The bathroom had mould on the ceiling The fall of the water to the drain in the bathroom was most unsatisfactory Only towels could stop the water flowing into the toilet area. The booking system is misleading I thought I booked a Hyde park room The booking system says city view. Therefore I thought city facing Hyde park. Very misleading No rooms with Hyde park view available on check in. Disappointed !!!

We were very happy to have such a big room with a queen size bed. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking in any direction to desired attractions. The staff was helpful in giving directions and any information that we requested.

The restaurant buffet is too expensive and the only option for breakfast. I think there needs to be an option to order what you want for breakfast. The bar/pub restaurant for lunch/dinner wasn't serving good food and didn't have a good selection of choices. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant in it especially for breakfast and it didn't meet our expectations or needs regarding this.

The size of the rooms were great for a family of 4. We also loved how quiet it was. We couldn't hear our neighbours. The beds and pillows were really comfy too. We slept so well. Location is great. Right across from Museum train station. A short walk to Surry Hills and George St Light rail. We also took the new Metro train down to Barangaroo. The view of Hyde Park from the room was great too. Would stay here again.

The pool area is a bit of a weird layout which meant there wasn't very much room for lounging around the pool. They also ran out of pool towels by 8pm even though the pool is open to 11pm.

Room was very nice, with a really comfy bed and workspace to get some work done, Bathroom was clean and with a large bath and shower, Location is really nice being next to Hyde Park and with an amazing view, Mini-bar was nicely appointed and had a Nespresso coffee machine in room (I didn't use it).

Room was very dated with marks on walls and exposed wires near workspace desk, Lights had issue when walking in certain spots on carpet (they turn off, thought it was some kind of motion sensor for a minute), which happened frequently, Service was a bit slow for morning breakfast and in the restaurant for dinner, but staff were very polite, Slightly overpriced for the quality, but the location makes up for it.

We stayed here twice, either end of our east coast trip. staff were possibly the most friendly staff I have ever come across, so so helpful and informative without being too over the top, rooms were lovely- they were up to date, clean and well stocked and on our second stay, we even received a free upgrade, which was a great way to end our trip! Comfy beds, great drinks at the bar (we didn't eat here, but Sagra, a small Italian restaurant down the road was the key to our hearts on this trip), whole hotel had a really nice feel to it. This was my 1st time at a Pullman hotel and I will definitely book another stay in the future. Location was PERFECT! We had no bearings of the city when booking here but this location could not have been better! Great places to eat and drink, plus tourist activities in short walking distance, and the park itself is so lovely. Couldn't speak higher of our experience here. The Park View room was SO worth it! We totally fell in love with Sydney. Things we did: Both red and blue routes of bus tour. Harbour hop on hop off cruise, The Rocks and Sydney Harbour, Walked around Lavender Bay (10/10 need to do this, $1 train across the bridge, so lovely here) Blue Mountains tour (booked via Get Your Guide) Bondi beach (via hop on hop off bus) ate at Sagra, Bill and Toni's, and Macchiato Italian restaurants in the area.All packed into about 5 days!

There was not a single thing I disliked about this stay.

We love it here, the view over the park is relaxing and lovely. This is our 3rd time and we always come back due to the great location, close to shops, transport, park and Australian museum which the kids love. The kids always look forward to the treat cart

I thought the treat cart used to be daily not just weekend, maybe I'm mistaken, but it would be good for daily as our stays usually straddle a weekend but was 4 nights. The spa area is starting to show it's age and the tiles are always as slippery as I remember it. maybe place some anti-slip matting?

Location was sensational, so close to everything we wanted to go to and to the event we were attending in the Domain. The food was delicious - we enjoyed lunch and some drinks at one of the in-house restaurants before we headed out for the night - freshly cooked, delicious and served quickly. Also, the best breakfast that I have had at a hotel in a very long time at Windows on the Park. We also ordered room service quite late, and it was prompt and delicious and served with a genuine smile. The facilities are great - the pool, gym etc. If I was forced to critique anything it would be that our room decor was a bit more dated than I would expect for the price you pay (and compared to the amazing first impression you get when you walk into reception) but we didn't really care as it was comfortable, which is more important, and we weren't going to be in it a lot anyway. Overall, I loved the Pullman Hyde Park, and I will happily stay there again! Highly recommend.

The decor in the room was a bit dated but I think it is barely worth mentioning. I must admit I missed having a kitchen sink in the little kitchenette area also. But again - not really an issue. It's only because you're asking :)

Pullman is a brilliant property. It was very close to the Museum train station, very short walk. The bus stop is even closer, and the buses in the city are very well connected. We had a lovely room on the 14th floor facing the Hype Park and it was just splendid. The facilities were top notch. The room service menu is also good, not too expensive. The bathroom was nice and big with a big tub. There's an Eazy mart right next to the hotel for any quick snacks etc. The staff was very friendly and we got some excellent recommendations from Nuradha at the reception, there was another Sri Lankan lady as well at the reception who was just lovely and gave me some very good tips on where to go shopping etc. Overall our stay at Pullman was lovely and we would love to come back.

Not the hotel's fault. But the cab driver (who was also an Indian) from the airport to the hotel, maybe took a longer route and charged us close to 90AUD, while on our way back to the airport from the hotel, it only cost us 42AUD. We felt quite cheated.

Location was perfect! 20 min walk to Harbour bridge/Sydney opera house. Superior room was really spacious and had the most incredible view of Hyde park and the skyscrapers at night! Magical! Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. We also had room service one evening and couldn’t fault the service, food or price. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Just one thing to look out for is to check if Breakfast is included. When we booked with Booking.com, it didn’t mention breakfast so I enquired directly to Pullman Hydepark where they confirmed it was included. We arrived to check in and were told that it wasn’t included in the price! Luckily I had the email correspondence showing the reply from Pullman so it was honoured. I would definitely go back and would recommend the location for visiting the main sites.

Only that there was confusion over whether the breakfast was included. If I hadn’t had confirmation in an email, I would have had to pay extra. However, the staff were really helpful and sorted out the mistake very quickly so don’t let this put you off. The Hotel is really good value for the location.

The rooftop pool is lovely and overlooks the city! It’s also open until 11pm.

We went to relax in the Spa at around 20:30pm to find the jacuzzi full of children and also the pool. Not only that a gent was working out in the gym and a child was swinging off the gym equipment around age 5-8. Now as it’s a Spa and most people are there to relax we would of expected a cut off point for children to be allowed up there? A lot of the adults up there said the same and thought it was appalling how some of the children where jumping in and out of the jacuzzi when people were trying to unwind. We was not impressed at all by this!
