Location and service were great

Just disappointing the pool was being renovated we booked before that was going to happen, we had use of the sister property pool but that was outdoor and therefore only went in spa.

In June, this CBD suite that delivered on space and comfort. The large double bed was a standout— great for relaxing on after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been more ideal: just a 10-minute walk to Sydney Central Station and only 5 minutes from bustling malls and the vibrant flavours of Chinatown. With so many dining options nearby, finding a new place to eat was never a challenge. The bathroom was adequately sized and functional with in-room toiletries, making the suite both relaxing and practical. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this spot offers a great balance of comfort and accessibility. Would definitely consider staying again!

I couldn't find anything glaringly negative or lacking.

Everything, This is my second time staying. Location in the city was excellent , transport all around , bus, tram, train, ferry, lots of places to eat, I felt safe, spectacular views of the city, cleanliness, staff genuinely happy & helpful, comfortable bed & pillows, a huge bath tub, good quality toiletries not your average tiny miniature toiletries that run out after use , pumps on the walls, shampoo conditioner, body hand wash and moisturiser, a really good decent hairdryer, an endless supply of towels when needed, coffee machine , full kitchen , balcony, laundry, crisp clean bed sheets, Foxtel, comfortable clean furniture to sit on , a really good amount of coathangers in the wardrobe , 24 hour reception , the pool the spa the whole area was clean. Tick, tick, tick! 1000/100

That I had to leave to come home, I felt that it was my home, I never wanted to leave & am already looking to book again.

Lovely apartment only 3 blocks from Central Railway station but very quiet and well noise insulated. Very clean, interesting layout - kitchen was in two parts but had all the equipment needed. Spotlessly clean with THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED AND PILLOWS IN THE WORLD!! Very fast lifts, delightful reception staff and only two blocks from the tram on George Street.

The only negative was that the TV volume was SOOOOO LOUD when you turned the TV on and it could not be changed for the next time! Other wise delightful

Very spacious. Kitchen is very convenient and was able to cook a few meals. It is really good to have an oven. Location is great - Thaitown and Chinatown are really close. Have a washing machine is good too. Service is mixed - generally the female staff are quite kind and professional.

Lifts always seem to be under maintenance. Clothes dryer was broken. Maintenance is always an issue it seems with my previous stay plagued by a broken oven and broken washing machine.

Check in was easy and reception was open late. Staff were friendly and went through the hotel rules thoroughly. We were able to get extra towels as well straight from reception. Location was very close to Central station and Capital Square tram stop. A few asian grocery stores and eateries were also close by to location. Room was spacious and pretty clean. Really enjoyed the view of the train tracks! We booked a studio space so the kitchen was tucked away in a closet with all the essential tools, cutlery and dishware. If you don't mind the old apartment aging charm, then it's a nice cosy stay with all the essentials you need for a short stay.

The aircon seemed to not be working during our stay. The intercom controller said fault on the screen. Hopefully staff are able to fix it for someone else's stay. If you're a light sleeper, the city noise may be disruptive. We're pretty heavy sleepers but just a note for other bookers :)

Room clean and comfortable bed and pillow. Quiet. Adequate cooking & fridge facilities. Good quality body wash shampoo and body lotion which was fabulous. Location great as walking distance to the museum station and lots of great eating places nearby and shopping centre at world square. Lovely swimming pool.

The toilet and shower are outside the swimming pool and shared with gym. Button for the spa was too far from the spa. Should be two rails to get into the spa as the step down is quite a way down. Very Difficult for my older friend to get in and out and needed my assistance.

Convenient central location with a flat 5 minute walk to Central Station - Sydney's main public transport junction with most, but not all, city (including trains to and from Sydney Airport), suburban, intercity, regional and interstate train (including The Indian Pacific), light rail, Sydney Metro and bus services. Walk one block slightly up hill to World Square – ride the escalator down to the LG level where you will find all the groceries for your Oaks Apartment at Coles supermarket and JB Hi Fi where you can purchase any cords you may need to connect your mobile devices to your apartment’s TVs so you can watch and listen to your streaming services. China Town, Haymarket, and Paddys Markets are all a flat short walk away. LGBTQI+ travellers can make the short walk to Oxford St (night clubs and bars, including Stonewall, Palms on the opposite side of the street from Stonewall and down one flight of stairs, and Arq nightclub at Taylor Square on the corner of Oxford and Flinders Streets), Surry Hills and Darlinghurst, or take the train 3 stops from Central to Kings Cross to meet old, or new, friends in KX and Potts Point. Lovely staff on Reception who were happy to help or to answer questions

Needed more and better quality kitchen cleaning products to enable more frequent and thorough washing up of used dishes and cutlery etc

The room had a good view from 23rd Floor, small but useful kitchenette and fridge. Big king bed and can be zipped into 2 singles. Quite easy to get from the airport to Museum Station which has lifts available for your baggage. Only 2 blocks from Hyde park and quite an easy walk to main areas of town like Pitt St and George St. They even provided some bandaids when one of us tripped and fell a block before home.

The air conditiopner started making a noise on our 2nd day but they offered us another room straight away, The weather was quite ok and we didnt need it so we decided to stay in our room

Rooms are always very clean and tidy, Im a housekeeper myself so am always very impressed that everything is perfect! The beds are the comfiest beds ive ever slept in and the pillows are just like a cloud !! The staff are always very friendly and we just love this hotel !!

Air-con is a little touch and go to control which is abit annoying. Theres options to have it on bedroom or lounge but it stays on for both no matter what, nice n cold though but at one point stayed super warm and didnt cool when we had it on the right settings, but it did work and well got super duper cold when needed. Cant fault the place at all otherwise.
