Excellent location, good service and clean. Convenient and comfortable.

Shower area is slightly small, water will spread to the toilet area as the drain does not clear the water that well. The pool area is not maintained well, many dead bugs and broken tiles at the side of the pool.

The location is the best. Close to everything. The tram, the bus station, and the train station are all a minute walk away. Shopping streets, cafes, and restaurants were all close by too whether by walk or by transport.

Cleanliness. When I first arrived I kept noticing that only surface cleaning was done. Stains and blemishes on the wood were not cleaned. The kettle, coffee machine, and utensils did not look inviting because they weren't clean. There's apparently a high dependence on the dishwasher. And it's not cleaning well. Many utensils were dusty. The room cleaning service is not good enough. My stove top was oily and they only wiped the oil rather than cleaning it. So I saw swirls of wiped oil on the stovetop. Still greasy which means they didn't use soap.

Location close to Wynyard and central to Circular Quay and Pitt St Mall.

Pool “A place where you can enjoy the fresh-air breeze through open air windows…” Should say “A place where you can be blown away by freezing cyclonic winds through open air windows which make any pool heating useless” Interior to hallways are too dark, while the black is moody and stunning, for safety of guests you should seriously reconsider how dark the floor lobby is. Staff procedure confusion for housekeeping, ordering room service and checking out. Staff training is needed. Housekeeping just didn’t seem to find our room, maybe because it was too dark! Restaurant menu is good for a one time visit but lacking options or specials for guests staying a week. Menu was overall disappointing.

This is a superb location for staying in Sydney. The hotel is close to public transport, with Wynyard station just outside. The room had most things you would need for a trip to Sydney. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the microwave was an added bonus. The noise from the construction works for the twin underground rail tunnels was very minor and didn't affect my stay at all.

The elevator doors would sometimes not open once at the floor selected, which is done by scanning the room key card or making a selection on the touchscreen in front of the elevator. I had a few trips that went back up a few levels after stopping at the requested floor due to the doors not opening. I had to exit and re-select the floor. The floor in the room was a little dusty/dirty in a few areas, especially behind the entrance door. The shower didn't have a glass door, so water easily escaped and pooled into the bathroom. This room didn't have a dryer, so it was hard to try and dry the towels by hanging them up. However, the towels were changed daily, so this wasn't too much of an issue.

The room was amazing my daughters loved it, we stayed in an interconnecting rooms and rooms were amazing. The room had everything we needed and more, very clean, staff where very helpful. Will definitely be staying at this property again. The location is perfect as well, Wynyard station is right there, and so is the tram stop as well. Close 4 min walk down to circular quay perfect.

The only bad thing was we could here the music from i think a night club 1 building over from our room, that was the only negative, but some ear plugs fixed that :).

The location is great, within walking distance of Darling Harbour and Sydney Opera House. There are a variety of bars and restaurants within the area which were really lively due to it being NYE. The room was modern and had good facilities, we were travelling so the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer was an added bonus and part of the reason I booked this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, the cooking facilities were grubby, as though it hadn't been cleaned. I noticed powdered makeup had been dropped in the bathroom by another guest and had been missed by the cleaners. The room we had was situated on the 3rd floor above the entrance, there was an extremely loud bar on the corner opposite where we could hear loud music and people shouting until about 2am.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, as we really loved it the first time and the price was very good in comparison to other hotels the date we needed. Nice to be able to check in at the ground floor desk on arrival rather than heading to the lobby as we were returning guests, convenient and saved time. The room itself is well appointed with separate lounge area with dining table, kitchenette, two TV's, two wardrobes, responsive air con and electronic curtains and block out blinds (and trust me you would think it was night at midday!). Best part, a pod coffee machine. Staff generally attentive and love the pre offered options for add ons like early check in / late check out, drinks on arrival etc. Overall very happy with this hotel and will book again in the future.

It is a shame that you cannot get dropped / picked up from the front of the hotel due to roadwork / construction, this also caused issues the second day as our uber delivery person could not find the hotel entrance so had to try to find him on the street. A few small things noted in the room: cleanliness was not perfect, dust visible in bathroom and all over kitchen splash back, no body lotion in bathroom dispenser, no USB-C ports. Room service was good, delivery time was pretty quick, and menu options met our needs and you can see they use high quality ingredients etc, but found brisket burger vs description and price a bit underwhelming and no availability for in room dining between 11am and 5pm on Sunday so opted for Uber.

Location, location, location! On the light rail route, in the city and accessible to most of the city centre. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the big bed and clean, white linen. Bonus was the washing machine and tumble drier. Plenty of cupboard space as well. Bathroom was very modern and came with shampoo, body/hand wash. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we rate the hotel as an exceptional place to stay. Be warned though, the restaurant upstairs needs to be pre-booked and bring your cheque book! The view from the restaurant is beautiful but it’s pricey. However the service was first class! Overall the welcoming staff and reception were very pleasant and helpful. Advantageous is that there is a light rail stop just a few steps away from the entrance of the hotel.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the welcome desk and passages are very low lit and dark. As the immediate area in front of the hotel is under construction, we could not be dropped off in front of the hotel. Due to the construction, it was quite noisy but by 6pm they had wrapped up so we were not affected at night.

A by Adina is well located in the CBD of Sydney - directly across the road from Wynyard train station. We had a great city view from the expansive windows. The two bedroom apartment was well configured and a good choice for our party of three. The hotel was happy to quickly accommodate our request to have twin beds in one of the rooms. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

In April 2025 there was extensive construction work underway around the hotel. This did create noise, including through the night. We were informed by the hotel before checking in and there was little they could do. The breakfast service at the restaurant was leisurely and could have been more efficient. The windows were beautiful but did need a really good clean as they were dusty - and previous occupants had used them as a canvas for interesting art!

First of all,I would like to thank the Duty Manager Ms. Tanya,who does everything to make her guests happy.She immediately solved the technical problem I had in my room and it was a great honor for me,she offered chocolate and champagne as a gesture. An extremely modern and comfortable facility in the city center.The staff is very friendly and attentive.There is both a metro station and a tram stop in front of the facility, so you can easily reach everywhere, including the airport. There is an independent kitchen,living area and bedroom in the room and a washing machine and dryer are also great comfort.The view is magnificent,the internet is fast and uninterrupted.The automatic curtain and blind system was magnificent.The fact that the water flowing from the tap is drinkable is also a +1 advantage.You can reach your hotel directly from the airport by metro,do not waste money on taxi or Uber. **I would like to add another important note.When you check in to the hotel, there is an attendant at the lower floor of the building during the day, but if you check in at night,you can go up to the top floor indicated by the elevators and check in from there.
