Awesome location, only 10 mins from local shops and 20 mins from Husskinson where there are good places to eat. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was awesome and easy to order. Hosts were very welcoming and informative of sanctuary Point and nearby suburbs. The bed was good but not super comfortable but does the trick after a long day of exploring. The plus side is the blankets are warm but if you do get cold during the night they have electric blankets.

Not much I didn't like. It is a place where I will stay again in the future if we ever book in Sanctuary Point.

- not much going on in sanctuary point but even if you stayed in Husky you would need a car to get to other attractions so we didn’t mind driving out for dinner. We also enjoyed seeing lots of kangaroos on our drive back to the accommodation in the evening! - A few ants started appearing near the door and cupboard a few days in but we just kept mopping them up they weren’t a massive issue

The location was great, with a walkway down to the nearest beach. Breakfast was lovely. It came in a little hamper each morning and allowed us to cook it ourselves to accommodate my partner's food allergy without worrying about cross contamination. The home-made bread was delicious! Lots of wild birds came by which was really nice. We would love to come back for another stay, we really enjoyed our time here. The hosts have made a wonderful place to stay by the beach. They were both so kind and lovely to talk to. Thank you so much for having us, we loved it!

Jan and Greg’s B&B was the perfect little holiday. The room was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Jan and Greg were incredibly welcoming and accomodating with plenty of great suggestions about the local sights. The breakfast was perfect and we enjoyed being able to cook it ourselves. Although there were other guests staying in the rooms adjacent, it still felt private and quiet. We both slept amazingly and ended the holiday feeling very refreshed. The location was excellent, backing onto a little beach and newly developed path around the basin which we borrowed bikes for to ride around and saw plenty of birds and kangaroos which was a highlight. It was also a short drive to shops, the national park and huskission. Next time we visit the south coast we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location is exceptional with direct access to the beach, just few steps. There is a park nearby with well maintained kids play area. Nice, Quiet, Secluded and beautiful place if you want to unwind yourself. There is a track starting from the playground which we came to know on the day of checkout else would have gone from a hike. Unit is supplied with all basic amenities including chairs, esky, umbrella etc and there is a nice outdoor seating where you can enjoy cup of tea/coffee etc. Close to Huskisson, Hyams Beach, Jervis Bay etc... Complimentary breakfast is good and you can choose from Bread, Cereals, Milk, Jam, Bacon, Eggs etc...

This is particularly to us as the shower head in our unit was bit funky and mattress was bit too soft for our liking.

The breakfast was delicious and the host amazingly kind! The rooms were clean, with a beautiful view and very relaxing and quiet.I would recommend this place to everyone that would like to find a peaceful and beautiful to relax but also, close to different other areas to explore.

Loved the fact that we were self contained but that if required the owners were on hand. Breakfast arrangements were great, and their ability to provide gluten free bread at short notice was much appreciated. The owners were truly wonderful. Friendly, engaging and great story tellers. Lovely people!

A very small criticism but maybe the option of linen / towels to be changed would have been nice.

Breakfast was DIY with all the necessary ingredients provided each morning Gas Grill was available on the porch

Initially the bed had a mattress that was soft and worn out, but the hosts provided a much better one on short notice

Clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing room with beautiful outlook on the lake. Quiet and peaceful location. Lovely walks nearby. 12 minutes to nearby beaches. The included breakfast was a lovely touch and wonderful value

Jan and Greg are very good hosts. Breakfast outstanding, The first day's breakfast was enough (almost) for the three mornings we were there.

Bed could have been bigger, we are used to king size. However, this was a minor inconvenience.
