Location to transport, CBD, comfortable beds, lovely apartment

room not ready at check-in, waited an hour - however, was given a late check-out of 11am as compensation. Whopping credit card surcharge fee on top of accommodation stay (had to pay by credit card as my bank limit didn’t allow for full amount to be paid by EFTPOS) … recommend ensuring bank limit allows full EFTPOS - not tap and pay as this will also incur the fee 🫤

At time of paying at the reception it was not pointed out to us that savings could be used - DO NOT LIKE SURCHARGES ON CARDS. - the reason the staff give is not completely true or correct. - the reasoning is flawed - I was a small business owner who did not charge fees - Read recent comments by NAB CEO

Very comfortable. Great location. Awesome staff.

No face washer towels were available. It would have been more comfortable if each bedroom had independent temperature controls. Also only 2 lifts were available. Additionally the oven controls weren't marked so using it was some guess work. A coffee milk frother would have been nice.

Very close to all amenities and transport and shopping.

The kitchen had hardly any cooking pans saucepans and nothing to use in the microwave. Really nothing to cook with and not bough cutlery for a 3 bed apartment. Needs a bit of maintenance done on the ensuite door. Door handle broken. The wifi was terrible had trouble trying to download my emails etc.

BATH / UTILITY ROOM W/ WASHER & DRYER: Bath area was typical, but a bonus that the shower was larger than most. Washer/Dryer was important to us as we just came off 2+ weeks in the outback, so the ability to do laundry was great. KITCHEN AREA: Full kitchen with large refer, dishwasher, pots & pans, toaster, kettle, microwave. Dishes and utensils adequate. Seating area nice.

KITCHEN: Sink area lacked sponge or dishcloth, paper towels. As nice as the kitchen area was, these little additions should not be too expensive to add, and that would complete the outfitting of the kitchen. FLOOR: The tile floor in the kitchen area was not clean when we checked in - maid service needs to pay more attention to this, as it gives a poor initial impression.

Convenient and close to things we were interested in. Good outlook on things around. Most people we asked were very helpful. Food places and supermarket very handy. Transport eg. tram very close although we did not use. Everything within walking distant for our stay. A couple more days would have been nice. Loved the deep bath soak.

Know many people cellphone and computer savvy but for us we would have liked an information folder to work the tvs and whats involved to get it to work, netflix etc, and some of the appliances in the room/s/kitchen. Not everyone up with the speed of technology. Maybe a street map of streets around and close to your Suite for people to get there bearings makes life a little easier. Prob bit old school but it is very helpful for some. A check of drawing curtains regularly would help as in one room we couldn't get it to shut. But eventually we got it after sometime. But all in all it was very good. And maintenence did come and sort our fridge episode next day.

The staff were excellent from the time we stepped into the hotel. Joseph has to be commended for going above and beyond to help us in locating my lost luggage, giving us a better so we could view the fireworks and most important when my brother-in-law was extremely sick he assisted in getting a room for him as our flight left in the afternoon. The extra effort goes a long way when you are in dire straits. The other staff were also good but the standout was Joseph who helped genuinely and with a smile.

The room staff though nice, did not understand what we were saying and did not provide what we asked. We did not pursue it further.

Beautiful stylish spacious rooms. We were lucky enough to have a view of the harbour bridge from both booked rooms (two bedrooms luxury suits), coffee machine, capsules and milk were provided, fully equipped kitchen, friendly and helpful staff, clean and beautiful swimming pool with sauna. Great coffee shops around and plenty of dining option, very close to Chinatown and right in the heart of Cbd. Will be happy to stay there again.

Unfortunately, internet was very bad on 38th floor. We had a problem when we needed to work from the room, it was almost impossible and had to use hotspot from our phones.

Excellent location with very convenient access to metro, trains and LRT. Supermarkets nearby and only 5 minutes walk to shopping street. Great views from the apartment - stayed on L46. Kitchen well provided with everything needed to make own food. Beds were comfy. Elevator access was generally very fast (mostly under 60 secs), with max 2 mins wait at peak time. Staff helpful and friendly.

Stayed for 9 nights, so received Express Cleaning 2x. This is a basic level of service, which would be better if it included vacuuming the floors. Minor issue only.

I was very happy with my room! I felt very spoilt! Bed was a bit harder then I was expecting but I still slept well. It was obviously a renovated suite as I stayed another 3 nights with a friend after this in a 2 bedroom suite & it had quite a few flaws. A few minor issues, no face washers, no vanity kits, bare minimum bench space in the bathroom & the lounge was very uncomfortable & hard. In saying that I can overlook those things & would definitely recommend. I would stay again, the staff I came in contact with were very pleasant & offered me a bottle of water on check-in & let me borrow an umbrella the next day.
