The staff where so amazing 👏 We arrived on a early morning flight and arrived at 9am happy to drop off our bags . When we arrived they had our room ready walked us to our room and made sure we where cozy Was one of the best experiences we have ever had and would 100% book again. The room was beautiful and clean and perfect 👌

Everything location, the view the staff the food the bar, the room. The whole hotel was awesome. I will definitely stay here again there is nowhere better.

-parking charge is ridiculous- other places have parking included -No water bottles included -No basic breakfast included (only restaurant style available) -being charged in advance $100 on a credit card (in case we used mini bar), then being told we won't have the money returned for 3 days. Ridiculous. - finding an extra charge of $46 on top of $100 mini bar charge, for a bottle of vodka that we did not consume. When we questioned the hotel they blamed housekeeping staff.

The hotel's location is unbeatable to see Vivid and the Opera house. Also very easy with public transport and ferry. All kitchen equipment are there so you can easily cook a meal. Breakfast is big but not super tasty.

Housekeeping was not included in the price (maybe it is according to Australia standard) but still hard to understand for such a luxury place. Breakfast room is small so be prepared. The location has its drawbacks. It is quite noisy with all the music and cheering from the waterfront bars. It is always busy outside and it might feel quite touristy.

I requested early access to our room, and it was ready when we arrived. The room was lovely, with great views of the Botanic Gardens, the Opera House, and partial harbor view from the balcony. Bonus was the smaller balcony on the second bedroom. The suite even had a washer and dryer. The breakfast at Q Dining in the hotel was very good. The concierge stored our luggage for us on the day we left since our flight was later in the evening, so we were able to enjoy our last day in Sydney. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. The location is brilliant, right at Circular Quay, just steps from dining and shopping, as well as the sights.

The location is unbeatable with amazing views over Circular quay to the Harbour bridge and short walk to Opera House . So many restaurants close by , ezymart next door and IGA about 200 m walk away . We booked a one bedroom suite overlooking Circular Quay which are on a higher floor so have amazing views across large expansive glass windows .Well worth the extra cost . The view of the ferries and boats moving is so lovely yet felt so private enjoying the view from the comfort of the lounge of the suite . The front staff were very welcoming and sweet and made our stay special as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with some cakes , card and beautiful presentation of “petals” and “swans” on the bed .

Our bathroom was newly renovated and lovely but was a little difficult to control water temp in the shower . We managed but not sure if that is something that can be rectified easily .

The location is second to none. The hotel provides excellent large rooms with the ability to do washing etc which is very useful as part of a long trip

The provision of toiletries was poor. They were not topped up in the daily room service. So we ran out and had to ask for more Initial arrival was odd for a five star hotel. Baggage to room seemed to be available only on request so we did it ourselves

The location is unbeatable — just steps from Circular Quay, the Opera House, and transport. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, laundry, and spa bath. We loved the garden views from the balcony, and the bar/restaurant downstairs made everything so convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it felt like a luxury home away from home.

Some of the room decor felt a little dated, and a few fittings could use a refresh. But these were minor things and didn’t affect the quality of our stay.

Our stay couldn't have been more conveniently located. Situated in the heart of the city, between The Rocks and the Opera House, it offered easy access to all the attractions, making our exploration a breeze. Plus, being close to the Opera House added an extra touch of cultural charm to our visit. The view from our room was simply breathtaking. Waking up to panoramic vistas of the Harbour Bridge and of the city skyline was an unforgettable experience that added an extra layer of magic to our stay. With water transport and train station within walking distance, getting around the city was a breeze. We appreciated the seamless accessibility to transportation options, making our sightseeing adventures hassle-free. The view from our room was undeniably stunning, so the mesmerising cityscape outside the window helped offset some of other shortcomings. The breakfast options were limited and quite pricey. Also, the staff seemed a bit confused and lacking in presence during our stay. While they were polite, their attentiveness left something to be desired. It would have been nice to see more proactive assistance and engagement from the hotel team.

The staff seem to lack training and professionalism. It felt like the staff would rather be somewhere else, doing something else...

Excellent view of Sydney Harbour. The room was so big with a really comfy lounge and a beautiful design. Curved walls not just your boring unit layout. Everything we needed in the kitchen.

There were renovations going on so a lot of tradies working but that was just bad luck because all properties need maintenance. We had a morning swim and there were trades men working around the pool but they were very friendly and stayed out of our way .
