Excellent location, good service and clean. Convenient and comfortable.

Shower area is slightly small, water will spread to the toilet area as the drain does not clear the water that well. The pool area is not maintained well, many dead bugs and broken tiles at the side of the pool.

This is a superb location for staying in Sydney. The hotel is close to public transport, with Wynyard station just outside. The room had most things you would need for a trip to Sydney. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the microwave was an added bonus. The noise from the construction works for the twin underground rail tunnels was very minor and didn't affect my stay at all.

The elevator doors would sometimes not open once at the floor selected, which is done by scanning the room key card or making a selection on the touchscreen in front of the elevator. I had a few trips that went back up a few levels after stopping at the requested floor due to the doors not opening. I had to exit and re-select the floor. The floor in the room was a little dusty/dirty in a few areas, especially behind the entrance door. The shower didn't have a glass door, so water easily escaped and pooled into the bathroom. This room didn't have a dryer, so it was hard to try and dry the towels by hanging them up. However, the towels were changed daily, so this wasn't too much of an issue.

The location is great, within walking distance of Darling Harbour and Sydney Opera House. There are a variety of bars and restaurants within the area which were really lively due to it being NYE. The room was modern and had good facilities, we were travelling so the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer was an added bonus and part of the reason I booked this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, the cooking facilities were grubby, as though it hadn't been cleaned. I noticed powdered makeup had been dropped in the bathroom by another guest and had been missed by the cleaners. The room we had was situated on the 3rd floor above the entrance, there was an extremely loud bar on the corner opposite where we could hear loud music and people shouting until about 2am.

This hotel is in a great location. it’s newly renovated and very clean. The rooms are specious with plenty of wardrobe and draw space. We had a small kitchenette, with good a coffee and tea supply and all cutlery and dishes necessary if we needed to order in. no room service. The bar on the top floor was ambient and great for a night cap!

Entertaining the hotel can be confusing as the entrance is dark and moody with a small desk and I imagine most people assume this is reception, but it’s just Concierge. The staff weren’t overly clear and assume you know where to go but somehow we worked out that the reception and check in is on the 20th floor. I saw this happen several times while waiting for the lift. Confused guests and not overly helpful concierge.

Location, location, location! On the light rail route, in the city and accessible to most of the city centre. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the big bed and clean, white linen. Bonus was the washing machine and tumble drier. Plenty of cupboard space as well. Bathroom was very modern and came with shampoo, body/hand wash. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we rate the hotel as an exceptional place to stay. Be warned though, the restaurant upstairs needs to be pre-booked and bring your cheque book! The view from the restaurant is beautiful but it’s pricey. However the service was first class! Overall the welcoming staff and reception were very pleasant and helpful. Advantageous is that there is a light rail stop just a few steps away from the entrance of the hotel.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the welcome desk and passages are very low lit and dark. As the immediate area in front of the hotel is under construction, we could not be dropped off in front of the hotel. Due to the construction, it was quite noisy but by 6pm they had wrapped up so we were not affected at night.

A by Adina is well located in the CBD of Sydney - directly across the road from Wynyard train station. We had a great city view from the expansive windows. The two bedroom apartment was well configured and a good choice for our party of three. The hotel was happy to quickly accommodate our request to have twin beds in one of the rooms. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

In April 2025 there was extensive construction work underway around the hotel. This did create noise, including through the night. We were informed by the hotel before checking in and there was little they could do. The breakfast service at the restaurant was leisurely and could have been more efficient. The windows were beautiful but did need a really good clean as they were dusty - and previous occupants had used them as a canvas for interesting art!

First of all,I would like to thank the Duty Manager Ms. Tanya,who does everything to make her guests happy.She immediately solved the technical problem I had in my room and it was a great honor for me,she offered chocolate and champagne as a gesture. An extremely modern and comfortable facility in the city center.The staff is very friendly and attentive.There is both a metro station and a tram stop in front of the facility, so you can easily reach everywhere, including the airport. There is an independent kitchen,living area and bedroom in the room and a washing machine and dryer are also great comfort.The view is magnificent,the internet is fast and uninterrupted.The automatic curtain and blind system was magnificent.The fact that the water flowing from the tap is drinkable is also a +1 advantage.You can reach your hotel directly from the airport by metro,do not waste money on taxi or Uber. **I would like to add another important note.When you check in to the hotel, there is an attendant at the lower floor of the building during the day, but if you check in at night,you can go up to the top floor indicated by the elevators and check in from there.

Fantastic Stay I stayed for five days during Christmas, and my experience exceeded all expectations. This was a 10/10 stay, and I would definitely come back. The property is modern, new, and exceptionally well-maintained. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was fully equipped with everything I needed—kitchen, laundry, and even a dryer. It was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The apartment was spotless, modern, and felt like a home away from home. The staff were super polite and accommodating, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the gym—modern, clean, and offering a nice view, which made workouts feel less like a chore. The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable. Right in the city center, it was close to everything I needed, from dining options to shopping and sightseeing. It made exploring Sydney during the holidays incredibly easy and stress-free.

Central location, good room size, aircon was excellent. A special shout out to Tanya who was incredibly helpful!

The west side of the property is noisy as the building next door has been knocked down, as a result the neighbouring nightclub noise travelled into the hotel. Tanya moved us promptly and was so helpful, causing minimal disruption. She truly was excellent as were all the staff. I recommend getting a room on the east side of the building or the noise may be problematic for your sleep from the ivy.

the staff d not appear to have access to or direction to read Booking.com messenger, but when approached by phone or in person - very responsive and helpful. The TV greeted us with a stranger’s name and we were unable to use our own streaming service because of that (not a major issue, TV was the last thing on our agenda). The electronic system for lights and curtains is “too advanced” for some us: pushing a button to turn the lights on expect all curtains to open exposing you to the big city’s lights and surprise of pedestrians.
