To find a hotel with 3 single beds in a room in Sydney city was great value. $250p/n was well worth the money. Hotel in a great location, only 1min walk from light rail/tram (which takes you straight to Circular Quay) in the middle of Thai Town and next to Chinatown, so plenty of places to eat. Room was very clean, lots of bathroom amenities (which smelled great). The refrigerator was probably the best we’d ever had in a room.kept everything very cold. Breakfast was good value. Only minor thing was our room didn’t have very good wifi, but thankfully the reception staff gave us an internet extender for our stay so we could have good wifi. I would say the hotel is in need of renovation but is still a very high 3.5 star hotel, but for the price is was excellent value. Great price, friendly and helpful staff and wonderful location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The mattress in 1209 needs to be replaced, perhaps all mattress bedding in the complex needs to be replaced, I have used this fertility many time over the passed 5 years and the mattress are deteriorating more and more with each visit, it's so soft, nill body support, to a point where one's body is so broken, please consider an evaluation of All, I will continue to make my booking at this location, it would be nice on my next visit that you have replaced the mattress, thanks to you for having me stay at you premises, myself and my family stay for more than one night it's generally 3 to 4 nights 🌙

Was a nice neat quiet room would of preferred to be looking at something interesting instead of a buliding brick wall right out my window

The air conditioner was not working in 1 of the rooms ,even went and reported it but nothing was done about it

Hotel looked very clean and tidy in reception and in our room, also on hallways.we didn't use the pool, so can't comment on that, and only ate a breakfast in the restaurant on our check out day, but we were happy with that, and service was good too. Reception staff were polite when we spoke to them and happy to hand us more tea bags at night when we asked as we do like our tea, as it was only a short 4 night stay, and had activities during our stay, the hotel was mainly a base. The metro being in chinatown was great, near the central station, and light railway, was great, and of course so many restaurants and if you enjoy Asian food, your laughing, as I've never seen a chinatown so big. There is plenty of shopping around as well, I would recommend the Metro hotel for it's location good sized rooms, reasonable prices, and cleanliness.

Nothing really bothered us. it was a little noisy early in the morning, but it's in a busy area and can't fault thehotel for that.

We arrived early and staff very happy to take our bags and give us access to the toilets. Very friendly staff. Fantastic location. Easy walk from Central Stn. Especially with bags. Highly recommend for a short stay in town. Beds comfortable. Outside noise was minimal. But that depends on location/position and level of room. We had breakfast next morning. And it was good. Although hot food could be kept hotter!

Bathroom shelf over vanity too big for using the vanity sink to wash face and brush teeth. Tea and coffee facilities in room should be upgraded and more plentiful.

Not far from Central Station so could walk there. Lifts were good Staff were good regarding wifi. We could walk to the trams to go round the central area and the Circular Quay for boats to Manly, buses to Bondi were frequent from Hyde Park

Although we were on the 11th floor there was a lot of street noise. Wifi was available in reception but not available in our room Staff gave us a dongle to plug in which we could log into. Hotel on edge of Chinatown area and there was always a smell of food. Breakfast was average particularly pastries and no choice of eggs.

Excellent location, close to Central Station and the light rail. World Square a five minute walk away, with good eating places and shopping. Staff were very friendly, and our room was ready when we arrived at about 10am, which was great. Beds were comfy, and our room was very quiet, no noise at all from the street or other rooms.

The room was very small, nowhere to put our suitcases, so they just went on the floor. Quite dated, could do with an update. There was not much room in the bathroom to put toiletries, and the basin was barely big enough to wash hands. There was no information in the room on the hotel's facilities, where the pool was located and opening hours, and other information for tourists.

Really nice price and location, with my friend make a reservation at the last minute and this hotel was a perfect place to finish our trip. The staff let us did an early check in because the room were ready, after our stay we could put our luggage in the hotel before going to the airport. Also they give us chocolate and sparkling wine as a gift ! Idk if it’s only for the new years or an usual attention but it was really nice.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t really clean (probably because this is an old building) but we find some baby cockroach. The room doesn’t have kitchen but only a small fridge that make it difficult to remove all the food the avoid the bugs presence. But to be honest it wasn’t a really big problème for us.

It’s a bit tired . The wifi was dodgy in my room possibly coz it was next to the lift and also v dark making it hard to read at night in bed. My icypole melted in the ‘freezer’ Also wondering about the extra $100 charge for incidentals. I purchased breakfast once and that was $25.. do I get the other $75 refunded?

The location was amazing, central for us to everything we needed. Big rooms, go to have to double beds in the room.

The bathroom was too small, had to sit sideways on the toilet as the wall was in the way. There were no towels in our room on arrival. The shower was too close to the ceiling.
