The cafe downstairs provided excellent food and they were very helpful.

There was no offer of alternative milk options in my fridge and when I asked specifically the male staff member sent me to the corner store. The convenience store did not have any choices other than normal milk! These days there are many people who can't have normal milk and surely, as a paying guest, I should be able to have a cup of tea in my room. The ladies in the cafe downstairs very kindly let me have a small container of lactose free milk for a couple of cups of tea - not too difficult to organize if the staff at the hotel had thought about it.

Liked the location. The kitchen area was well stocked. Bedroom had good lighting. Walking distance to the Train to Circular Quay. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Ten minute walk to Chinatown. The rooms were awkward. You had to close the bedroom door to open the bathroom door and keep it closed in the night so you didn't run into it. Pillows were not soft. The living area had only overhead lights, too bright to have a on all the time, too dark to turn off at night. No table lamps. Staff was helpful and very accommodating.

Great location, helpful staff, good size rooms, free wifi was excellent for our whole stay, added bonus of the 3 free laundry rooms.

Carpets a little threadbare, didn’t get a check in call until our last evening re fresh towels or if we needed anything. We didn’t realise there was no housekeeping on booking (probably us not reading but maybe should be informed of that beforehand).

The hotel has a great vibe with lovely decor and welcoming staff. The kitchenette was super well supplied and probably the cleanest I have seen. The bed was comfy and the bathroom a great size. They provided great suggestions of where to eat in the area.

There is a very odd door between the bedroom and living room which seems to serve no purpose other than being in the way(ok its to close the door to the bedroom) we tried to close it and it actually hits the bed. As it's quite in the way we also noticed that it was rather unclean probably because every person before us also has had to go around it to reach the bathroom. The rest of the place was clean however.

Location pretty good, great view from room even though limited [see below,] as had corner unit. Plenty of space with separate living and dining.

Couldn't sit on balcony and only 1 of the 2 balcony doors opened so very restricted view compounded by a dark film on the glass. A fair distance to walk to nearest shops for supplies ie., food & drinks.

Location was excellent, the room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful.

Bathroom quite small and too close to the bed. Only instant coffee in the room and no complementary coffee at Reception.

We enjoyed the location, as we could walk to most places of interest, or catch a nearby bus or train. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was adequate for our short stay, as it had a functional kitchen. There was also a free guest laundry on our floor.

It would have been nice if the property had a swimming pool.

- Great location: Short walk to Central Station, Capitol Theatre, heaps of bars & restaurants - Very reasonable price for a 2-night weekend stay in the centre of Sydney - Staff were very friendly & enthusiastic - Stored our luggage before check-in/check-out - Bubbles served in comfy area opposite reception while waiting for room to be ready (but may have just been a Friday Happy Hour thing) - Comfy bed (sofa bed wasn't bad either) - Not a lot of traffic noise

- 4pm check-in time is quite late compared to most places - Awkward floor plan: Had to go through bedroom to get to the only bathroom in the apartment (tricky for guest sleeping on sofa bed) and bedroom door opened inwards, blocking the bathroom entrance - A lot of messages back and forth with accom before they confirmed that our room type ("Standard Queen Room") did indeed have a sofa bed - Would be good if Chromecast was compatible with TV - Hard to get a lift that wasn't already full sometimes

Its strategically located in the city. Train, tram and taxi can be used. Grocery around. Walking distance in some of touristic spot. Few steps away for outside the city tour pick-up point. Staffs were all pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and with all the basic needs that we need during our stay. Coffee shop behind the reception desk was also a plus and serving good small dishes/sandwiches. I couldn't ask for more and will definitely stay on this hotel on my next visit.

One lift is working but anyway can still managed.

Great location - short walk into Chinatown with loads of amazing food options close by. Well connected by public transport. Very clean, towels (all white and fresh) and good bathroom toiletries provided. Very comfortable, the room felt luxurious and was well equipped with a fridge and small kitchen area which was handy. Staff were brilliant too. Really happy with our stay. Also good soundproofing as we barely heard anything at all from our room.
