There are many hidden surprises about the property . The location in Pyrmont is fabulous, literally, a 2-minute walk to the light rail station, or 5 m to the ferry station - either connects you to Sydney's World Class Public Transportation System ⛴️ 🚉 🚌 🚈.  The front desk staff are stellar , and they really do care about helping the guest. The rooms with the balcony do have a peek view of the lights of the nearby Darling Harbor. Walk to a variety of Thai, Japanese, Malaysian ( even Italian) restaurants on Harris St. Also, nearby to Kebab shop, coffee shops and convenience markets. Ride the light rail for 2 stops south to CBD and  Chinatown for a plethora of pan Asian cuisine and shopping at Paddys Markets.  Room is ample size for 1 or 2 peeps; families may be constrained, but it's truly perfect for 1.

A high-value, affordable hotel in Sydney — that's an accomodation unicorn! Has all the necessities, no bells and whistles, but it doesn't need to. This is a wonderful hotel for those travelling for business or leisure, wanting the essentials, but not needing the indulgent extras like robes, room service, pool / gym, in-room entertainment. Perfect for those who are out-and-about and wanting a comfortable place to sleep and unwind after a big day, or perhaps party animals who want to enjoy the Sydney city night life and then sleep all day! The staff are absolutely terrific — super friendly and helpful. Location is ideal. with everything is at your doorstep — Darling Harbour, ICC, bars, restaurants, local shops etc.

The only thing I could suggest is a more thorough clean of the floors as my room had dust and fluff build up in the corners. Blankets are a bit thin, but a heater is provided and works well. Rooms are not sound-proof and if you're unlucky to have noisy neighbours like I did then it can be a long sleepless nigh... but you could pop to IGA (20m up the road) for ear plugs.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and with check-in process . The room was compact but very comfortable for its size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bed is a bit higher than usual, I understand to allow for luggage storage. Handy location to Darling Harbour and light rail nearby. Easy access to restaurants at Darling Harbour or just a short ride on light rail to Star Casino or the city.

Due to reduced mobility I found getting into bed a bit difficult due to the height so a step stool would have been helpful.

The hotel is very cozy and very comfortable. Room is expected to be small and i have no complaints about it. It has hair blowr and iron, bed is comfortable and i like the space underneath the bed for the luggages. The location is very near to rails and walking distances to many cafes and buse area.

The bathroom is clean and complete with necessities such as shampoos,conditioner and shower gel, however the only problem is the water leaking outside the shower area. But i managed it with towels. Hopefully it will be fixed. Second, the parking area. We have to pay 60$ per night for the parking. Which is expensive. 🥺🥺🥲🥲

Staff on night duty and day duty were both very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful dinner at the nearby pasta restaurant thanks to the front desk's recommendation. It is located opposite Novotel, and minutes away from the light rail. Room was clean and modern and bed was really comfortable with a high bed frame and amenities were all available. Even though it was a small and compact room, it was really cosy. Had a wonderful stay with Kith and would definitely recommend to others.

To get to the hotel from light rail Convention station, you will have to take the lift up to level 5 of Novotel to get to the street level which leads to Kith Hotel. Unfortunately I was unaware and I dragged my luggage through the 5 storeys of Novotel to get to the street level. Alternatively you can take to Pyrmont Bay and walk a distance to the hotel. Also encountered power failure at the last morning of my stay which affected the whole Pyrmont Bay region. Thankfully water supply was still available and power came back up when it is time to check out. Check out time for the hotel is very early at 10am.

This is one of my favourite hotels, it's always very clean & it's got enough amenities. The workers are always friendly and check on you.

This is just a suggestion, because it should be obvious to guests that noise outside others' rooms is not acceptable, but as some people do not clearly think, there could be a reminder in the rooms that people should not disturb other guests. I say this because I was trying to sleep and I heard a woman speaking out loud outside my room after 23.00 hrs. I went to check and opened the door, she quickly noticed her behaviour was not appropriate and apologized and left, I could hear she kept speaking on the phone outside her room, but as it was far, it didn't really matter to me.

I recently paid for my 18-year-old kids to attend a concert in Sydney, and they had a fantastic experience at The Kith Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate them, allowing them to check in early and store their bags after checkout so they could enjoy the city without hassle. I'm extremely grateful for the exceptional customer service, particularly from the receptionist I spoke with on the phone, who was very helpful and polite. The hotel's perfect location and outstanding service have earned my loyalty, and I will definitely book with them again for future Sydney trips.

Nothing to dislike

The staff at the hotel were pleasant and accommodating, allowing me to check in by 1pm. The room, though compact, was clean, modern, and had all I needed. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Great for a single traveller, for the room I had. Located a forty minute well lit and enjoyable evening stroll to the Opera House, or a quick Uber ride of 15-20 minutes in traffic. Close to streetside coffee vendors and cafes. An enjoyable stay. .

Booking.com offered an upgrade, which I accepted. There was no upgrade. Cost me extra.

Staff were amazing, they went above and beyond. One night when I was walking back into the foyer with our UberEats, the receptionist spotted us and asked if I would like her to grab us some cutlery. Room was quiet, even on the second level right on the road. I honestly can’t believe how well designed & practical these rooms are. Not fancy, but practical.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but this was compensated by the fact that the beds are raised and have space underneath to put suitcases & keep the room clutter free.
