Apart from the excellent location and the quiet (being located high and at the back of the building with masking air con) the room was immaculate. Importantly, there was an excellent desk (with comfortable chair and appropriate light) to work at - and lots of high power points plus USB slot; too many hotels have them at floor level, making them annoyingly hard to get to. The range of pillows on the bed was excellent; I found one that was perfect for me. Breakfast on the ground floor was very good.

My only gripe: you have to be in the shower to get to the taps ... which means you have to move quickly when the water starts to flow or you'll be scorched or frozen. I didn't have trouble getting the right temperature, so it wasn't a make or break issue, but forewarned is forearmed.

We recently stayed at Vibe Hotel Sydney during our family trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after long days of exploring the city. The breakfast offered was delightful, with a good variety of options that suited our family’s tastes. The staff were friendly, professional. Overall, Vibe Hotel Sydney meet our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

There're no bottle water provided in the room. You have to bring it in from shops outside.

Great location in the city centre with the parking across from the hotel. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Room service was great as well as the breakfast from the restaurant downstairs. The restaurant has happy hour 4-6pm and the snack/share plates were delicious.

Unfortunately the shower was absolutely terrible, hard to use and no pressure, uneven temperature and is over a bath which is not always easy for some. Would have been nice to have a jug to have some water in the fridge as well.

Location was right in the centre of the city. There’s a convenience store around the corner. Fast check-in and check-out process. Staff were lovely and pleasant. Very spacious room. All amenities were available apart from slippers and robes.

As many people have mentioned, water pressure was low and sometimes the heat disappears. Flush for the toilet was also sometimes hard to press. Thin walls, so sometimes we can hear conversations from next door.

We thought it was a no fuss well appointed city hotel. Breakfast in coffee shop was great and closeness to bus and train ( and short Ubers)for exploring Sydney was very helpful

We enjoyed our stay but there was one problem. After being asked re the minibar at checkout and confirming we had had nothing….it was very disappointing to be charged a few days later on our credit card for mini bar items without any notification email or invoice. I would hope Vibe is not doing this to all guests after they leave? But check your credit card!! I did get it sorted tho after phoning through after no initial response via email

Your parking information is misleading. When you say it is $35 for parking which you pre-pay at the hotel, there is a further charge at the parking station. Additionally, when parking over the weekend which is $15 per night, one is required to vacate the car by 6 am. So again, there's a further charge for every hour after 6 am. Who moves their car before 6 am when the check-out time is 11 am. I complained to the parking guard who said that it's the hotel's responsibility to provide the fine print information.

I like that it was close to public transport and within walking distance from the clothes and food shops. Close to the main city. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Loved the pool area and the gym next to the pool on the roof top. Everything was great. My children and I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel entrance and reception area was nice and smelt nice every day too.

I didn’t like the shower space. It was small or tight space I should say. The soap holder is in the wrong place. It’s on the side where it gets in the way. There was no shelving to put shower items on so had to put on the floor. Could have more coat hangers to hang clothes in cupboards. The room could do with a renovation as there were damages on the ceiling, wall and carpet around the room entrance door.

I never give a perfect score to any hotel - like ever! It was all a complete accident that I was even there. As i was supposed to stay with friends in the hotel next door, but they ended up having their booking mixed up and there wasn't room for me. The Vibe was lovely - so clean, stylish, huge room and a bath ... the bath was amazing! And I had no idea there would even be a bath. Thank you! Your staff were also extra lovely, even your cleaning staff in the hallways that ALL said hello. I will be back, and I have absolutely no reason to come to Sydney, but will come back so I can explore properly and stay there again. This was a super quick one night visit, but next time I'll definitely make it longer. Oh and thank you for the decent iron! I often even travel with my own because hotel irons are usually so terrible and most of the time ruin my clothing.

It would have been nice to know about the construction works next door, but I guess Sydney IS an entire construction zone most of the time. (I haven't stayed IN Sydney for probably about 10 years by the way). It's just I'm from the country and had a very late night (by choice), so jackhammers and cranes waking me up early the following morning outside my window was not really expected. Next time I'll just bring ear plugs. Apart from that, I was so impressed. A diffuser attachment (yes I have very curly hair) for the hair dryer would have been also great, but that's not something I would ever necessarily expect. It's just it makes a big difference to me personally in trying to dry my hair.
