Excellent location, very quiet, room was very clean, bathroom was well laid out and in fact one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Easy access to public transport.

.We found the breakfast service lacking. On only 1 morning of the 5 we were there was my husband able to get a freshly cooked egg at the egg station, the other mornings he was given a precooked egg from the oven. The juices were reconstituted and watery. Once we were seated there was no further interaction with any service staff. There was no cutlery at any of the food stations and no replacement cutlery was offered during service. The only bacon on offer was that greasy and mostly cold streaky American bacon, where was the Aussie bacon? Jams and peanut butter were presented on a small table in large jars with spoons stuck in them, very unsanitary and awkward. We would not recommend paying for breakfast.

The location was amazing. Just too good. The rooms were very clean. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and accomodating. Breakfast spread was very good We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was so tasty. Kid friendly options were good too. The amenities in the room was just right for us and we were able to ask for cutlery when we ordered in. We’ll be staying here again

Cost of valet was high. The location for car drop off is very public. It was an extremely busy street and I was always worried someone would walk away with my belongings as I handled the kids in the car seats. Very busy road and side walk Meant I didn’t have the privacy I would have liked to unload and load my car. Perhaps alternative options can be provided to such persons who had a lot of luggage with kids.

One of the excellent hotel in the heart of Sydney CBD. Good location near to all the attractive places and transportation. The water here is amazing, specoius bathroom and room. Good breakfast food varities. They stored my baggs for 3 days after checking out as I went to a cruise. Very friendly staff however I would like to highlight the exceptional effort of two staff members during my stay. They were working tirelessly and managing the busy environment with great professionalism and efficiency. Their dedication truly stood out and made my experience even more pleasant. A special thanks to Sylwia & Rebecca for their hard work and outstanding service. They truly deserve a well-earned break after thier hard work and dedication. Thank You S&R

All are perfect. However It would be great if they could add some staff in the reception as it quite busy hotel espechally in checking in and out timing.

Amazing location and nice pool and bar area.

Bed was soft which I struggled with and bathroom looked a bit dirty but could be because they don't look like they have been renovated in a while.

Room service menu - ridiculous online system, didn’t work The food was also horrendously overpriced for the food (quality, and amount). The long wait to eat breakfast- I ended up leaving for external cafe.. Had a dinner in the restaurant with an old friend. The food was ok, however the staff started packing up and setting up for breakfast around us and others still eating their meals! It was rude and disrespectful - into not a cheap cafe, and it was not closing time!! That was poor management and disrespect for the pay8ng clients. All the guests there was surprised and unimpressed.

The location was great. The buffet breakfast was really good. We enjoyed cocktails in the beautiful bar area.

We lost power to our power points in our room at 10:30pm on the Friday night. We talked to reception about it, a guy came, and talked to reception again. We were then left for nearly an hour without any communication. We rang again and another guy came. We then had to wait for them to find a spare room. We felt like no one believed us that it had happened. We finally got another room at 12:30am. We were so exhausted by then.

The standard beds were comfortable - but sofa bed was awful and unusable!

The terrible sofa bed and lack of service from the hotel when we asked for a different mattress. We paid extra for a room with a sofa bed and they could offer nothing reasonable as an alternative when the bed was so uncomfortable that no one could ever sleep on a terrible mattress like that! Don’t waste your money on getting a room with a sofa bed! I should say, they offered to out a thin blanket under the sofa mattress which was useless and the porter suggested we could pay for a roll out bed - even though we had already paid for the sofa bed room - incredible!

I liked how it’s very accessible to shops and easy to find by Uber/taxis and the staff made it easy for Uber/taxis to access the parking designated for pick-up/drop-offs and actually made private cars leave the premise. The room itself was clean, comfortable and relaxing in the eyes.

I didn’t like that there was no small basin/kitchenette to access filtered water. The pool temperature was too cold and the pool was advertised as heated. I understand that it’s hot but they should’ve heated the pool in the evening considering it’s open til late.

Excellent location, welcoming spacious entry/lounge/bar area, lovely young lady at the check-in counter, beautiful spacious, attractive room, upgraded with balcony. Thank you.

Broke our hearts after a long day of looking forward to happy hour cocktails only to be politely informed, “I’m sorry, not today,” ie in spite of the prominent signboard displayed, at the hotel entry, advertising it. Such a shame. It would have been far more appropriate and profitable for the hotel to honour their own promotion. Alas, we left quite disappointed but luckily, we managed to discover and greatly enjoy happy hour cocktails and other pre dinner drinks at a beautifully renovated bar nearby to where our son works as a partner. Just perfect! Happy ending.

The central location to the Sydney shopping district and access to a number of transport modes was excellent considering I was traveling with my mother. The staff were all incredible from welcoming us upon arrival and collecting our bags from the car, to check in and the service in the Executive Lounge was superb. The hotel was incredible clean with no weird smells in the halls or the rooms. Overall this was an amazing experience and I can not wait to stay there again.

The parking cost for on location parking was very high and their off-site solution was not far, but was not convenient for traveling with an elderly mother and a number of bags and navigating the very busy pedestrian intersections with luggage.
