Location, facilities, cleanliness, staff was perfect, more than happy to back again and recommend to friends and family.

I booked, a couple of months ahead, the room for 3 adults, but the room was set up for 2. I arrived after 8:30 pm and no bed for 3rd person, I had to call and ask for every single item for 3rd person, bed, bath towel, tea cup, slippers and ...

Our check in was smooth- without any issues and the receptionist was cheerful and welcoming. The room was incredible - quiet, spacious and immaculate. The bathroom was luxurious and enormous. The attention to every little detail was evident, right down to the complimentary chocolates and bottles of water left for us in the evening. We made excellent use of the Executive Lounge and enjoyed the privacy of its location and the food offerings. The gym was well equipped and very clean. The Fullerton Hotel has perfected the experience of a beautiful hotel stay. The location inside the old post office is stunning and the foyer is breathtaking. This is by far our favorite Sydney hotel.

Offered an upgrade to Premium Tower King, lovely room on Level 16 directly opposite the GPO Clock Tower, Fabulous full face view of the Clock Tower and Big Brother Clock. Did the Heritage tour of the building which was very interesting and informative, learnt so much about the importance and history of the building providing not only postal services but telegraph and later telephone services Handy to light rail for Circular Quay, Town Hall, QVB shopping, the hotel houses a bar and restaurant and car parking is available.

Paid in full at Check In by C/Card, but hotel had also taken a pre-approved value to cover the accommodation from my C/Card which I am still waiting to have released - after check out. 3 days after paying in full. I'm sure it will all be okay, but this should not have happened, once payment is received, pre-approval should be released immediately. Also, arrived to check in at 3pm, room was not available, so parked the car in the car park below and back 10 minutes later,, still not available. Waited in the bar till 4pm before room was available. Not good enough really, should have been offered complimentary drink/s, or breakfast one day or extended check out time for the inconvenience.

Location was amazing-right next to the heart of shopping, while close enough to circular quay. High standard of cleanliness as expected. Beds comfy, however pillow library selection was not mage available until I asked.(in room iPad not updated). I debated other hotels in the city however I am very satisfied with the Fullerton. The hotel tour is highly recommended.

No porter at check in- so had to take my luggage up to room at check in. No staff to acknowledge my arrival. When I asked for a room upgrade(paid or complimentary-told not possible as it was too late in the day). Housekeeping staff sub standard- forgot to replenish so many items. One day I called the desk on 5 separate occasions to request items. There was not a day that I didn’t have to call. Might have something to do with charging her phone with my charger when I returned to the room. Not impressed! Breakfast was very good however the delivery of ordered coffees was useless-everyday we would watch the waiter go to every table asking if the coffee was theirs!

Everything about this hotel from staff, location, building itself exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels throughout the world and this one is in the top10 We had the breakfast plan included in th room rate(it was on sale). This was definitely worth a few extra dollars, a fantastic selection of food. I would definitely recommend NY oe traveling to Sydney To stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Not many restaurants around. However, within 4-5 blocks, we found nice places. Also, ther is good public Transportation available outside. The hotel also hs a very good restaurant

The room was large, light and comfortable with a nice view of the clock tower. The old post office building is very attractive. The gym is very attractive with a reasonably good range of equipment. Food quality is good. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

A few small details that are annoying for a hotel like the Fullerton: -they were unable to supply me reliably with mugs instead of cups. I had to make a special request for mugs on the majority of my days. (Of course I could just have bought one). Tea spoons were missing one day. -The piped music in the gym was very unusual, including funereal organ recitals. -Leaky tap.

The room was a great size, clean and comfortable. It was a suitable location.

Porter service. Bags didn't get counted and number put onto card. Bags not in room when we came back to check in. Porters still didn't bring bags until they saw us trying to bring our bags up (even though it had been requested). Tap handle came off in my hand. On departure porter came to collect our luggage without a trolley and had to go back and get one. Ordered a meal that stated it had seafood and Asian Greens in it. The only greens were a few green beans and very little seafood. For the price it was pretty ordinary.

Staff and service couldn't have been better or nicer to us. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and secure and they are very discreet to boot. The high tea and the breakfast are the best i have ever had - and that's saying something. The location is excellent and right on train and light rail lines in the middle of the city. Tourist maps and info on free tours is at the Concierge Desk and extremely good without being overdone. Very easy going and comfy stay for a special weekend away.

There was nothing i didn't like - I loved it all! Oh, the only downside was i didn't have more time to spend there!

I like the location of the hotel as it easy to get to restaurants, trains, the light rail. The rooms are always presented well and the bed is super comfortable. I have stayed at the Fullerton a number of times and it never disappoints.

I can't think of anything I didn't like except the restaurant being closed on a Monday night. As the weather was pretty bad when we were there it would have been nice to eat at the hotel instead of going out. As we had our six month old grandson with us.. Also just about the cots the mattress is super hard our poor grandson could not sleep on it.

The location was amazing, with easy and convenient access to the city. You could enjoy the vibrant weekend nights and quickly return to the hotel. It was also close to major landmarks like the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and Darling Harbour, all within a 10-minute walk. Plus, it was near public transport and shopping centers.😊

Everything about the hotel was great, and the staff’s service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality, and they cleaned the room every morning. However, one thing that was unpleasant for me was that I traveled during the hot summer season with high humidity, which caused the bedding to lose its fresh scent and feel less clean. During my 5-night stay, they never changed the bedding, and by the last night, it became unbearable.
