We stayed here for one night before boarding our cruise. Absolutely wonderful location, immaculate room, clean, spacious enough for a family of 4 - 2 adults and children 4/6.

I want to brag on Solomon, your Concierge who went above and beyond to help me. I lost my passport the day we arrived. He helped me file a police report. He contacted the US Consulate to find a resolution to my situation. He made an appointment for me to replace my passport.(I must add, Solomon did all this while taking care of all the many other guests as well). This man put my mind and heart at ease, that I could enjoy my time in Sydney. I can never thank Solomon enough!

Marriott’s TV channel selections were minimal. It is unacceptable that we as guests had to provide our own TV apps.

How helpful and positive the staff were. We stayed for three nights in a Junior Suite. We had trouble with the toilet on Level 17 and the staff sent a plumber to rectify the problem almost straight away. In the morning we noticed it was again playing up. Immediately they said they'd move us to another suite. We were planning to do some sightseeing and they said to pack our bags and leave them in the room and they'd move them for us when the new room was ready. On arrival back to the hotel we had been moved to a bigger suite on a higher level (30) with more amenities. Thank you - the staff could not have done anymore for us. The location was excellent. Easy to get to from the airport and then easy to get to the big ticket items for sightseeing in Sydney - the Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, the ferry terminal, the Rocks, restaurants and cafes, etc The Executive Lounge A great facility to provide for people staying in specific rooms. Great to be able to come back to the hotel and have a snack and drink before going up to our room. A good assortment of snacks, food and drinks.

Booked a city view room, but was super happy that on arrival, we had been given a Harbour view room. Was SPECTACULAR. The Bed was the BEST BED I have ever had in a hotel. I only wish I could have stayed longer in it. Pillows were magical too. Particularly also loved the shower toiletries - very very very nice.

Tool many kids in the Executive Lounge. This was a weekend break for us and a treat to be able to spend time out in an adult environment - yet was spoilt by children running around the room. Was disappointing. Also thought the Executive Lounge lacked ambiance. Was sterile tbh, and for a lounge would have expected to see lounged suites, instead of dining tables.

The location in the CBD to Circular Quay is so convenient. The staff, front desk, concierge, restaurant were so accommodating. The size of the room is large enough to place your luggage and yet be comfortable. The bed, bathroom size and shower all good.

The in room refreshment accommodation did not have paper napkins for tea and coffee. I obtained paper napkins from the lobby restaurant (Silvester's). There were 2 of us, the in room accommodation for room slippers and bath robes was for 1 person. Housekeeping did not resupply bathroom towels and toilet tissue, I called guest services who promptly corrected the situation. Although not requested, there was hardly a view from our room.

When we arrived our rooms weren’t ready, so reception gave us drink vouchers to enjoy while we waited. After 30 mins one room became ready but another 30 mins later the other room still was t. We explained we needed to get ready for the symphony that evening. They apologized for the delay, explained it was in fact ready, and then comp’d breakfast for all 5 of us for both mornings to make up for the inconvenience. Let me tell you, the breakfast was exceptional! Buffet, all varieties of foods, and all delicious! The rooms were lovely and the staff was highly professional and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

At the time of check in they have offered drinks and snacks as the queue was too long and that was so sweet and pleasent that took away all the frustration if any. The location is superb and the lobby area is hugely designed lux and love it how it surrounded by different dining spots. The bedsheets were so soft and lux that It was remarkable!

Bathroom needs refurbishment for sure and the room was not clean at arrival as I could find finger prints on the kettle, on the table and also the carpet was stained. The fridge was empty. There was no toothbrush and also the lighting needs to be revised as the reading light is so bright that makes it impossible to read. The shade of the lights reminds you of hospital and the bed should have been moved to the opposite side to be able to see the Opera house!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The facilities were fantastic and well maintained.

I found it strange the restaurant didn’t shut until 11pm but when we went to order dinner just after 9pm we couldn’t sit in the restaurant (had to sit on chairs and eat dinner at a coffee table to the side of the dining room) and we couldn’t order from the restaurant menu. Awkward eating at a coffee table and looking at empty tables in the restaurant. The same went for the gastro pub as it wasn’t supposed to close until late and tried ordering a bar meal at 7.30pm to be told the kitchen was closed.

Perfect location especially for those heading off on a cruise ship from Circular Quay. Walking distance to shops, beautiful restaurants, landmarks and the light rail/train station. The beds were so comfortable as well! We booked a standard double queen room and were upgraded to an Opera House view. Our children who were visiting Sydney for the first time were so excited! It was a wonderful start to our trip! The staff in reception were so warm and welcoming. It was a little expensive but well worth every cent we paid for the exceptional service and beautiful room! We are very much looking forward to our next trip to Sydney and to stay again.

The room was very nice and clean. The facilities were very nice. We were welcomed by a concierge who was so lovely and gave my girls some chocolates. We were given a complimentary drink on arrival. We were made to feel very welcomed and special. In our room my girls loved the chocolate and fruit platter.

There was a mix up were I was charged twice for my room but it was fixed up straight away when I noticed I had paid twice. Once when i booked through booking.com and then I paid again on arrival. The staff were very apologetic and fixed it up. Also there was a welcome note in our room on the desk but it was for someone else.
