large and well-appointed rooms. very close to public transport and lots of cafes. Staff were lovely.

We asked to be upgraded to a higher floor so we could see the Harbour. Room was excellent but still no view of the harbour. 4306 was our suite.

Clean, luxurious, location, good value for money.

I would have given 10 stars all the way but....I was asking staff to help me move my 4 luggages as I was about to check out. concierge staff said I need to bring the huge push cart by myself from downstairs to my room and bring back my luggages by my self. I did and the push cart's wheels were broken does not push in proper direction. I almost broke the elevator because I kept hitting the walls plus the weight of my luggages made it worse. I was alone as my family were in the museum I told the staff about that. I payed so much for 2 nights stay and a simple assistance to move our luggages can't be provided by Meriton. What if the guests were seniors or with back problems. Dissapointing in that aspect.

the floor plan was lovely. beds were nice and the staff were very friendly. the mirrors in the rooms are lovely !

there were nuts under the bed 😭. 1 almond and 3 macadamias. we were worried that someone with a severe nut allergy would have a reaction or something. one of the lamps in our room was broken which is okay but the cord was pretty torn up so that might be a hazard. the balcony was closed in with windows which isn’t horrible since it was cold but i think i would’ve loved an open balcony more unfortunately. the big thing that was super annoying unfortunately was the elevators? there are 5 elevators but they only come down one at a time to collect people i guess. there were lines to get into the elevator going out the lobby at some points so there is a bit of a wait sometimes especially during check in / check out times. (at least the elevators smelt nice as they had air fresheners lol).

the rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. the room is clean. the staffs are friendly and helpful. came in quite early because we had a morning flight, and they are so nice to give us early check in. really appreciate it because we travelled with seniors and kids. couldnt be more thankful than that. the location is also superb. while its right in the middle of CBD and yet its on the quiter side of the road. simply love it.

might need to wait a little bit more for the lift/elevator at certain timing. the lift is considered fast but somehow, you will always see a line while waiting for the lift. maybe i was visiting during the holiday too.

Excellent location. About 30 mins walk to Central Quays and 10 mins to Hyde Park. The suite was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good kitchen facilities. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and take-aways in immediate vicinity. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Good clothes storage. Free complimentary toiletries. Staff were very helpfull and polite. Good security. Lovely balcony weather permitting! Room serviced 2x per week but you can request extra shampoo etc daily.

Request for toiletries from reception was rather ad hoc. I requested body lotion and got a lot of shampoo and conditioner!!

Loved having a washer / dryer in the room. Very nice space in the room with a kitchenette that had everything we needed for the stay.

The lift was slow at times, but this is not a complaint. The location was good, considering the price, but a little bit of a walk to public transport.

Central location, safe neighborhood, friendly staff, great room, tons of food and attractions close by, view from the balcony was stunning.

We needed a deep clean in our room due to a bug problem, and the hot tub was tepid/cold all week. When we talked to the manager they told us they couldn’t turn the heat up past 39°, which is understandable. However had they gone up to feel the tub, they would have understood that it was not at that temperature like we were saying. It felt like we were being brushed off when we asked a few times.

Good size for what I needed. Good location and convenient. Good services, overall good value for money

My check in was really bland, wasnt made to feel welcome or explained about facilities access. I had persistent issues with my tv, maintenance had to come each day to try to resolve it. It was able to fixed for my last night. I was offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. I had some concerns regarding cleanliness. There were drain bugs in my bathroom from the day of check in until I left. Nothing major overall. But I expect a much higher standard from a Meriton.

The location is close to transport. There are lots of eateries close by. I can easily get groceries at the Coles supermarket nearby. Reception is receptive and prompt to requests of towels and toiletries.

The scheduled cleaning did not happen. I have to remind the reception for the cleaners to come the next day. Cleaning is very basic. I don't think the carpet is vacuumed at all. The air conditioning is hard to adjust. I need to adjust the TV every time I turn on the the TV to get the main TV channels like Channel 7. The kitchen needs to be more equipped like trays for the oven.

Great location, very spacious suite and it felt really nice e to have some space, with a large lounge and a bedroom, and even a big hallway to store luggage. Washing machine with free detergent. The only difference with a hotel was no breakfast and no daily cleaning, but we didn’t miss that. It’s good value for central Sidney, and the pool / gym/ sauna was nice.

The nightly parking charge is extortionate. It’s not acceptable that’s it’s so high (60!) for hotel guests when there’s cheaper just a block away for non guests (went to first park Darling Quarter).
