It was accessible to shops, restuarants and train. airport was minutes away.

they had an ongoing construction that starts very early. Our room doesnt have good sound protection

The staff were lovely and helped us unpack our bags from the taxi and carried them all to our room where they unloaded them all for us. They always acknowledged you when leaving for the day and coming back. Location was so good. Very quick 5-7min walk to mall with lots of food places and a supermarket which was open til midnight. Also very quick to walk to the train stations and bus stops. My son loved our room as he could see from the balcony all the trains going back through central station! We had a washing machine and dryer in our 2 bedroom apartment and a bathroom as well as an ensuite. A small box of milk was left in our fridge everyday. It just had everything we could possibly need!

Great location near shops, restaurants/pubs, and public transportation. My wife and I rented a one-bedroom apartment, but we were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment (with two bathrooms). We found the setup very comfortable throughout our four-night stay. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly.

During our June 2024 stay, there was construction site next door to the hotel, so the hotel was NOISY during the daytime. No construction noise at night. Construction noise is beyond the control of the hotel staff, but we teased them about it anyway ... they received our abuse with good humor. :-D

The facilities in the room were comprehensive, and good quality. There were multiple spaces in the room for us to spend downtime together or separately, and when friends visited us there was plenty of space; it did not feel crowded. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to Central station and various restaurants and Oxford St. I’d love to have had laundry facilities in the room, but that’s about the only thing I’d change.

There was a bit of construction nearby (not sure if it was in a nearby building or on the street) which added some noise during the day.

We chose Zara apartments for the excellent location as we didn't want to hire a car and it didn't disappoint. We were able to comfortably walk to the Museum, NSW Art Gallery, Botanical Gardens, Darlinghurst and Chinatown. Museum train station was also a short walk and only two stations from Circular Quay. There are many options nearby for meals, from grocery shops to takeaway to very good restaurants, all within walking distance. The price was competitive with other similar accommodation in the area we wanted. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated this. We highly recommend Zara apartments.

A very good location and within walking distance of city shops and sights. The room was exceptionally clean, bedding was very comfortable and the staff friendly and obliging. We appreciated the washing machine and the kitchen was as new, with all appliances.

There is no double glazing and so it's not particularly quiet. It's a little too minimalist and some block-out curtains as well as the existing blinds would be good for noise/light insulation and a friendlier feel. The bathroom vanity was annoying. There was no room to place toilet bags etc - nowhere even to place the hairdryer down. A proper shelf would be very useful.

Walking distance to CBD area (10mins) and 5mins away from closest train station. The room was exceptionally clean. Impressed everything was controlled electronically through an IPad. Staffs were very polite and accommodated our needs. You can also store luggage after check out

Perfect location & an easy walk from central train station and walking distance to everything else in Sydney, the room was exceptionally spacious, had everything we needed and wanted and much more, was very clean, was absolutely perfect and I will definitely stay there again

It was very clean, had everything you need in a hotel like soaps, slippers, towels, etc. location was excellent. Staff were excellent and very accommodating.

The blanket was very heavy so it made me feel very hot throughout sleep. Another issue was there was a lot of noise coming from the elevators when they were operating which made it bit difficult to sleep. Would be nice accommodate for these 2 issues, otherwise everything about the stay was perfect, would recommend to friends!

The room was very clean. A bit smaller then I expected. The staff were helpful and efficient. Always happy. I loved the chupachubs. Haven't had one for decades. The pillow menu was excellent.

The first couple of days were rainy. I couldn't unlock door to balcony. Staff came and unlocked it for me. My balcony was about 50cm wide, there wasn't space for a chair. I went to reception, I told them I should have a balcony. I was given a room with a very spacious balcony.
