The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great pool area, rooftop bar and the cafe off the lobby area is very convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful

There’s nothing I don’t really like.

The location and amenities are fantastic. The cafe in the foyer is so helpful when having early starts for conferences. Room service is delicious and speedy. The bathroom facilities are fabulous and the water pressure and temperature are perfect. Fresh towels every day was a lovely touch. Chromecast capabilities in the room was also great when connecting to the wifi in the rooms. We had a balcony which gave us a little more room and an opportunity for fresh air. The bar on the rooftop was an awesome place to unwind with a cocktail for happy hour

Only gripes were room service trays not collected when rooms cleaned each day and accidentally gave us a queen bed instead of twin beds. Luckily travelling with a gf from work so it wasn't an issue.

The VIBE had me intrigued with that cool pool. It lived up to be everything. I thought it would be and more. The room had a Nespresso machine, very classy! Updated features and really did feel like “a vibe”… there are other reviews that talk about the pool being small but I think that is the fun part. Very cute bar area. Perfect spot in darling Harbour- super Central location- and the customer service was excellent. I will be back!

I noticed different beds in Sidney while I was staying often were two twin size beds put together, which are a little bit uncomfortable and unusual, but I was able to manage!

For our purposes, the location and access to the best of Darling Harbour and the city were excellent - there’s a sneaky back alley access door onto Darling Harbour which is shared with the local police station - so very safe in my opinion. The rooms and bedding were comfortable with plenty of room for a couples weekend away. Even for a room on the first level facing the main road and next to the lifts, there was little to no noise which is a miracle. They even stock the brand of toiletries I use at home so didn’t need to pack those with me this trip.

I could not find any faults with the facilities/amenities. To be fair, we did not try the food from the in house restaurant/cafe or room service. Nor did we try the pool or gym etc.

Very modern and nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room itself was really nice. We had complimentary breakfast included which had quite a few options of hot/cold breakfast and the quality of food was great. The rooftop pool is a nice touch as well. Great location, walking distance to various places throughout the city with the closest being Darling Harbour.

Our room had a balcony however it looked out to the back of the police station. As we stayed there over the weekend we heard constant yelling and screaming as well as the police cars coming and going despite the door and curtains being shut. The Aircon control in our room didn’t work so any time we wanted the A/C on or off we had to calm the front desk who could control it from there.

the rooms were a great size and were super comfortable. we had no issues with our room and enjoyed our stay. upon arrived, two of the girls at the reception desk were absolutely so lovely and friendly. i did not catch their names but i believe they both had accents and one had a nose piercing. sweetest reception people i have ever met.

we used the pool on our second last day of our stay. for the whole hour there, no cabanas became available as some of the other people would leave their things on the couches and leave and come back which was a bother. maybe some more seating for the pool area is needed. the pool itself was also quite dirty. after leaning against the wall, i had green marks all over myself and my swimsuit from what looked to be like moss on the tiles. i wasn’t too bothered as i could obviously wash it out but i know there’d be other people out there that would get angry.

I could not fault this hotel or their dedicated staff. Situated perfectly in the city close to public transport and attractions. Parking is very easy across the street and costs around $35 for the night. The hotel staff were very professional and I was very grateful for an early check-in as we had to get ready for a wedding. Our rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. We had views of the CBD and walking distance to transport, Darling Harbour and the city. Our room at night was dark with no annoying lights or glows. And you couldn't hear any city traffic outside. Breakfast was included in their beautiful restaurant with friendly staff to welcome and serve you. The breakfast was delicious and served with your choice of hot or cold drinks. Checkout was easy with no issues. I highly recommend this hotel and my family and I will definitely be staying here again.

The location is great for access to Rail, Metro and Light Rail... anywhere in Sydney CBD is easy to reach. China Town, Darling Harbour and CBD is an easy 5-10min walk. Hotel is modern with a great cafe for good coffee/meals and a Rooftop Bar. Breakfast options are great and tasty. Rooms are well appointed, and the mattress is comfortable and good quality. Staff were very friendly. Loved the options of prepay late-checkout. Rooms have well stocked minibars. A lovely hotel for our weekend in the City.

Overall a great experience at the Vibe hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is trendy and modern and in my opinion great value for money considering the price of other hotels in Sydney. Will definitely when visiting Sydney look to stay there again.

While the staff were lovely, there was a little bit of a lack of urgency with them. I was waiting to check in and a team member was standing at the front desk looking at the computer but not helping the next in line. A very small thing considering how lovely everyone was but that would be my small area of improvement.

Location was very convenient and the room was accurate to most of the pictures. The staff was also quickly able to provide an alternative room when the beds were not in the configuration requested.

The pre check-in process seemed redundant when I still needed to fill out a paper copy (with details you already had on file). Parking in the private car park is extremely expensive. If you are going to direct people to that site, it might be worthwhile negotiating a deal with the facility for your customers. I probably wouldn't consider this hotel again unless I'm traveling without a car. Also, when designing bathrooms, please consider noise privacy designs like louder exhausts or non-sliding doors. Not everyone travels with a partner. And not every couple wants their toilet privacy minimised.
