Location was right in the centre of the city. There’s a convenience store around the corner. Fast check-in and check-out process. Staff were lovely and pleasant. Very spacious room. All amenities were available apart from slippers and robes.

As many people have mentioned, water pressure was low and sometimes the heat disappears. Flush for the toilet was also sometimes hard to press. Thin walls, so sometimes we can hear conversations from next door.

We recently stayed at Vibe Hotel Sydney during our family trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after long days of exploring the city. The breakfast offered was delightful, with a good variety of options that suited our family’s tastes. The staff were friendly, professional. Overall, Vibe Hotel Sydney meet our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

There're no bottle water provided in the room. You have to bring it in from shops outside.

We thought it was a no fuss well appointed city hotel. Breakfast in coffee shop was great and closeness to bus and train ( and short Ubers)for exploring Sydney was very helpful

We enjoyed our stay but there was one problem. After being asked re the minibar at checkout and confirming we had had nothing….it was very disappointing to be charged a few days later on our credit card for mini bar items without any notification email or invoice. I would hope Vibe is not doing this to all guests after they leave? But check your credit card!! I did get it sorted tho after phoning through after no initial response via email

I like that it was close to public transport and within walking distance from the clothes and food shops. Close to the main city. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Loved the pool area and the gym next to the pool on the roof top. Everything was great. My children and I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel entrance and reception area was nice and smelt nice every day too.

I didn’t like the shower space. It was small or tight space I should say. The soap holder is in the wrong place. It’s on the side where it gets in the way. There was no shelving to put shower items on so had to put on the floor. Could have more coat hangers to hang clothes in cupboards. The room could do with a renovation as there were damages on the ceiling, wall and carpet around the room entrance door.

We booked a room here last minute and the hotel staff were very accommodating. We were able to drop off our bags and explore the city whilst waiting for our room to be ready. Our room was spacious, clean and a cot was provided for our 2 year old. We also asked if we could extend our stay a couple of hours to allow our toddler to have a nap on our last day and the team were so accommodating, they needed our room, hoewever were able to provide us another room for a couple of hours for a small cost. (Totally worth it! Happy toddler happy life). The hotel is also walking distance from a lot of attractions and a 5 minute train ride away from circular quay. We had the best holiday and would recommend Vibe Hotel to anyway staying in Sydney.

Exceptionally clean, our room was spacious and well stocked with everything we could want or need. Very comfortable bed. Pool and gym were great, we enjoyed the rooftop area one afternoon. Great location only 1 block from Museum station (direct to Airport line) which made exploring easy. 1 block to great restaurants in Surry Hills. Onsite cafe was awesome too.

3pm check in was adhered to strictly - lots of us were waiting in the lobby. Offering a (paid) early check in would solve this - after an international flight landing at 9am we were exhausted and nearly asleep on the lobby couches waiting for our room.

- When first settling into room and we noticed a problem with the room, the staff were very quick to move us to another room - Beds were tall and comfortable - TV was large and easy to connect to via Chromecast - Included breakfast had good variety and tasted good - Room service came in a reasonable amount of time - Very short walk to various public transport options

- Air conditioning vent began to drip water after regular use (we came back to our room and one of the beds was damp to the touch) - Room service had an after hours limited menu, but the late night food was average and could've been hotter - Took a minute to figure out switching between bathtub faucet and shower head. If you tried to have a hot shower/not much cold water on, the water pressure would drop to the point that it would automatically switch back to running through the faucet.

When we entered the lobby, the smell was inviting and relaxing. We were accommodated well. There was a jar of cold lemon water in the middle of the reception hall for the guests to drink. The room was pristine, the bed we requested was granted, toilet was clean and just enough number of tea bags to drink when we arrived. Location was just 15min from the city centre by car so it's very convenient!

1) There were amenities such as gym and pool. We were able to use the gym but not the pool. At the reception, we were told that the pool was heated but it wasn't when we went up there to check. We could have maximised the amenities if the pool was heated as it was really a cold windy night that day. 2) The complimentary milk was not enough as there were four of us and there's just two small milk cartons to not enough to make cappuccinos. 3) Usually, for every hotel that we booked into, there will always be complimentary bottled water given at the room. Vibe Hotel did not provide us with any which is a bit disappointing :( 4) The shower's faucet and mechanism does not work well. It's hard to adjust.
