Perfect comfortable apartment with everything you need for a few days in the city. The kitchen was well equipped which is not always the case for these kind of apart hotels. The bed was really comfy, blackout curtains and surprisingly super quiet at night in the CBD so we slept very well. Nice staff at check in, let us check in early. The gym was little but functional. Also the complimentary laundry and powder was a lifesaver and all the machines worked which is also not always the case. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

The only thing I can fault is that the lights in the lounge/kitchen are quite strong and a standalone lamp by the sofa would be nice to soften the lighting when watching TV etc.

The cafe downstairs provided excellent food and they were very helpful.

There was no offer of alternative milk options in my fridge and when I asked specifically the male staff member sent me to the corner store. The convenience store did not have any choices other than normal milk! These days there are many people who can't have normal milk and surely, as a paying guest, I should be able to have a cup of tea in my room. The ladies in the cafe downstairs very kindly let me have a small container of lactose free milk for a couple of cups of tea - not too difficult to organize if the staff at the hotel had thought about it.

Friendly staff,clean,modern rooms,location,water availability in foyer,cafe, The shampoo,conditioner and body wash were very good quality. Great kitchenette with excellent array of utensils etc

Everything was great,but I am not so sure about being confronted and asked very personal questions when staff member was trying to persuaded us to attend meeting in regard to becoming Members at Club Wyndham . Also,not a huge problem ,but the wardrobe in my room was very small and difficult to place and access clothes on the coat hangers.

Liked the location. The kitchen area was well stocked. Bedroom had good lighting. Walking distance to the Train to Circular Quay. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Ten minute walk to Chinatown. The rooms were awkward. You had to close the bedroom door to open the bathroom door and keep it closed in the night so you didn't run into it. Pillows were not soft. The living area had only overhead lights, too bright to have a on all the time, too dark to turn off at night. No table lamps. Staff was helpful and very accommodating.

Great location close to CBD and train stations. Nice foyer with 24/7 reception, so no need to worry about after hours check in. Free washer and dryers for guest laundry needs.

A little noisy from our room, on level 1 you hear traffic and CBD noise more. Our room was opposite the waste and house keeping doors which we could hear opening closing at random times throughout. The room was in pretty good condition but small signs of wear and tear could be seen.

Great location, helpful staff, good size rooms, free wifi was excellent for our whole stay, added bonus of the 3 free laundry rooms.

Carpets a little threadbare, didn’t get a check in call until our last evening re fresh towels or if we needed anything. We didn’t realise there was no housekeeping on booking (probably us not reading but maybe should be informed of that beforehand).

We loved everything about our stay at Club Wyndham! The room, the location, the service and the staff were all absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back, this is now our go to hotel whenever we go to Sydney.

Our stay wasn't long enough! If I had to make a slight criticism, The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the products provided but that is neither here nor there in my opinion as I can just take my own!

The hotel has a great vibe with lovely decor and welcoming staff. The kitchenette was super well supplied and probably the cleanest I have seen. The bed was comfy and the bathroom a great size. They provided great suggestions of where to eat in the area.

There is a very odd door between the bedroom and living room which seems to serve no purpose other than being in the way(ok its to close the door to the bedroom) we tried to close it and it actually hits the bed. As it's quite in the way we also noticed that it was rather unclean probably because every person before us also has had to go around it to reach the bathroom. The rest of the place was clean however.

Most People at Front Office are very well trained for their job. Very reliable. Ross was helping me a lot, with very few words and fast actions - all my questions were solved with him. In general, most of them were very smooth and professional. They Helped me with suitcase and DHL. I simply love them.

The location is not my preferred choice for short stays.

Location pretty good, great view from room even though limited [see below,] as had corner unit. Plenty of space with separate living and dining.

Couldn't sit on balcony and only 1 of the 2 balcony doors opened so very restricted view compounded by a dark film on the glass. A fair distance to walk to nearest shops for supplies ie., food & drinks.
