Good value for money. Easy access - near Museum Train Station. Walking distance to Chinatown, Hyde Park and other attractions. We love walking so we liked that we were able to explore CBD and get off Town Hall station at jight and just walk to the hotel's location. Good savory breakfast too! Menu includes crispy baked potatoes, sausage, scrambled egg, mushroom in miso, vegetarian singapore noodles, congee with assorted toppings, baked beans, sauteed garlic beans, hash brown, fried rice. All served alternately every other day. There's also a coffee/tea station, cereal station, fruits and bread section. Very convenient check in and check out as well. Theee's a kiosk in the lobby where you can just enter your details and print your keycard. Same when checking out, just drop your keycadd on the box provided.

Great experience and stay all round. Fantastic location with easy access to everything in and around the CBD. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was large, quiet and comfy, with everything we needed for our stay. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job and they were very friendly. The laundry room was also very useful.

The wifi was not password-protected, and with the exception of the ground floor, it was either extremely slow and intermittent, or not working at all, so if you need stable connection during your stay (remote working, etc.), do take this into account.

Ideal Location in Central Sydney. Close to public transit, walking distance to World Square and George St with its many varied types of restaurants. Easy to get to attractions such as Hyde Park, the Sydney Opera House, Chinatown, Darling Harbour etc. - The room was comfortable and spacious. - Good breakfast buffet with good variety. - Good Maintenance staff. I had an issue with the room safe upon check-in and they came and fixed it right away.

Housekeeping could have been more consistent. The hotel may have been understaffed as the housekeeper on my floor seemed quite stressed and behind schedule in her cleaning duties.

The hotel was quite basic, but the location was incredible. Perfect location to visit Sidney from. Right next to Chinatown, with so many options for eating.

The room was a bit small. We had a baby cod and 2 large suit cases, which took up almost all the floor space in the room.

I've stayed here a few times, and the one thing I really like is the individual theme walls in the rooms, as you never know what you are going to get. The rooms are spacious for my needs, the breakfast buffet has variety and the location is close to public transport and a lot of things I access in the city. Staff are always willing to assist with anything you need, and the self check-in and check-out can save you time if you want to use it.

I found two teaspoons that had not been cleaned properly before being put back in the drawer. I know it is a lot to check every single piece of silverware, however a little more vigilance on the matter. I may just be fussy, but the pillows are very large in ways I can't quite get the right height for myself. It isn't a big complaint, just something to be aware of if you like low pillows.

The location was great, only a 2 minute walk from the Museum station. The bus stops are dotted around very close to the hotel also. If you needed any tourism advice, the staff were able to help and provide transport help also. It is a great location as it is within walking distance of the Australia Museum, the Domain, the Cathedral, the Sydney eye tower/ Westfield, many convenience stores located close by. I had a really great time, my needs were tended to by room service and in-house keeping. My room felt very homely and I was very comfortable in it. I think there should be sanitary waste packaging provided in the bathrooms. The wi-fi wasn't the best at times.

Location was amazing! So central. Staff, especially Rebecca and Kevin were excellent. Other staff very welcoming and helpful at breakfast.

Our first room smelt of drainage and there was a very smelly cupboard. Room was changed to a small room sandwiched between a lift and the plant room. We were reassured the lift would not be noisy but it was. The air con did not work and no microwave or mugs. It was half the size of our first room and we could not open our suitcases. Kevin sorted this out immediately and we were given complimentary breakfasts. We were given an amazing room with balcony. This member of staff was excellent and we were grateful for his understanding. 3 nights and 3 rooms was a shame but hotel sorted out the problem.

Within working distance to Central - 8 minutes and very close to an array of dining experiences and across the road from the convenience store. Bed was comfortable and power point in between the twin beds was handy. Big fluffy towels and ample pump toilertries in the bathroom.

Twin beds and the one in the centre of the room kept moving as it wouldn't lock into place. I could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the room next door; down to turning power points on and off and entire conversations. And no, it wasn't a party. The shower was a challenge with guess work on which was hot and then only having a barely warm shower both in the morning and at night; does being on the 14th floor make a difference? My friends on the 4th floor said they were fine.... So much for being close when I booked the 2 rooms. Was a slight hassle at check in because I couldn't check in both rooms; long story, short, got it sorted but it took time...
