Room was perfect for families, fantastic location, facilities great

The room configuration could have been swapped around so the parents had the bigger room/bathroom

location was good, heater worked fine, suprised it had washing machine and dryer large fridge, quiet enough in room, Bed was good, tea and washing up detergent supplied, but ran out and had to go and get it from reception. Breakfast was good, enough varieties, Most staff friendly and obliging

a tv so i could watch in bed ( more comfortable) No plastic jug to heat up liquids in microwave. chasing up garbage bags when changing bag- then took rubbish out to rubbish area outside of main door Chasing up tea and coffee when running out the elevator slow moving( one was broke down)

The location of the accomodation was super convenient. It’s a 5 minute walk to QVB and the Pitt St mall shops, conveniently having light rail, metro and train access. On the other side is also a close walk to Darling Harbour. Super easy to go to Circular Quay - 20 minute walk if you’re up for it, otherwise 3 stops by light rail. Great value for money and the location is certainly a massive positive.

The street itself can get a bit noisy at night - being so close to the city it can be a high traffic area with vehicles and pedestrians. Our room was front facing to Kent St. However, with the balcony doors shut it was pretty sound proof so wasn’t a major issue. Breakfast options are very limited, but has all the basic essential breakfast items you need.

Best location - literally minutes away from Darling Harbour which is an amazing area and not too far from CBD. Was great for our little family to stay at because it was apartment style and we were able to have a crib set up in the bedroom while my husband and I relaxed in the living room. The hotel also provided us with a high chair and some other stuff free of charge which was nice :)

Breakfast was too expensive so we did not try it and they could have had more amenities and more accessibility - front door was very hard to open.

I was given a room upgrade on arrival, which was an unexpected surprise and greatly appreciated. The room was clean, well appointed, with a great view. The location was excellent for getting around, close to the bus, light rail and shops. The included breakfast was most enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The seal under the door of the shower leaked and I had to wipe it up with my flannel after each shower as no other cloth or mop was provided. (Room 1705). When I used the drier, the filter kept falling off, so I had to leave it off whilst the drier was on.

The hotel was excellent. The location is so convenient with a very easy walk to town or Darling Harbour and you are paying for a spacious apartment rather than a room with beds and a kettle. The staff were very friendly but still give you your privacy if preferred. The strong winds did make a high pitched noise against the glass one of the nights and one of the lifts was out of service but I will still definitely stay there again

Prime location. Situated just a short walk away from Darling Harbour, it provided easy access to a plethora of attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues. The proximity to Chinatown was an added bonus, allowing for an immersive cultural experience and a variety of delectable food choices.

Disappointed by the Lack of Car Parking Facilities I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant inconvenience: the lack of car parking facilities. For travelers who rely on their vehicles, this was a major drawback that overshadowed the rest of the stay.

The location is good and close to restaurants and Darling Harbour. The furnishings are comfortable and the room was clean. We found the water pressure in the bathroom was inadequate and maintenance were promptly sent to deal with it.

The room is a bit tired - some fittings needed upgrading. The shower was over the bath and it was a big step up to get in. If you have mobility issues this would not be a suitable room. Given you have to climb in and out of the bath there should be non-slip applications on the floor of the bath. While the water pressure improved after maintenance it was still just barely adequate.

The location was great for what we came to Sydney to do
