Clean and modern facilities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location.

1. Tv does not swing out enough to have comfortable viewing from the bed. 2. We added breakfast with our two night stay. Breakfast is provided next door and choice was limited. There were only four to choose from on the menu. A few more simple Breakfast selections would improve the menu, eg. cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast/fruit/crumpets. We managed ok for two breakfasts but we're glad we had not paid for more.

Definite stay here again, fantastic lighting, best we've ever seen in a hotel, beautiful bathroom products, great bed and pillows, roomy set up with great decor. very welcoming friendly staff. great location for restaurants, shopping and public transport.

We had a room facing the street which was noisy, as to be expected on a Friday and Saturday night, will requests a quieter room next time we stay

A perfect hotel for a weekend or a stay for a couple of nights. The rooms are really small and they have no storage space to unpack. We were there for four nights and lived out of our suitcases although there was not enough space to put them anywhere. Good use of interior design techniques. The staff are lovely and helpful.

Very small rooms

I had an amazing stay at the newly renovated Clarence Hotel in Sydney. The rooms were beautifully updated and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. The location was perfect—so convenient for exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sydney

Location is great. I also love their mattress. I've been suffering lower back pain and found the bed and mattress from most other hotels were too soft for me. Their bed is just the right level, maybe somewhere between medium to firm, which make my back not sore after wake up. Love it!

They don't have their own parking. Nearest is about 5mins walk.

From the moment you enter the staff are very welcoming. Room are functional nice lounge/sitting area. Bed was comfortable which was fantastic. The shower hot water had good pressure and water was actually hot. Will definitely recommend this to other people and I will be back in the

Great location, walkable to many places and very convenient for all pubic transport links. Although compact, the room is very well designed and had everything we needed, was perfectly clean with an amazing shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No cabinet to hang your clothes or drawer to put your belongings and no safety deposit,the sofa its not comfortable to sit with but the table and the chair it’s unique

Good location, very clean and tidy and quiet at night even on weekend night. Comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Bathroom is very small. I am a small girl but I was bumping everywhere. If you are lovely curvey girl or big guy you may feel some difficulty in moves. Besides, good enough to stay.

Great central location for CBD and very close to Darling Harbour. Pleasant, helpful staff, larger room than expected, clean and well prepared with sofa bed already made up.

Sofa bed not comfortable for sleeping with bars felt through the mattress.
