Location is perfect, breakfast is good and convenient place which is closer to everything, especially Sydney's CBD as well as tram stations Chinatown, town hall, Central Station (where you catch train travel outside central Sydney) and Paddies Market (cheap souvenirs, fruits, affordable food in the second floor). Easy walking to city's George Street where malls are located or to town hall to catch tram to Circular Quay or train to Bondi Beach. Location is surrounded by restaurants and walking distance to Darling Harbour wharf. I will recommend this place and the hotel offers a fair price. The hotel is quiet at night.

The room size and where it was located we didn't need to walk for miles to get to it, with it being such a big building.
When we checked in, the young lass who served us didn't come across as very friendly at first but over the time of our stay, she became a lot more polite. The european gentleman was helpful but not really welcoming on arrival and seemed a bit annoyed that we chose another staff member to assist us. When we checked out, he wasn’t really bothered. There were other amazing staff, a middle-aged gentle man and a lovely Indian ? Lady. I'm not really sure of her ethnicity and a young Asian lass with glasses who were very helpful and courteous. So what lacked in others was made up by other staff.

Staff were awesome, Hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was very limited for the price, but we skipped pre-paid hotel breakfast a lot as there were so many awesome eateries around. Ready access to free dental kits was great.
Got charged an extra $100 for cleaning services when my kid had a nosebleed in their bed. Was a bit rough as there were no hotel policies publicly available about why or how much they charge.

Location, perfect. Room very clean. LOVE that there is not a shower inside a bathtub and that there was no mould or anything in the bathroom (which surprisingly we hotel regularly and lots have very unclean bathroom grout).
At breakfast, you could introduce fried eggs, and also omelettes. At the moment it is only scrambled eggs and poached. We acknowledge that you can ask for these items however many customers would like to eat quickly and then leave, without having to ask and wait for it to be made individually.

Room was so spacious with a lovely view into the city. Chinatown was an incredibly friendly suburb, it felt very safe and clean to walk around. Lovely markets filling the backstreets nearly every day. Surrounding restaurants were incredible. There is a huge courtyard of fancy asian cuisine restaurants in a side street nearly opposite the Forum entrance. Definitely worth booking here. Reception staff were all lovely, going out of their way at every opportunity.
No complaints, definitely worth booking here.

We booked a family room which was very spacious and quiet. The location was great. It was close to two light rail lines and only two stops from Central Station. Paddy's Market was just around the corner and it was a fiftern minute walk to Darling Harbour. Being so close to Chinatown there were plenty of restaurant and food hall options for affordable dinners. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfasts were fantastic! Wonderful that they were inlcluded- much appreciated, as travel is often expensive. We loved the excellent buffett breakfasts!
I would love if there were some Yoga mats or exercise mats for the floor in the gym...I do yoga and a yoga mat would have been wonderful...also if you do other floor exercises such as sit ups or push ups.... a few matts hanging on the wall accessible would have been much appreciated.

All staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and it is on the quiet side of Chinatown. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast is excellent. The fruit and veggie are very very fresh. It is lovely. Even though my room is just an ordinary twin room, it is quite spacious.
The hotel does not have her own car park. I had to park my car at the basement of 'former' Season's Hotel, where is extremely smelly. Also, the parking fee was jaw-dropping. It costs AUD$40 per night.

The room was superb, spacious, and comfortable. The beautiful bathroom had an excellent shower. There was a good choice of teas and even decaffeinated coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. We could reach all places of interest in Darling Harbour on foot. We did not choose the breakfast option because there were dozens of cafes and several food courts nearby.
I wish I had saucers and teaspoons in the room.
