I really liked the comfortable beds and the privacy offered by each capsule. The staff were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the city. Everything was perfect for the price—great value with commendable effort in keeping the place clean. Couldn’t ask for more at this price point.

There’s really nothing to dislike about this property at this price. I noticed a few people in the lounge making negative comments and expecting a five-star hotel experience for $50—which is completely unrealistic. At this price, you simply won’t find anything comparable in Sydney CBD.

This was one of the best budget accommodation experiences I’ve had in the city. Having stayed at many backpackers over the years, I can confidently say this place stands out for its comfort and cleanliness. I was genuinely impressed with how well-maintained everything was. A big thank you to the cleaning team for their hard work and attention to detail.

Location and uniqueness. The capsule was clean and private. A bit like a rooftop tent but with lights, mirror and phone charger. They were helpful providing towels and lockable luggage storage as I was traveling overseas after my stay. The communal area was clean and well appointed. The capsule was large enough for me to fit comfortably with my suitcase and hand luggage.

The bathrooms and hallway areas were not as clean as they could have been but for the price was fair. I did what I do when camping and cleaned the shower that I used while I stayed.

Wow! Ever since I stepped inside, everything felt perfect. The first thing that really impressed me was seeing a cleaner on his knees scrubbing the ground floor — it showed me right away that this place truly cares about cleanliness. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had secure lockers. The toilets were well maintained too — although a bit small in size, they were spotless and fresh. The staff were welcoming, always greeting with bright smiles, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the lounge area, a nice spot to relax. Overall, my first experience here was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time staying at Space Q Capsule Hotel and honestly, I had seen a lot of mixed reviews before booking. But after my stay, I can confidently say—don’t go by the bad reviews, because they really don’t reflect the reality here. The place is clean, quiet, and I can guarantee you’ll get a proper good night’s sleep. At this price, there’s simply nothing better available in the CBD. I’m glad I gave it a try and I’ll definitely be coming back.

the toilets and showers were disgusting (unkept) and the amount of stuff that was left lying around, half drunk bottles of water and rubbish on the window sills and crap everywhere, come on , you are trying to promote a business that needs a kick in the arse, the kitchen upstairs was also bad , someone needs to take charge and make sure things are tidy !!

The beds were pretty comfortable and there was good climate control considering winter weather. Lounge and study rooms were good places to relax. Staff were helpful and attentive, 24/7 help was available and they helped me after hours when I locked my key in the capsule.

The communal fridge was way overfilled. They should have space allocated for each guest, as I could hardly fit anything in the fridge. Bathrooms are too small with some of the cubicle doors opening on each other. No paper towels in the bathrooms, $5 extra required for towels.
