Excellent hostel for young people. It is the best hostel where I have ever been. Clean is excellent, hostel has kitchen with dishes, guests can use dishes, and make a lunch, cook, bake, boil, roast, hostel has big fridge, and guest can leave food there. Lokation is excellent, in city center, beside Town Hall... Staff is pleasure and profesional, they want to explain you everything what you want. They gave me umbrella, because it was raining...

I had bad expiriance. One boy from my room told reception that anybody stole his money in the room. In room are 16 people. He left his money without control in room with 16 people!? After that, hotels officers controled everything and everyone in my room. They wanted to find out who stole his money. They frisked evrybody in the room and control pockets and bag. It was very implesuare for me. I didn't come there to anybody control my pockets and bags, and suspect to I am theif. Hostel doesn't have camera in the room. I travelled a lot, and it was first such situation. It is very bad if you are in forigner country, but who want to go in hostel for less money should to be ready and prepare to similar situation.

Place felt safe. Been to loads of hostels over the years and this place has honestly felt the safest. Two toilets and two showers in each room so no fighting over the facilities. Place was kept really clean as well. Place felt sociable and fun and after checkout they let us store our bags until we collected them that evening. Bubbly staff lead to a bubbly environment ❤️ (Also great chef)

Air con kept at 24.5° and as travellers from a cold country, we were roasting. Then again we travelled to Australia and hot weather is a given so itll be silly to complain about it.

I had a great stay here! The hostel is really nice and it’s super easy to make friends thanks to the events they organize and the friendly, inclusive atmosphere. The bathrooms are clean most of the time, with several cleaning shifts during the day. They’re not very big and could use a bit more space to put your things, but it’s not a big issue. The beds are a little small but still comfortable, and the lockers offer plenty of storage space. Overall, a very good experience — I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good

We stayed at this hostel for only two nights with my friends and our experience there was great! The hostel has good facilities as for example a cozy lounge with tv with netflix. We all appreciated that the kitchen and other common facilities such as the bathrooms were cleaned often and more times during the day. The staff was very kind, they let us still use the hostel facilities even after check-out which was convenient. The location is great because it is in the city centre but it is not directly on any main street so it does not feel too noisy during the night. Generally, I can highly recommend staying here!.

The only downside is, that the rooms were getting quite cold during the night probably because of too thin windows. However, the hostel provides actual warm blankets which is definitely not a common thing in aussie hostels

All of the staff here are great. I didn’t get a chance to get to know them all personally but did chat with Liam, Couch and Diana who are especially lovely. The hostel is very clean, I’d stayed in Melbourne before here and the difference in cleanliness is worlds apart. They clean here regularly throughout the day, the kitchen and bathrooms are always spotless. Whilst this isn’t a party hostel, it is social and easy to meet people whether they are staying here long or short term. I checked out for a few days to go stay with a friend and didn’t question when looking for somewhere to check back into. I’d always choose here! Really close to Town Hall station and plenty of shops.

There is nothing to dislike

I loved how welcoming the staff was and the location is great. Additionally the rooms were amazing, i loved the curtains, wireless charger for airpods/ iphone, comfortable bed, and storage area underneath the bed! Would recommend for sure!

Unfortunately I forgot to label my bag of food in the fridge and the staff took it out and put it near reception. At this point my food had been out to the fridge for at least 3 hours and it had spoiled :(

The hostel location is impeccable, down a quite alleyway but literally 100 metre walk from Town Hall Station... The beds were comfortable, with proper privacy curtains and in bed amenities such as a plug and light. The lockers under the bed were nice and big. The ac worked well, and temperature comfortable. WiFi super smooth throughout the building. Showers and toilets were plenty on each floor, with newly refurbished facilities and strong hot water pressure. The common areas were small but well looked after. Kitchen was well equipped. Rooftop area was a nice touch, but limited opening hours.

Price is an issue, like many other hostels in Australia who have pushed up prices in the last year or so way beyond the market rate or the means of most backpackers.

The location is perfect, it's in the side block of the city - so everything is really easy to reach. The atmosphere is friendly, and the facilities are clean and comfortable, they're cleaning multiple times a day which was great to see compared to other hostels I went. The new rooms and bathrooms are really nice. I also stayed in a 16bed dorm for a week and was a little bit scared but it doesn’t felt like that - it was good. I love the curtains on the beds - they give u privacy. The staff is super helpful with local tips and u can book tours. Highly recommend this place!

There are renovations in one floor and the AC is working 24h, which is good in summer I think but in the rooms a little bit too much for me as a European which is using it rare.

Liam is the most friendly and kindest worker 😃 He knows what the service is, he is really appropriate person to hospitality work department.😆 Though you can feel the facility can have a little uncomfortable things, but Liam's welcome mood and his attitude covers such negative feeling. Sometimes, he can make a little cute mistake about reservation, but please don't care about it. If you stay here at least 3 days, you will understand what I'm saying

The location is perfect, right in the city center. The shared areas are cleaned frequently, which keeps everything tidy and comfortable. The staff is super friendly—especially Liam, who was incredibly kind and always available to answer any questions. They organize daily activities, which are a great way to meet people and make new friends. Highly recommended!
