting there that evening. They were very understanding and helpful.

We booked a small budget cabin which was difficult to access for us as elderly guests, because the steps were a bit too steep with no supporting banisters. I would not let prevent me from booking again as the location and other facilities were great.

The location is lovely but I thought, for the price, that the amenities were dated. Curtains and couch could do with an update (e.g. curtain hooks not all there). The amenities were fine and I think it is ideal for a family with access to play areas for kids, the beach etc. Saw dolphins. I just found that for the price it was dated. Cooking facilities were fine (we only used the microwave, jug), location was very good, no problems with cleanliness. In my head, if we had young children/grandchildren it would be good but as a couple we probably wouldn't revisit

It really was the dated aspects otherwise it was really very good. I would recommend it to families no problem - and I wish we had known about it when our children were children. Easy to get to places, close to Eden/Merimbula, quiet, gorgeous aspect (we paid for beach front). It was really the curtains, not that comfortable couch which I wasn't expecting for the price.

Just a perfect place to relax by the beach— the geographic location is outstanding! The grounds are very nice— just what we needed after a long drive from Melbourne. We had a little cabin three rows back from the beach and cooked a nice dinner.

The woman at the counter was very nice and lovely in the morning after our night’s stay, but she was very cool abrupt and super unfriendly on the phone the day before we checked in. We almost cancelled because of that. We did get her name so it was the same woman. She may have had an off day, so we are glad we ended up staying.

When we got into the place first the key was a bit sticky, we rang for help and they came straight away and helped us with the lock. We originally had a small cabin which was nice but the roof was leaking due to the massive storm that came in and the staff were nice enough to upgrade our room to a beach side cabin! Amazing and very unexpected. Really appreciated.

Nothing. Would be a lovely place to travel with family and friends. Pets everywhere! A lovely beach right at your front door and lovely staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

What I love is that is near a beach and that its your own private beach as its the only holiday place in that area. It has all the amenities that you need from bbq to laundry. Its only 5mins or less drive to main area of Eden shops. Has a little fruit mandarin tree in the front of our porch. Its has all the kitchen utensils and the sofa and bed is so comfy. Its like a little home in paradise.

The 2 bedroom place that we had is looks old but still lovely though and the inside is clean.

Set on a beautiful beach location, with a running river on the otherside ... five minutes from Eden where you can explore and pick up food. You can catch fish off from the beach. Honestly a little touch of paradise ... the pricing was good, we did both unpowered camping and this cabin while out Van is getting fixed.

The heating in the room is a little old. And didn't really warm the whole room unless you shut all the doors, but we've been travelling the cold for the last few months so wasn't a

I loved the how close and access able to be h front and creek side view was to the cabin. Stay were all so warm and welcoming, the people staying also we’re just as friendly Including the residents. Beautiful views from the bedroom its self.

I will say one little thing was the bed being on wheels causing us to shuffle around the room. But it was manageable.

It is ideally located and the staff are great. There is an abundance of natural wildlife there . The rainbow lorikeets are brilliant and we saw a pod of dolphins swim past the frontage
