Bath towels, sun lotions and cold lemon water were provided • 24 hours indoor swimming pool is a plus after the outdoor pool closed at 6pm for the bar • Spacious room with good size bathroom • Free bottled water provided daily • All staff were very friendly and helpful • Walking distance to many good restaurants

• Bathroom with only two hooks to hang the towels and nowhere to hang the clothes • Lightning of the hallways and bathroom were a bit too dark • Breakfast with good quality foods and coffees but lack variety

Great location as far as proximity to city and room was big, clean and well laid out. Beds are good quality and while the pillows weren't great there was a pillow menu we could have tried but only stayed the one night.

Controlling the lights is ridiculous - there seems (even according to the room service delivery person) one button to turn all lights on and that's by the door and also opens the blinds automatically. Biggest problem though is it's built right against the freeway and had thought it would be sound proof due to this but no - we were only a level or two above the road level and the sound of the traffic went well into the night and first thing in the morning.

Amazing hotel. Great harbour views, lots of great touches, loved the complimentary drink while waiting to check in. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Amazing but very expensive mini bar. Rooftop heated pool was great. Lots of food options.

What annoyed me though was that after paying $500 for my room? I then had to be charged $200 bond which I won’t be getting back for 28 days. This is never happened to me in my history of staying in hotels. Why not just take my details and charge me any extra so I may have taken?

The property was amazing! Kids had a ball close to everything we need that weekend

Iv been to many hotels but nothing can compare to the W sydney, it has exceeded our expectations in terms of how articulate and beautiful it is. Very clean and you feel the luxurious side to it.

Everything was on point cant wrong anything. Although considering that its a luxury hotel, prices are too high in my opinion but overall happy

Service is pretty good, I said it’s my girlfriend’s birthday when checking in and they gave us a champagne as a surprise with the handwritten birthday card.

My stay was amazing, beautiful location super friendly staff, I felt like a VIP Guest. I also enjoyed the free yoga lessons in the morning. The rooftop pool and drinks were spectacular!!!

My $200 refund it's been days

The staff were amazing, they upgraded our room to the harbour view free of charge so we got to watch the fire work show up close from our window. The hotel is beautiful, amazing luxurious facilities. We liked the extensive buffet breakfast and would have lived to swim in the 2 pools if it wasn’t raining during our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Great wifi and tv had casting.

Everything was amazing if I had to pick little things it would just be small points to consider but this would not effect how I rate my stay and I would 100% stay again. 1. The hotel always seemed to be abit hot so we had the air con on in winter 2. The bathroom is massive but the open shower did wet the entire bathroom floor 3. The do not disturb light would not stay on for long periods of time so we did get the house keeping knock on the door a few times

The management staff were absolutely beautiful to my family. We came when there was a cyclone to Sydney and they turned the heat up in the pool (middle floor) as the top pool was closed Also gave us a late check out and some gifts to the room. I was going through an extremely hard time with a recent divorce and was upset trying to enjoy a lil family getaway. They helped accomodate us nicely and we felt great being there with my kids at the W. The beds/ room so big and comfortable, the food is delicious along with a fantastic location. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
