The staff where so amazing 👏 We arrived on a early morning flight and arrived at 9am happy to drop off our bags . When we arrived they had our room ready walked us to our room and made sure we where cozy Was one of the best experiences we have ever had and would 100% book again. The room was beautiful and clean and perfect 👌

-amazing location -beautiful rooms -very clean -prompt service and communication

-parking charge is ridiculous- other places have parking included -No water bottles included -No basic breakfast included (only restaurant style available) -being charged in advance $100 on a credit card (in case we used mini bar), then being told we won't have the money returned for 3 days. Ridiculous. - finding an extra charge of $46 on top of $100 mini bar charge, for a bottle of vodka that we did not consume. When we questioned the hotel they blamed housekeeping staff.

I requested early access to our room, and it was ready when we arrived. The room was lovely, with great views of the Botanic Gardens, the Opera House, and partial harbor view from the balcony. Bonus was the smaller balcony on the second bedroom. The suite even had a washer and dryer. The breakfast at Q Dining in the hotel was very good. The concierge stored our luggage for us on the day we left since our flight was later in the evening, so we were able to enjoy our last day in Sydney. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. The location is brilliant, right at Circular Quay, just steps from dining and shopping, as well as the sights.

The location is unbeatable with amazing views over Circular quay to the Harbour bridge and short walk to Opera House . So many restaurants close by , ezymart next door and IGA about 200 m walk away . We booked a one bedroom suite overlooking Circular Quay which are on a higher floor so have amazing views across large expansive glass windows .Well worth the extra cost . The view of the ferries and boats moving is so lovely yet felt so private enjoying the view from the comfort of the lounge of the suite . The front staff were very welcoming and sweet and made our stay special as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with some cakes , card and beautiful presentation of “petals” and “swans” on the bed .

Our bathroom was newly renovated and lovely but was a little difficult to control water temp in the shower . We managed but not sure if that is something that can be rectified easily .

The location is second to none. The hotel provides excellent large rooms with the ability to do washing etc which is very useful as part of a long trip

The provision of toiletries was poor. They were not topped up in the daily room service. So we ran out and had to ask for more Initial arrival was odd for a five star hotel. Baggage to room seemed to be available only on request so we did it ourselves

Our stay couldn't have been more conveniently located. Situated in the heart of the city, between The Rocks and the Opera House, it offered easy access to all the attractions, making our exploration a breeze. Plus, being close to the Opera House added an extra touch of cultural charm to our visit. The view from our room was simply breathtaking. Waking up to panoramic vistas of the Harbour Bridge and of the city skyline was an unforgettable experience that added an extra layer of magic to our stay. With water transport and train station within walking distance, getting around the city was a breeze. We appreciated the seamless accessibility to transportation options, making our sightseeing adventures hassle-free. The view from our room was undeniably stunning, so the mesmerising cityscape outside the window helped offset some of other shortcomings. The breakfast options were limited and quite pricey. Also, the staff seemed a bit confused and lacking in presence during our stay. While they were polite, their attentiveness left something to be desired. It would have been nice to see more proactive assistance and engagement from the hotel team.

The staff seem to lack training and professionalism. It felt like the staff would rather be somewhere else, doing something else...

The view from the room was fantastic. We woke up every morning to see the bustling harbor, which was something new for us. The hotel was near to many great places to visit, and getting around was easy. Overall, it was great, we will definitely stay again next time we are in Sydney.

Housekeeping could have been better. Not as meticulous and thorough. The room had a nice kitchen and although we didn't cook anything, every time we used a cup, plate, or utensil and put it in the sink, it was taken away without replacement. I'm not sure if we were supposed to wash them ourselves, but I don't think we should have had to at this room price.

Amazing views of the harbour and very spacious. The complimentary desserts and card were very thoughtful - my husband was able to enjoy them as I couldn't eat them due to my dietary requirements. We stayed here to treat ourselves before and after our wedding nearby to the botanic gardens. It was a lovely stay.

On our wedding morning I ordered a non dairy breakfast item for room service and it arrived with grated cheese on top which matched my husband's cheese on his order. After asking it to be remade the service was quick and I was satisfied with the meal, however I just wish it came as described on the menu in the first place. I think the chef thought they were being nice by adding some cheese onto my dish, but it wasn't requested. This was the only negative in my stay.

Incredible location. Balcony apartments with amazing Harbour view. Can’t imagine a better location. Minutes from botanical garden, ferries, and opera house. Easy walk to cruise dock. Apartments were comfortable and well equipped. Pay the higher price for a view of the harbour; it is worth it.

Stayed in two different rooms on either side of cruise. The first room was on a higher floor and very well maintained. The second room had several problems such as light fixtures that did not work and an air conditioning unit that buzzed. We reported the problem when we checked in, but it could not be repaired until the day we were checking out. They did give us a discount for our inconvenience.

Location, location, location. Balcony overlooking Sydney Harbour. Easy access to ferries, restaurants, Circular Quay, Opera House, Botanical Gardens, and Cruise terminal. Loved, loved our balcony overlooking the Harbour. The apartment was attractive and well equipped. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the kitchen area. You could pay 3 x more for a room nextdoor or stay at Pullman with a far superior room, same view, and larger balcony. No brainer.

The food in the restaurant and bars was only OK, but with all the restaurants in easy walking distance it did not matter.
