Superior double queen room was spacious and comfortable for us 4, extra USB plugs for charging were great, and bathroom good size too and very clean. Kitchenette was enough to cook a couple of basic meals and have some quieter breakfasts after we had enjoyed the buffet a few times. Buffet was the typical range, but included waffles too. Husband thought the coffee machine included did a pretty good coffee, and he's a coffee snob, but they had barista made option for $5 extra if you wanted, although excellent coffee shops are close by too. Location was a 6 minute walk from 2 Light Rail stops and a train station, and 8 minute walk to the absolutely epic playground and water play at Tumbalong Park, we went a couple times with the kids. Also about 5 ice cream places next to the playground, and a few cafes and restaurants, you're not stuck for options if you stay there too long, haha. Staff were all very friendly. Recommend it for families visiting the city.

The pool was not as heated as I thought it would be (although not freezing), the spa was way too hot and the area needs a new paint job, but... It was still good to have, the kids enjoyed the pool and the starry roof, and we warmed up sitting in the sauna afterwards. The pool is shallowest at 1.2m, so probably not great for very little ones except for the steps, but fine for reasonable swimmers.

It was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. The large walk-in shower was also much appreciated. Good water pressure and hot water. The size of the room made our stay comfortable and we were able to enjoy sipping a beverage on the balcony on a couple of evenings.

Strangely, there was no dresser drawers in which to put our clothes. We jokingly figured previous guests made off with the furniture and the hotel staff did not notice. (It looked like a piece of furniture was missing under the TV.) Both of us being tall, we used the shelf above the coat rack. It worked out but considering that we picked this property for our extended stay (9 nights) it was rather inconvenient. (There were a couple of empty drawers in the kitchenette but my wife did not want to use those.)

We had a comfortable 3 nights stay in their 2 queen bed room. The room is spacious for a family of 4 adults plus luggages. It’s well-decorated, clean with a mini kitchenette. The location was just excellent! Near town hall, China town and Darling harbour with numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. Staff were friendly and accomodating, allowing us to store our luggages before check in and after check out. I particularly loved the smell when you enter the hotel. It has a fresh, clean and welcoming vibe. I will recommend this hotel and will definitely come back next time we come to Sydney again.

Nothing really. Just few suggestions: - probably some more power plugs especially bedside power plug for charging phones. - the shower bath tub is a bit high and could be a hazard for falls and slip’s especially for elderly- maybe a rubber mat and a handle to get out would be helpful and could help to minimize risk of fall and slip.

Perfect for our needs. A good size room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was really nice with a large shower that had great pressure and basic toiletries. The room was very clean and comfortable. The windows and doors were double glazed which made it quiet at night to sleep. The location near George Street made it easy to get about on foot or by public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I can't really find anything to complain about. I definitely would stay here again. The only small complaint is that there isn't much kitchenware in the apartment but there was a note in the drawer stating you can ask reception for more if needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back. The hotel is in a prime location within China Town and a short walk to Town Hall station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and it is convenient to use public transport and ubers. The Queen Studio Room was very spacious (much bigger than expected), clean and comfortable with modern facilities including a small kitchen which was really handy. There was a little table that you could eat at, a chair to sit in, a queen bed, TV and plenty of space. The bathroom was spacious with a great walk-in shower. The small kitchen featured a bar fridge, coffee/tea, cutlery, dinnerware, sink etc. The WIFI worked well and the rooms were sound proof.

The queen bed was a bit too soft and small for couples, and the pillows did not hold shape and would go flat. It would be nicer with a king bed and better pillows.

The location near Chinatown and Darling Harbour was excellent for walking and public transport. Arrived early on the morning after long flight from the UK and staff on reception did everything they could to help us get checked in early. They were super helpful with information about transport and local area. Room was comfortable, had everything we needed. Nice shower. Very good value.

Having the pool was great and it was well used (especially early in the morning due to jet lag), but the jacuzzi was broken which was disappointing but hopefully just a temporary issue.

We had a great stay and will definitely stay again. Room was very spacious with comfortable bedding. At night it was nice and quiet despite it being in a busy area. Staff friendly and helpful. We booked the on-site car park which made things convenient for our mother with limited mobility. Breakfast was great and plenty of variety. Great location, with plenty of restaurants in close walking distance.

Travelling between floors was slow as there was only one elevator in operation. However this is only a temporary problem while the second elevator is renovated.

Good value. Clean. Comfortable. Spacious Twin room on Level 5 for 3 adults. Close to Darling Harbour, George St restaurants, Train station, yet very quiet still. Good amount of counter space and table space. Appreciated the extra chairs from balcony, which we could use to air dry towels as needed. Heater was good given the colder weather (14C). Luggage storage service was great, so we can explore city before room check in & after we checked out. The gym had some weights and leg and arm presses to enable a good work out.

1.It would be even better if there were 4 pairs of indoor waterproof slippers for the carpeted area, and bathroom. 2. The balcony didn’t have a fly screen door. 3. The gym door had both a Rydges card slot and red dot card scanner. It was a little confusing when the card slot didn’t work, since that’s how we accessed our room. We saw another person use the scanner part, and worked it out.

Apartment was more spacious than I imagined for this location. Small kitchenette with electric hob and staff supplied cooking utensils if you requested them. Gym was tiny but good enough as an option for a three night stay, and the indoor pool was a bonus. We found the location better than expected, 10-12 mins walk from Darling Harbour and George Street just 2 mins away with Town Hall station/tram stop about 7 mins walk and Circular Quay/Tge Rocks about 25 mins walk away or 4 tram stops. So many restaurants around, close to China Town and Coles at World Square. On level 5 we barely heard any noise from the street and staff were good enough to put the two rooms we’d booked together plus store luggage before and after our stay for a few hours.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and our room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were large and the sheets were very soft. The bathroom was a great size and the kitchenette was an absolute bonus. This hotel is very good value.

I guess if I was to be picky, the doors to the rooms are not quite sound proof so you can sometimes hear people in the hallway. This is only a minor criticism though and all the positives of this hotel far outweigh this issue.
