After a terrible experience with my previous booking in Melbourn, I was worried that the pictures on Booking.com wouldn’t match reality again. However, this hotel was exactly as shown in the photos, even better, and everything was perfect! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and all the amenities were perfect. The location is perfect — right in the center and close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. There was also a convenient drinking machine in the reception area with multiple options — cold, warm, or hot water, sparkling or still — all free to fill up your bottle. The staff were super friendly and very polite, making me feel welcomed from the start. The breakfast was good enough to start the day, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

The location is superb. Right at the heart of the city, walkable distance to major city attractions. Train, bus, metro, light rail are all close by. Only take 20mins from or to airport by T8 (5-10 mins walk from hotel to train station). 3 mins walk to IGA supermarket and 8mins walk to chemist warehouse. The room is clean and tidy, quite spacious and reasonable price. Their buffet breakfast is pretty good too! Staff are friendly and helpful!

The in-room WiFi. It is a bit slow and most of the time I couldn’t connect while I was in my room. The WiFi was normal at their common area such as lift lobby, main lobby and their cafe area. I did feedback to the hotel staff on my second day, they have the internet company to check on it, follow up with me directly via WhatsApp and offer room change if the WiFi still not working properly.

Very central location - could easily visit different neighborhood on foot. Was also very close to different modes of public transportation. Breakfast was excellent and generous. Staff was very helpful and kind. Bed was comfortable - although rooms a bit small.

Internet was terrible - really they need to do something about that. That is my biggest complaint . Main lobby was not great - should have more comfortable seating and be more of a « hang out » place.

I got an unexpected free upgrade which was great. I really liked the buffet breakfast

small thing, I didn’t like the 2 single beds pushed together to make a king bed because you could really feel the difference in the middle. Very comfortable mattress though

We arrived Sun morning at 8.30, approx 31 hours after leaving home in Ireland. We took advantage of the opportunity to pay for an early check-in, which allowed us to use the breakfast buffet also. We had a King Deluxe room, which was a good size. A good seating area, a very large, very comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities, and a decent ensuite. The shower was fantastic! Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice and always busy. There is a small bar with pleasant staff. They have a luggage room that can store your bags if needed. It is only a few minutes walk from a train station so very easy to travel to and from the airport.

It didn't bother us but there is a lot of road noise as it seems to be a single glazed window

Amazing breakfast in the form of a buffet - there was a lot of food to choose from, I could have sausages, scrambled eggs, fruit, toast, cereal. And the coffee machine made delicious hot chocolate. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing - near the city center, right next to Hyde Park, easy access to public transportation.

Slow elevators, I often had to wait around 5 minutes to take the elevator in either direction which was inconvenient when I was in a rush. I found it a bit difficult to use the temperature controls in my room and was quite cold. The wi-fi was quite slow. And despite having a room facing away from the busy street, I could still hear some noise from outside.

From the moment I called, the reception staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. This level of service continued in person, making me feel instantly welcome. The hotel's modern decor and soothing color scheme created a relaxing atmosphere, and the room itself was excellent, with all the necessary amenities. The balcony was a delightful bonus, providing fresh air and a nice view. The room service menu was extensive and catered well to diverse tastes. The hotel's location is also a major plus, offering easy access to public transport and popular attractions. I highly recommend Song Hotel and will certainly be saving it as a favorite."

Very happy with everything really but I would like to highlight particularly: - Breakfast - we couldn't ask for better food. Big choice buffet, great options, everything super fresh and tasty. - Location - not only you are in the heart of CBD but also very close to the train station. Super convenient.

We only needed reception a couple of times, but each time there was no one there to assist, and we had to wait quite a long while for someone to show up. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was frustrating. Perhaps we were just unlucky. Either way, it might be helpful to leave a note for guests indicating how long they might need to wait.

Location of the hotel is perfect if you want to walk around Sydney. Close to most of the sights. The room was really nice and modern, also cleanliness level was amazing! The bed was so big and comfy.

We had a problem with coming with our car (since it has a rooftop tent and is 2.2m high). We didn’t find parking for it next to the hotel and had to walk with our suitcases for 15min. I asked the hotel for help but they said they don’t know where we could fit. I would have just liked a bit more helpfulness from the staff. Also not to be rude but the staff during breakfast was a little too much for me. I totally respect people with disabilities but it wasn’t something I wanted next to my morning coffee.
