An ideal spot for us for a week. We could walk to many places such as AGNSW, The Rocks, Barangaroo Reserve, Fish Markets and more. We used ferries from Darling Harbour and trains from nearby Wynyard. The room was spacious with good washing machine and drier and quite adequate kitchen and cupboard space. Bath under the shower was fine. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The room was very quiet despite the very buzzy area. We used the small gym and nice pool in the pleasant garden setting.

The staff were pleasant but it was a bit hit and miss. For example there was to be a train strike and I inquired which airport shuttle called at Adina. I was told to catch an Uber. I found out that Sydney Super Shuttle did a pick up at Adina and that worked well. I asked for a bed change and linen change after 4 nights but it was not done. I had to ask for this again late afternoon once we returned to a pile of wet towels still on the bathroom floor. Then it was done promptly.

Location, full kitchen, full laundry, balcony, separate bedroom. There is a TV in both rooms. Felt the price was good value. Good quality ironing board and iron (really appreciated this as most places don't have this). Everything is withing walking distance. Breakfasts were great. Friendly helpful staff

It needs a deep cleaning around the washing machine, room vents, and carpets. No dish rush or dish washing liquid just dishwasher, we only used coffee mugs and cups so didn't want to put a dishwasher on. Shower doesn't feel safe, no rail, very slippery. Said there was a rubber matt on shower wall but there wasn't.

These apartments are located in a great location on Darling Harbour- near many attractions and restaurants. They are also close to the city and close to Wynyard train station which is the airport train line. Apartment has plenty of room and basic but good kitchen facilities.

We had an issue with the heating/cooling system. We didn't realise until the last night what the issue was - but many programs had been set in the system - some as low as 10 degrees - others as high as 29 degrees. So whenever we tried to override the heating, it would bounce back to the program. We woke up regularly at night sweltering and had to open the balcony doors to cool down the apartment only to have to do it all again a couple of hours later.

location amazing, beds comfortable, more than happy to look after bags after I checked out.

some tlc would go along way in the rooms looking better. paint chipped off walls cupboard all scratched up also. 3 nights I stayed and not once did cleaners come in. arrived slightly early at half 2, was told room not ready which is fine I waiting in reception, 20 past 3 I gave up and asked if room was ready yet and only then did they check and let me go in, room should of been ready at 3 and others were also waiting and reception had to be asked by others also, not the best tbh tho staff was polite to me

Everything was easy from the get go. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure my 7 year old had a great time, taking into account conversations we had prior to check in. The room was clean, tidy and had a lovely view. Great distance from the restaurants on the water, as well as a 5-10 min walk to George st and surrounds for shopping and food. Easy to get to public transport but is at the bottom of a hill (take this into account if you are unable to walk). Very very pleased with our stay and will certainly be back in the future. Highly recommend.

Not much. If I had to be picky, there could be more signage for the parking lot, because missing the turn off could add a lot of time to turn around etc

SERVICE : Was Excellent eg requested quite a few items on the way out for a walk and they were all in the room on return ! Helpful and friendly staff Love having the separate bedroom so husband can get up earlier and not disturb me. Really firm excellent bed. Location: Can walk to Woolworth on the flat and from there connect to Wynyard for airport line train using a series of lifts, was v easy. Barangaroo area was buzzing on the weekend.

Gym didn't have any spray to clean the equipment after use As with most apartments, no microwave dish (I bring my own), and scratched frypan. Some alfoil would be great as the grill tray wasnt clean. Oven mitts needed as hot grill tray was awkward . Microwave buttons didn't work except for the +30sec option

3 night stay (Wed - Sat) Location of Hotel was fantastic. 3 min walk to the lovely Darling Harbour with plenty of restaurants and bars, but far enough away that it didn't disturb you later in the night. Around 30 - 45 mins walk to Sydney Opera House & Harbour Bridge but harbour ferries from Barangaroo Ferry Terminal - 5 min from hotel is cheap and regular if you dont fancy that walk. Close to a main road, but noise was not an issue as double glazed doors took sound away. Staff were friendly, although we had no issues to bring to their attention anyway. Would recommend a stay at this hotel 👍

The bed was fantastic. Pillows perfect. Really comfortable. The room was spacious too. The hotel was in a great location but be warned Saturday night its noisy outside still early morning so if you are light sleeper... Maybe think elsewhere. The cafe next to it was great too.

The noise outside was ridiculous. If you have a hotel there maybe double glazed windows or soundproofing would be good. I didn't get much sleep until the early hours. The bathroom was in need of work. A lot of water damage in the bathroom plus the toilet seat was broken. They offered to move me but I couldn't be bothered by that point after I had unpacked. But maybe don't offer the room until it was fixed as the staff noted they knew it was broken but didn't say anything to me.

Very close to darling harbour and the staff were very, very nice and helpful, even doing more than what they are supposed to (including some contractors that were on site). The room had very good sound proofing, making sleep very peaceful without having to hear the very loud noises outside

The room that we stayed in wasn't really great for someone with mobility issues and need mobility aids. The room had a bath, which i couldn't in and out of because i have a leg with severe nerve damage and the bed side table was put right near the door, so was unable to be wheeled in there to get into the bedroom. There was also a problem with the TV, most channels only had audio, no picture
